Depending which calendar is observed, and whether one, two or three days are observed, the Talmudic festival of Purim is currently being celebrated by both non-messianic and messianic Jews around the world. But to the surprise and either disappointment or horror of fellow messianics, Messianic Evangelicals not only do not celebrate this festival but actively denounce it as representing a spirit entirely foreign to the Besorah (Gospel) of Yah'shua the Messiah (Jesus Christ).

Messianics rightly condemn and shun the Romish festivals of Christmas and Easter, and usually go to great trouble to demonstrate (pretty conclusively) that these are anti-Messiah (antichrist) festivals that honour Satan rather than Yahweh, in spite of their Christian veneer. Yet these same critics fail to apply the same standards of investigation to many Jewish traditions which equally stem from paganism. In my view - and this is a view that has only developed gradually over the years as I have probed the deeper the roots of Talmudic Moloch-worship - the so-called festival of 'Purim' is far more obscene than any festival ever invented by the Catholic Church for it is, as I shall demonstrate today, not only a festival of revenge but of symbolic cannibalism.

Fundamentalist Muslims would secretly approve for as you know, the ruling authorities in Egypt recently announced that it is permissible for Muslims to eat the bodies of their non-Muslim enemies. Yes, extremist Islam is now endorsing cannibalism. Unbelievable, but true. A scholar at Al-Azhar University in Cairo made this announcement and his ruling has now passed into the High School curriculum of Morsi's New Egypt:

"We allowed the eating of the flesh of dead humans...under necessary conditions...It [dead human flesh] must not be cooked or grilled to avoid Haram (wrongdoing)...and he can kill a murtadd (apostate) and eat him." [1]

Coming from Islam we are not overly surprised though the fact that this is becoming mainstream and an accepted practice in an important Middle Eastern country is surely but the first of many new signs that we are entering into the prophesied satanic age of barbarism resembling the days before Noah's Flood.

However my address to you today is not about Islam but about Judaism, its heathen practices, and its negative influence on the Messianic Movement. Today, tens of thousands of Messianics celebrate the festival of Purim beliving that it is biblical, divinely authorised, spiritually uplifting and Messiah-honouring.

For those of you who not know who we are, may I first of all say that we are Torah- and Moedim-observant Evangelicals. As Messianics we observe the seven Annual Festivals, the Creation Sabbath, the monthly New Moon, the kashrut dietary laws, and wear tzitzit (tassels) indicating our submission to Torah, to name but a few things. As Evangelicals we believe and have as our articles of faith the Apostles Creed, we believe in the Virgin Birth, the deity of the Son (Yah'shua/Jesus is Elohim/God), the physical resurrection, the literal second coming, and the impossibility of being saved by works. But we do not observe Jewish traditions not found in the Torah, including Hanukkah, Rosh Hashanah and Purim.

Purim is a one or two day festival (some observe three) celebrating an account of the deliverance of the Persian Judahites from one of the most dastardly plots in history to exterminate them. The Book of Esther in the Tanakh (Old Testament) tells the story of how the beautiful Benjaminite Esther (Hadassah) and her uncle Mordechai thwart the evil Haman who plots to massacre the Judahites. The festival was subsequently instituted by Queen Esther on her own authority but its observance is nowhere commanded anywhere by Yahweh in Scripture.

At this time of year, Messianics usually make comparisons between the Purim story and salvation. Just as the Judahites were rescued, they claim, so believers are redeemed by our Righteous Messiah, Yah'shua (Jesus). True and complete redemption lies in our hands as we must turn to Yahweh in complete repentance. The attempt to exterminate two of the Israelite tribes in Persia (Judah and Benjamin) foreshadows the Great Tribulation, they say, in which the Antichrist will attempt to exterminate all true believers just prior to the return of Yah'shua (Jesus). The same kinds of comparisons are employed at Hanukkah.

Purim is a great story and one that children enjoy reciting. Years ago we created a family play out of it and made a movie. However, the Book of Esther is a bit of an enigma and misfit in the Tanakh (Old Testament). The highly puritannical sect of the Essenes, who were rigid Torah-observers, totally omitted this book from their sacred scripture canon which in every other respect is identical to our own. Not only that, but it is generally agreed by Jewish scholars, that the book called Esther in our Bibles is not the original but a redaction. To confuse matters, there are 16 chapters of 'extra Esther material', of later provenance, written by someone trying to make the official redaction more 'spiritual'. It appears in the Catholic Apocrypha which is contradictory and historically inaccurate. And whatever the Book of Esther is, it is not the original. So even if some of the material is true, we can't be certain what is and what isn't authentic, historical material.

Worse, the Book of Esther seems to be a rewriting of a pagan drama. The names of the characters all bear striking resemblance to pagan deities: Esther to the Babylonian goddess Ishtar, Mordecai to the Babylonian god Marduk, Haman to the Elamite deity, Humman, and Vashti to the Elamite goddess Mashti. Two sets of gods and goddesses representing two different cultures: Babylonian and Elamite which once culturally and religiously clashed with one another. Scholar Dalin Renberg notes:

"There are no historical documents to verify the story of Purim. Some scholars think that the events in the Megillah did not occur, but rather that they are based on stories related to the Babylonian gods such Ishtar (Esther?) and Marduk (Mordechai?)...In some communities it was not enough to drown out Haman's name with noise. People also made effigies of Haman and burned them. This practice led to instances on Purim when Jews made and burned effigies which resembled new enemies, helping them to vent their hate and frustrations." [2]

The reason the Essenes dropped the Book of Esther like a hot potato may very well have been because of its pagan origin. It is a large and controversial subject which I have documented in some depth in an earlier sermon, Purim 2007: False Paradigms and Looking Ahead which explains why we dropped Purim five years ago. I would invite you to carefully study that before continuing if you are reading this sermon afterwards for the first time.

Why is Purim principally remembered? Well, first of all, it is remembered as an act of deliverance, much as Pesach or Passover is commemorated as Yahweh's deliverance of Israel from Egyptian captivity. Remembering divine acts of national deliverance is not a bad thing, of course, especially if it is clear that Yahweh did the delivering as well as the punishing of the nation's oppressors, and that it was a real event. Yahweh commanded that we remember what He did for our ancestors. In the case of the Exodus, Yahweh's miracles were in plentiful supply. Not only did Yahweh part the Yam Suf or Sea of Reeds ('Red Sea'), miraculously make manna appear out of the sky, supply quail and water from rocks when needed, but He Himself punished Pharaoh and the pagan Egyptians by creating plagues and finally slaughtering the firstborn Himself so that no man could claim credit or boast in his own acts. In that respect, Passover is the perfect representation of salvation in Yah'shua the Messiah (Jesus Christ), for salvation is not by human deeds but purely by emunah (faith). From beginning to end, the deliverance of Israel was of Yahweh and not of human cleverness. So we have a divinely authorised, firmly established and excellently represented deliverance festival in exact divine tavnith (pattern) giving a precise map of spiritual deliverance in the form of Pesach.

But Purim is more than just a celebration of deliverance - it is also a celebration of the killing of 75,000 Persians by the Jews. According to the story, the Benjamite Esther was chosen to become the wife of a pagan Persian king. For some reason, the Judahite captives could not be supernaturally delivered as the Israelites had been from Egypt and the only way out was for a Benjamite girl to break the Torah (and therefore divine tavnith) by marrying a non-covenant heathen monarch. You will recall that when the Judahites returned to the Promised Land in the days of Ezra the Judahite men were commanded to divorce their pagan wives whom they had espoused in Babylonia! This is a very different scenario from the Egyptian exodus especially when you recall that these exiles in Persia could have earlier returned to Judah but chose not to. They preferred life in Persia.

Esther, now in a position of considerable influence and able to represent her people incognito at court, found out about a plot by the king’s Prime Minister named Haman to exterminate all the Judahites. According to the account in Esther, Haman was a survivor of one of the pagan Amalekite clans that Joshua had been ordered to wipe out because of their gross iniquity as child-sacrificing and barbaric Moloch-worshippers - Haman was out for revenge for his ancestors. Esther was able to foil the plot and the Persian King had his prime minister, Haman, along with his ten sons, executed - see my sermon on Corporate Personality. Esther's uncle, Mordechai, replaced the dead Haman as Prime Minister. According to the redacted account that we have (which may or may not be historically true) even though the plot was foiled, the Judahites went ahead and took revenge, slaughtering 75,000 of those who opposed their proxy rule and influence through Esther, and did so with the King's permission and blessing. After this was over, Queen Esther, the character in the account (whether real of fictional) ordered the Feast of Purim to be celebrated in perpetuity. She claimed no revelation from Yahweh to do so and in any case possessed no authority to add to Yahweh's Torah.

Even Ellie Wiesel, Jewish Nobel Prize winner and 1948 Zionist Irgun terrorist group worker, who after 9/11 was a prominent proponent of the invasion of Iraq, had this to say about the Purim massacre of the 75,000 Persians:

"I confess I never did understand this part of the Book of Esther. After all, the catastrophe was averted; the massacre did not take place. Why then this call for bloodshed? Five hundred men were slain in Shushan in one day and three hundred the next. Seventy-five thousand persons lost their lives elsewhere...Is this why we are told to get drunk and forget? To erase the boundaries between reality and fantasy -- and think that it all happened only in a dream?...This must explain why God chose not to give His name to the Book of Esther: He refused to be associated with the denouement -- with the bloodshed. It was His way of saying, 'Don't ascribe this to me; I had nothing to do with it; you wanted revenge, all right -- but don't make me responsible for it.'" [3]

So, remember, we don't know how accurate this story is, and we don't know how embellished it has become either. Do we know that it could have been embellished? Absolutely, for we know that another unauthorised feast, Hanukkah, has been highly embellished with apocryphal scriptures commissioned by the Pharisees in the form of various Books of the Maccabees. These Pharisee-authored tracts were written to bolster the position of this blood-stained politico-religious class. Their books are laced with historical inaccuracies proving that they are not inspired by the Ruach haQodesh (Holy Spirit). One of this collection of Apocryphal books, beloved of Catholics and many Messianics, claims to be 16 chapters of supplementary material on the Book of Esther and is itself full of historical errors. It even claims, wrongly, that Haman, who in the Tanakh (Old Testament) is said to be an Agite (a descendant of the Amalekites), was a Macdeonian.

Whether the Book of Esther is part fact and part fiction or even wholly myth is not as important as how it is used by Talmudic Jews and their supporters today. Many Jews and Messianics innocently celebrate Purim as merely the foiling of a dastardly plot against exilic Israelites. However, there are others for whom it represents licenced murder and serves as a model for a chauvanistic way of behaving towards others they don't agree with in the world today. And unfortunately that is just what they have done and are doing.

Many Zionists, for example, use the Purim holiday to falsely claim that there are many plots to destroy the Jews and that these give them the licence to wage war and commit genocide against anyone they consider to be their enemies - a bit like claiming James Bond's 'licence to kill'. Not a few massacres have taken place on Purim with this claimed precendent in mind.

Some of you may remember that on Purim in 1994, Baruch Goldstein, a American-born follower of Meir Kahane who became a settler in 1967 on the West Bank, massacred 29 Palestinian Arabs and wounded over 100 in a mosque in Hebron. Right-wing Zionists continue praising Golstein's Purim massacre to this day. A good many Zionist Jews, Zionist Christians and Zionist Messianics view the 2003 American-led invasion of Iraq as a Purim execution of the enemies of Zionism that should be celebrated with relish.

In 2007, the Jewish Community Relations Council of Greater Boston (JCRC) asked all rabbis in Massachusetts to preach Purim sermons about the so-called 'threat' from Iran (modern-day Persia) and to demonise President Ahmadinejad of Iran. In its leader, the Israel National News included the following:

"Stop and think for a moment: the last Gulf War in 1991 ended erev - just before - Purim. This Gulf War began motzei - just after - Shushan Purim. Get the picture? In between, "The Jews had light, and gladness, and joy, and honor." (Book of Esther 8:16)" [4].

You'll find many such announcements and articles in pro-Zionist publications justifying the two Iraqi wars, and the demand for a war with Ahmadinejad's Iran (Persia) on the basis of what I call the 'Purim Licence'. What's even more astonishing is that Zionist Christians are clamouring for bloody nuclear war too and for the extermination of countless Iranians based on this mythical Purim precedent. Is this how Yah'shua (Jesus) taught His talmidim (disciples) to conduct their business? Zionists of all religious and non-religious stripes are declaring that Ahmadinejab is a "latter-day Haman" and that coalition forces should go in and obliterate him and not a few Iranians.

In saying this I am not, of course, taking sides with militant Islam or the vile régime of the Iranian ayatollas. We mustn't fall for the good cop/bad cop trap and allow ourselves to 'take sides'. The Kingdom of Yah'shua (Jesus) is not of this world system at all (John 18:36), whether it be Islamic Sharia or Jewish Zionism, and we are admonished to keep wholly apart from it. This is what it means to be qodesh, set-apart or holy. My criticism of Zionism is not therefore an endorsement of Islamic terrorism or indeed any kind of violence, for as Yah'shua (Jesus) said, "all who take [up] the sword will perish by the sword" (Matt.26:52, NKJV).

The justification for such a demanded slaughter (irrespective of the merits or demerits of Ahmadinejab himself who wants to see Zionism wiped out, not Jews themselves) is premised on the belief that modern-day Jews - and especially Israeli Jews - are a privileged social group because it is claimed they are oppressed more than others or because they have some divine right as "the apple of God's eye" (Dt.32:10) [5]. As many of you know, it is the contention of this ministry that the vast majority of modern Jews have, in any case, no connection with ancient biblical Israelites at all, plainly negating the claims for special divine favour status, even assuming they were valid genetically in the first place. In Israel and amongst very many non-messianic and messianic Jews, 'Purim Parties' with their 'graggers' (ceremonial noise-makers) have basically become calls for war and the celebration of past massacres of non-Jews. As such they represent a completely alien spirit to that represented by the true talmidim (disciples) of the Messiah. Purim has come to represent a vengeful and murderous spirit totally at odds with the Besorah (Gospel). It is a false - and dangerously false - religious spirit. It represents nothing less than the spirit of murder.

To get a deeper understanding of the spirit behind modern Purim practices you only have to look at the food that's eaten and what it represents to many Jews.

Take the triangular-shaped fruit marmelade or poppy seed-filled cookies known as Hamantaschen, originally known in Yiddish as mundtaschen meaning 'poppyseed pocket', which originated in Ashkenazi communities in Germany. In Israel they are called oznei Haman or 'Haman’s ears.'

"When called by this name, the cookies make reference to an old custom of cutting off the ears of criminals before they were executed" [6].

In other words, these pastries represent the severed ears of Haman which are being symbolicaly eaten cannibalistically. Cannibalism has long been practiced by primitive pagan societies and was done "as a celebration of victory against a rival tribe" [5] which is clearly the spirit behind this morbid Jewish practice. Of course, moderate Jews outside Israel explain the shape of these severed ears of Haman to variously represent a triangular-shaped hat worn by Haman, Esther's strength or the three claimed founders of Judaism: Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. However, these are more modern 'explanations' to gloss over the true grizzly origin of this practice. So here is one very good reason never to take part in a Purim se’udah or party.

Hamantaschen is not, however, the only disgusting feature of Purim parties. There is also another triangular-shaped 'delicacy' called Kreplach consisting of chopped or ground meat or potatoes covered with dough. A Jewish website explains what it represents:

"It is traditional to eat Kreplach on Yom Kippur, Hashana Rabba and Purim. Why? All 3 of these holidays are connected to beating and striking. On Yom Kippur, we strike ourselves. On Hoshana Rabba, we strike the arevot. On Purim, we strike Haman during the Megillah reading." [7]

Would you like to eat a festival meal whose meat symbolism represents human flesh? Do you really believe Yahweh would have you do this? It almost smacks of dark sacramentalism, a parody on the Lord's Supper.

Those of you who have attended Jewish Purim services will know that during the reading of the Megillah, congregants are deliberately psyched up and typically go wild by shouting, hissing or booing every time the name 'Haman' is mentioned. The point of this custom, which is something I am ashamed to say we once reluctantly did in our ignorance, is to 'beat', 'curse' or 'take revenge' on Haman contrary to the plain teachings of the Besorah (Gospel). The purpose of this behaviour, it must be remembered, is to have a psychological impact in consolidating Jewish hostility against their enemies in the world, fuelling hatred and distrust of all 'goyim' or gentiles. It is to keep Jews supporting extremist Zionist leaders, organisations (usually anti-Christian and anti-Messianic) and whatever the Israeli Republic does, whether good or evil.

If you are unsure about what non-Messianic Judaism thinks about believers and about Yah'shua the Messiah (Jesus Christ), then I recommend you get hold of a copy of Peter Schäfer's book, Jesus in the Talmud. It is the same spirit of hatred behind both Hanukkah and Purim. In the Talmud we find, amongst many other statements, their belief that Yah'shua (Jesus) is today being punished in hell by being made to sit in a cauldron of boiling excrement.

To modern Zionists these Purim pastries may well represent body parts of Muslims demonised as modern-day Hamans. Other features common at Purim celebrations are thin pancakes, cheese blintzes with various sweet or savoury fillings, and the 'gragglers' or noisemakers I mentioned. If you go to any kind of party (even if it is not called a Purim party), watch out for these traditional elements of Purim celebrations being snuck into the party. Zionist Jews like to trick goyim (gentiles) into celebrating their holiday of mass murder. Why do I mention this? Because getting goyim to partake of this ritualistic food is regarded as a funny inside joke by various psychopathic Jewish-supremacists, a psychological demonstration of their supposed superiority.

Anti-zionist and ex-Israeli Gilad Atzmon wrote a penetrating (if anti-Biblical) article entitled, From Esther to AIPAC in which he opposes Purim from another angle, arguing that the lesson of Purim is that Jews should be like Esther and infiltrate non-Jewish institutions in order to use fearmongering to advance Jewish interests:

"The moral of the story is rather clear. If Jews want to survive, they better find infiltrates into the corridors of power...

"However, here is the interesting twist. Though the story is presented as an historic tale, the historical accuracy of the Book of Esther is largely disputed by most modern Bible Scholars. It is largely the lack of clear corroboration of any of the details of the story of the Book of Esther with what is known of Persian History from classical sources that led scholars to come to a conclusion that the story is mostly or even totally fictional.

"In other words, though the moral is clear, the attempted genocide is fictional. Seemingly, the Book of Esther set its followers into a collective Pre-Traumatic Stress Disorder. It makes a fantasy of destruction into an ideology of survival. And indeed, some read the story as an allegory of quintessentially assimilated Jews who discover that they are targets of anti-Semitism, but are also in a position to save themselves and their fellow Jews.

"...The Book of Esther is there to form the exilic identity. It is there to implant the existential stress, it introduces the Holocaust religion. It sets the conditions that turn the Holocaust into reality.

"Interestingly enough, the Book of Esther (in the Hebrew version) is one of only two books of the Bible that do not directly mention God (the other is Song of Songs). In the Book of Esther it is the Jews who believe in themselves, in their own power, in their uniqueness, in their sophistication, in their ability to conspire, in their ability to take over kingdoms, in their ability to save themselves. The Book of Esther is all about empowerment and the Jews who believe in their powers." [8]

Could the actual author(s) of Esther therefore have been someone who lost faith in Yahweh because of the Babylonian Exile and decided to create a humanistic religion of self-reliance based on faith in the special status and identity of the mentally superior Jewish mind? Did he invent the threatened Persian holocaust of the Book of Esther and turn it into the new post-Yahwist religion that we see come to fruition in modern Judaism? Is this what Gilad Arzmon suggests is an early version of the 'Holocaust religion'?

Professor Yeshayahu Leibowitz, the philosopher and an observant orthodox Jew, once said:

"The Jewish religion died 200 years ago. Now there is nothing that unifies the Jews around the world apart from the Holocaust." [9]

He went on to say:

"‘The Holocaust’ is far more than historical narrative, it indeed contains most of the essential religious elements: it has its priests (Simon Wiesenthal, Elie Wiesel, Deborah Lipstadt, etc.) and prophets (Shimon Peres, Benjamin Netanyahu and those who warn about the Iranian Judeocide to come). It has its commandments and dogmas (‘never again’, ‘six million’, etc.). It has its rituals (memorial days, Pilgrimage to Auschwitz etc.). It establishes an esoteric symbolic order (kapo, gas chambers, chimneys, dust, Musselmann, etc.). It has its shrines and temples (Yad Vashem, the Holocaust Museum and now the UN). If this is not enough, the Holocaust religion is also maintained by a massive economic network and global financial infrastructures (Holocaust industry à la Norman Finkelstein). Most interestingly, the Holocaust religion is coherent enough to define the new ‘antichrists’ (the Deniers) and it is powerful enough to persecute them (Holocaust denial laws)." [10]

All of this is a kind of extremist 'liberal religion of self/group-worship', which of course is the heart and soul of occultism. It is the idolisation of self or of a group, a form of self/group conceit. It is a small mental step from being Elohim's (God's) elect because Yahweh says so by divine appointment to electing yourself or your community using your own achievements as self-references, but it is a gigantic spiritual step from Yahweh-worship to self-worship...from heaven to hell...from expecting a Divine Messiah to believing you are collectively your own messiah. Ask a religious Jew who the Suffering Servant of Isaiah 53 is, which so clearly points to Yah'shua (Jesus), and you will find a good many of them adhere to the intoxicating egotistical doctrine that the Jewish community as a whole is the Messiah...much as the Nazis believed they were the Master Race - see my commentary, Are the Jews the Suffering Servant of Isaiah 53?.

This is always a dangerous time of the year both for ordinary innocent Jews being used as canon fodder by their Zionist masters, for nations like the USA and UK fighting Zionism's proxy wars (as they did in Iraq), and of course their modern 'Persian' targets, with today's Iran and its highly unpopular Islamist government clearly in the telescopic lens. Whoever wrote or redacted the Book of Esther was a spiritual forerunner of modern Illuminist Zionism which, like other Illuminist branches, is seeking world dominion and dictatorship. Do not be mesmerised

None of this is, of course, to deny or minimise the horrors of the nazi Holocaust even if the figures may perhaps be disputed. However, the Jews are not the only ones to have suffered holocausts in modern times. You only have only to think of the millions of Russians, Ukrainians and Poles who were massacred by the Soviets, the millions of Chinese massacred by the Maoists, the millions of Cambodians massacred by the Khmer Rouge, the millions of Armenians massacred by the Turks, and the millions of Prussians massacred by the Soviets and Poles to realise that the tragedy of the Jews is not unique or deserving of special treatment - so many others have experienced genocide and are experiencing it today, who deserve equal mention and sympathy. However, few of these have the economic and political clout of the ACLU, ADL or others to promote their causes though the value of the lives of these victims of genocide is no less than that of the Jews who suffered in Word War II. Moreover, few of these victims are clamouring for revenge.

When considering unauthorised feasts like Hanukkah and Purim we must always make sure we measure their content, spirit and the behaviour of their celebrants with the standards set down by the Master. The first principle of the Besorah (Gospel), when it comes to people - religious or otherwise - is that "Elohim (God) does not show favouritism" (Rom.2:11, NIV). He treats people impartially and judges them not on the basis of their religious clan, ethnicity or national idenity but on the condition of their hearts and the conduct of their lives. There is no chauvanism in the Kingdom of Heaven.

A couple of years ago I wrote:

"Many are shocked or offended, and their nationalistic pride hurt, when they are told that some of the things which define their 'country' are pagan. Admixtures of religion and nationalism are amongst the most dangerous forms of heresy known - ancient Israel and Judah fell for these traps too, defending their 'country' as 'patriots' knowing full well, in most cases, that what defined their 'country' was usually a mixture of the Yahweh Faith and paganism. They waved their 'flags' too, bragged about how great they were and how inferior everyone else was (how they were 'the chosen'), and they're still doing it today. Religious people still have dreams of Empire, of subduing the inferior religions and cultures around them, and they think that subterfuge, murder and warfare justify what they claim to be the 'march of [cultural] progress'. One of the problems with the modern Messianic movement is that it tries to peddle Jewish culture as somehow being 'set-apart' or 'holy' - and so Messianics start dumping their own culture and adopting Jewish culture wholesale." (Purim 2010: The Leaven of Babylon)

As should hopefully be evident from this brief study, Purim not only lacks divine authority as a moed or appointment of Yahweh (it's either an appointment of Esther - if she existed - or of the person(s) who authored Esther) but is contrary to the whole morals, ethics and spirit of our Messiah Yah'shua (Jesus):

"For we know Him who said, 'Vengeance is Mine; I will repay,' says Yahweh (Dt.32:35). And again, 'Yahweh will judge His people'" (Dt.32:36) (Heb.10:30, NKJV; cp. Rom.12:19).

In the case of the Egypt plagues, Yahweh did the executing supernaturally. In the case of the conquest of Canaan, Yahweh authorised Joshua to execute a depraved and wicked Canaanite populace, which he failed to complete and which caused Israel no end of woe in the generations to come.

Nowhere since has Yahweh given such instructions. Nowhere in the book of Esther is there even a claim that Yahweh authorised the killing of 75,000 Persians. And Yahweh has not ordered the extermination of the Palestinian people nor has He ordered the nuking of Iran in which hundreds of thousands would die!

Let us be clear about this. Purim has all the hallmarks of the spirit of Edom, not of authentic Judah! It is not the Spirit of Messiah (Christ) that wants all this revenge killing, it is the spirit of the Anti-Messiah (Antichrist)!

Christians and Messianics alike have been seduced by this evil spirit that inhabits man-made festivals and have denied the Ruach haQodesh (Holy Spirit) by either celebrating this Talmudic monstrosity or by endorsing it as supporters of Zionism and the modern Edomite State. It's the same Hamas- and Hezbollah-type terrorist spirit that drove the Jewish Haganah and Irgun back in the 1930's and 1940's into becoming responsible for the Deir Yassin Massacre, the murder of innocent civilians in the King David Hôtel in Jerusalem, and the murder of innocent Jews, Arabs and the British. It has supplied leaders for the modern Israeli State's right-wing Herut and Likud Parties.

To be a consistent Christian or Messianic adhering to the morals and ethics of the Saviour, you cannot condemn Muslim terrorists and not at the same time condemn Israeli terrorism. You can't be 'selectively moral' because Yahweh is no respector of persons! We cannot support or endorse any group of people, let alone a political entity, one of whose platforms is the right to execute vengeance killings in the spirit of Purim, without earning the Divine rebuke for being a hypocrite.

"Yah'shua (Jesus) said, 'My kingdom is not of this world [system]. If it were, my servants would fight to prevent My arrest by the Jews. But now My Kingdom is from another place'" (John 18:36, NIV).

"But I tell you who hear Me: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you" (Luke 6:27-28, NIV).

What devil has been let into the levim (hearts) of believers when they throw out these plainly stated mitzvot (commandments) of the Master and allow that Hanukkah or Purim spirit of hate and murder to enter in? And what justification is advanced by those who would have to harden your levim (hearts) to these mitzvot (commandments)? Is it not the same excuse offered by all devils - "the end justifies the means"? And is it not the same wicked nationalistic spirit that even now is being used to justify the participation of our own nations, and the sacrifice of our soldiers, in wars of aggression abroad whose purpose is not the establishment of democracy but the acquisition of more control and power for the world's élites? No wonder Christianity has a wretched name! No wonder believers are scorned as hypocrites amongst the unbelievers! And no wonder that Christendom and Messianism is coming under condemnation for embracing antichrist teachings and endorsing - and sometimes even participating in - antichrist behaviour! Are we then surprised that the whole world is coming under judgment?

If any of you are serious about being a part of the end-time remnant that is pure and true to all emet (truth) and to the Author of that Emet (Truth), then you need to truly separate yourselves from such wickedness as Purim observance and repent! This is not a small matter! You cannot be both in the Kingdom of Light and in the Kingdom of Darkness - that is why so many Messianic Jews revert back to Judaism or start denying the fundamentals of the Emunah (Faith) such as the Deity of Messiah! For this spirit is in violent disagreement with the Ruach haMashiach - the Spirit of Christ. It has a muderous contention against it and seeks its destruction. There can be no compromise with evil. Therefore renounce and get out of the wicked spirit of Purim! Do not be deceived by its cultural sugar-coating or its 'happy partying'! This is poison to the soul! It is the same spirit of Moloch that Yahweh condemns throughout the Davar (Word). If you will not, then I can promise you that you will go the way of the rest of the world in the judgments that are being poured out even as I speak now. Yahweh wants His Bride spotless.

Be done with the works of the Enemy and adhere to the simple, pure Torah of our Messiah:

"Pursue shalom (peace) with all people, and holiness (set-apartness), without which no one will see the Master: looking diligently lest anyone fall short of the grace of Elohim (God); lest any root of bitterness springing up cause trouble, and by this many become defiled; lest there be any fornicator or profane person like Esau (Edom), who for one morsel of food sold his birthright" (Heb.12:14-16, NKJV).

Brethren and sisters, Purim is not worth it, nor is it worth following those who pursue its Edomite spirit into hell. Stop cannibalistically eating the flesh of Haman - he's dead and gone, assuming he ever lived, as will all our enemies one day when Yahweh executes His judgment. Let the Haman's and all those who steal your shalom (peace) go - give them to Yahweh and move on. Come out of this wicked and perverse system and be saved! Amen.
