Vladimir Putin, an ex-KGB officer in the former Soviet Union (USSR), was the second President of the Russian Federation after Boris Yeltsin from 2000-2008 and from 2012 to the present. Between 2008 and 2012 he served as Prime Minister under the presidency of Dmitry Medvedev. Though an autocratic régime steeped in corruption (a legacy of the USSR), the Putin administration has brought stability and financial growth to the nation in spite of Western sanctions following the annexation of Crimea. He defeated a radical Moslem rebellion in Chechenya and invasion by Georgia.
His timely intervention in Syria prevented the Western deep state globalist élites, who rule from America and Europe, from conquering further territory in North Africa and the Middle East. In the revelations received by NCAY, he is portrayed as a modern-day Cyrus. Though actively promoting family values and the Russian Orthodox Church, his alliances with anti-Christian communist régimes in China, Cuba and ANC-led South Africa, the radical anti-Christian Hindu régime in India, and other totalitarian states, followed by his banning in 2018 of all Christian churches other than the Russian Orthodox Church, all suggest that he simply represents a rival Maffia-like deep-state globalist faction to the one controlling the West.
Whether he is a committed Russian Orthodox Christian, or is simply using that Church for political leverage, is uncertain. Like his kleptocratic counterparts in the West, Putin has reputedly amassed a vast fortune whilst in power. He is believed by many to be the richest man in the world with between $70 and $200 billion - see Karen Dawisha's book, Putin's Kleptocracy: Who Owns Russia? (2014).
It is the view of Messianic Israel that modern Russia (with its principal ally, China) represents the modern equivalent of the Eastern (Byzantine) Roman Empire, the Western counterpart being run by the Washington-City of London-Vatican Triad.
NCAY has received revelations, prophecies and visions about Russia and its leaders since 1988 (Olive Branch, Section 55:12-18 & 158:1-5,9), including the resurgence of communism, which have been progressively unfolding ever since. The brief rise of Russia's righteousness may soon be coming to an end. Learn more in the articles that follow.
