"Do not be deceived, my beloved brethren. Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning" (James 1:16-17, NKJV).

I have seen Catholic 'deliverances' too and they are not at all dissimilar. Having been involved in deliverance for a few years I like to follow not only the genuine thing but also keep track of the counterfeits when I can so as to warn people what not to do. Surprisingly, you might think, there is a lot of similarity between Islam and the Roman Catholic religion. For one thing, in the same way that a Muslim believes he can force demons to submit to Islam (and humans too for that matter), Catholics believe that pagan statues can be 'baptised' and made into Catholic statues. So whenever you see a pagan festival that has been 'Christianised' (such as Christmas or Easter), you can be quite sure that somewhere along the line a pagan idol or statue was incorporated into the Catholic Church through a ritual of 'baptism' (sprinkling, of course). For the Catholics believe that if they bless idols and forms of paganism that it is then 'sanctified'. Thus demon-gods like Pan have been 'baptised' and, according to them, made 'holy'.

Anyone with even a modicum of knowledge of the Bible knows that Yahweh commands all pagan idols to be destroyed, not incorporated into the true faith. Indeed such acts of religious syncretism, which have occurred throughout history, are everywhere condemned by Yahweh. And yet if you go to Central and South America, and the Caribbean, where Catholicism is strong, you will see that that Church has incorporated the pagan practices and idols of the nations they conquered such as the Aztecs, Mayans and Incas. And if you go to the island of Haïti you will find African paganism in the form of Voodoo incorporated as well.

Do not be deceived. Embracing and 'baptising' the statues of demons and giving them a fresh coat of historical paint is pure idolatry and blasphemy and any person or religion which does it is cursed. It is a kind of polyandry, like a woman keeping her legitimate husband and then 'marrying' a few other men as well so that she has multiple husbands: it is adultery. Catholicism is blatant apostacy and Satan's method for justifying by deception all that Yahweh hates by sneaking it into the congregation of the saved. Unfortunately, the Protestant churches and not a few Messianic assemblies are doing exactly the same thing, introducing heresies, blasphemies and idolatries, and in some cases, still retaining the old Catholic ones.

If Catholics can incorporate pagan idols into their religion without qualms (such as Morena, posing her as the Virgin Mary), and if Muslims can turn demons into fellow Muslims, then you know that you are looking at false systems of religion that are anathema to the Most High. In Yahweh there is "no variation or shadow of turning", and His Law or Torah does not change either. There is only one true Faith and it never incorporates pagan elements of any form or in any degree.

If you are involved in 'Christianised' pagan practices, repent at once and cease practicing them. Turn to the true path and fold, observe the bibical moedim and walk in authentic holiness.
