Yesterday at 11 pm the United Kingdom became officially independent of the European Union after a long and bitter struggle to exercise its democratic rights. I don't propose to go into the story of that deceptive Union or the Empire it is becoming other than to remark that this is good news for Britain, it will destabilise the Illuminati EU project and send dark and ominous ripples through the Deep State. I prophesied some years ago that the satanic élites would suffer a major defeat, of which Brexit is but one, and that is continuing to happen, though not without a vicious and often deadly struggle. But that's not the only important event going on in this current biblical year.

As you know, President Trump is being impeached which will almost certainly fail, strengthening both him and the Zionist faction that controls him. As you know the other day, amidst great publicity, he announced a proposal for a peace settlement between Israel and the Palestinians. Christians and Messianics are once again getting excited about this though multiple prophetic narratives are being presented based on the false assumption that the Israeli Republic is biblical Israel restored. It isn't and all the narratives I have heard so far are false, including one that claims Trump is the Antichrist and this settlement is the prophesied Peace Treaty spoken of by the navi (prophet) Daniel. He isn't, and it isn't. The Palestinians have not agreed to it, indeed they have hardly been consulted, and they're unlikely to ever agree to it - it's just a piece of propaganda heavily biased in the Israeli's interests. Make a mental note of it as part of the gerrymandering of the Babylonian world system and move on, is my advice.

Finally, before we get into the main subject material, may I remind you that today is about mid-way between the winter and spring solstices and is known as Imbolc, the Gaelic festival marking the beginning of spring but also a high day on the satanic calendar that lasts two days, ending tomorrow. There was a lot of activity after midnight last night and I am glad to report that intercession has led a number of 'ashen' incidences. Yahweh will not be mocked.

It is no accident that Brexit was originally scheduled to take place last year on Halloween (the pagan and satanic Samhain) but is now happening on Imbolc (Brexit happened officially at midnight, Brussels time). This has been done purposefully to curse Britain for daring to leave the globalists' 'paradise' or 'Euro-Empire' and for setting back the élites' plans as Trump did when he beat Hilary Clinton in the last US Presidential Election. And though I know many of our friends in the UK are celebrating, they should be aware that the Deep State apparatus is still in place in the City of London, they will harrass Boris Johnson (the British Prime Minister) the same way they have been harrassing Donald Trump (this has already started, given half his cabinet are 'Remainers') and they are still running the covert globalist economy - remember, that of the ruling British Conservative Party politicians, only a third are really Brexiteers, another third are anti-Brexiteers and the remaining third are simply careerists and couldn't care less but will fall in line with whoever guarantees their paycheque. Judgment is still coming to Britain for its apostacy and idolatry (see Prophecy on Great Britain), and most especially to the City of London which is where the controlling occultic power is concentrated. So don't get overly excited about Brexit! The élites are still in charge of most of the country though their power is now being challenged by the people fed up with the suffocating climate of political correctness, islamisation, and creeping totalitarianism.

As I said before, though the controlling satanic Sabbatean-Frankist cult that runs the worldwide Deep State has experienced defeat in battle and is having its program delayed for maybe up to two decades (which has enraged them, incidentally), it is still here and still in business, so don't get complacent. What happens in the USA and UK recently on the political stage has been granted by Yahweh as an act of grace only to give His witnesses more time to carry on with the call to repentance and the Final Gathering. It is not because there has been any real repentance from sin in either country and judgment is still coming to both. So let us maintain a realistic perspective. We thank Yahweh for this breathing space but we are under no illusions in this ministry as to how this all unfolds.

Finally, we may be about to enter a global Corona virus pandemic that started in Wuhan, China and is spreading. We know that there are about 10,000 cases so far and a less than 50 per cent recovery rate. We had our first case in Sweden yesterday and there are now 8 in Germany. The must vulnerable are the elderly, the very young, and those with serious medical conditions. We will see how this unfolds because we still don't know what's really happening. In the meantime, I advise you to not only trust in Yah'shua (Jesus) to take care of you as you obediently respond to what the Ruach (Spirit) tells you, but that you also use your common sense and take lots of Vitamin C to boost your immune system, ensure that you immediately keep hydrated by drinking plenty of pure, filtered water should your throat start getting dry, and keep your mouth and nose covered in public, maintain diligent hygiene (carefully wash all cups, etc.), and maintain isolation/quarantine at home for at least two weeks if you get infected - do not delay in implementing this régimen. Better safe than sorry. (See the Prepping website for further information).

And to end this introduction, may I thank you all for your prayers this last year for what has been, and continues to be in so many ways, a very difficult time for my family because of health and economic issues. It's a year ago that I got back from my heart surgery and has taken a long time to get back on my feet. My enemies have been quick to claim 'God' told them my heart condition was a punishment because I am 'heretic' or whatever they happen not to like about me so it's been rather amusing to inform them that the cause was actually a pre.natal congenital heart defect, as I got to learn at the hospital - I was born with a missing heart valve flap! None of my accusers have apologised needless to say. Others in my family have been suffering health issues too so please keep them in prayer.

I'm still not able to travel even though I continue to get a continuous stream of invitations to preach abroad. It seems it's not only our bodies that are approaching their 'sell-by dates' as practically everything in our home is wearing out and packing in too, including office equipment and domestic appliances. How we keep going on ancient computers and operating systems is a miracle in itself, though we can't obviously continue indefinitely this way as things like printers and laptops start giving up the ghost (we haven't had a printer for 2 years now), not helped by a flood we had last winter that destroyed so much. So thank you for your ongoing prayers for me and my family and for all your moral support. You have no idea how important this is to us as many have deserted us over the years as the going has got tougher. A lot of people run when opposition comes. And by the time we are done today, it will be clearer that things generally are going to get a lot tougher! We are re-entering the age of the pioneers. So toughen up!

This brings me to the main 'business' of the day (it is the reason we are broadcasting this live) which begins with an announcement, so I'll get straight to the point: the old, preparatory work that this ministry was engaged in up to 1997 when we moved from Norway to Sweden is now completely over and we are moving on. The ministry since that time up to the present - 22 years - has itself been preparatory for the Final Exodus that started in 2014, with the inevitable overlap that accompanies the old (1997-2020), in much the same way as the Old and New Covenants 'overlapped' for a while in the first Messianic/Christian generation and as the Old Creation and New Creation have been 'overlapping' or 'intersecting' for the last 2,000 years as we get ever closer to the Second Coming, First Resurrection and Millennium (which is still 3-4 decades off by my estimation). As Paul testified:

"For if what is passing away was glorious, what remains is much more glorious" (2 Cor.3:11, NKJV)

and

"For the present form of this world is passing away" (1 Cor.7:31, NRSV).

Last Monday morning (27 January) I had a prophetic dream (followed afterwards, when awake, by several visions). In the dream I was watching myself pushing an empty pram to our old home and former ministry headquarters in eastern Norway. In the dream the house was occupied by a family (who do not live there in real life, so the meaning is symbolic) whose name in English translates to 'butcher'. I went into the basement (often symbolic of the carnal nature in dreams) and left the pram there with the grandmother of the house and she invited me to look around at the changes that had been made. The house, in which so many spectacular and wonderful things had happened in the past - malak (angel) visits, visions, revelations, and precious fellowship - but also many sad and heart-breaking things (faithlessness, betrayal, persecution, etc.) - was now a huge, modern gymnasium - brand new - at least in the basement area, very much a picture of the Greco-Roman penchant for competitive sports. I also went up to the main living area and it too was completely refurbished and much larger, and looking very luxurious, again a picture of the wealth of Babylon. This was the house in which my eldest children grew up to be teens and the family living there in the dream, now symbolically inhabited by our former neighbours, were a part of their childhood.

The pram, which had once contained the 'baby' of the Messianic Evangelical work - it's vessel' - was now superfluous to needs and had served its purpose, as prams do in family life once babies grow out of them. It had offered protection, warmth and mobility, but now had to be yielded back to the 'house of infancy' to be disposed of or symbolically 'butchered'. As Israel was nurtured (and enslaved) in Egypt, so must every work of Yahweh arise in the world, being partly in it and partly outside of it in its formative stages. As Israel was protected in Egypt from famine as it multiplied, so was this work protected while its 'seed' was brought forth. To have retained the 'pram', then, would have handicapped the work, binding the metaphorical infant to the cradle and totally stunting it, just as Israel remaining in Egypt would have been a disaster, preventing it from fulfilling its calling. Just as when we die we must yield our bodies back to the earth from whence they came, so the same must be done with the crutches and other aids we needed in the early days of this ministry - the early 'vessels' - which were necessary for our maturation in our particular time and circumstances but which have no further use in the 'adult' or third phase of the ministry. (Some of you may remember the vision of the three harvests I was shown many years ago in Norway, each one being larger than the one before it, and each separated by time). As Paul taught:

"For we know in part and we prophesy in part, but when perfection comes, the imperfect disappears. When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put childish ways behind me" (1 Cor.13:9-11, NIV).

The whole 2,000 year-old historial Body of Christ must go, and is going, through similar processes. Indeed, every new work of Elohim (God) must begin in the culture (or cultures) where it was birthed, and be nurtured there whilst it grows and matures ready for transplantation. The birth of this ministry has been no different, and has experienced many huge changes over the decades to the point that it is virtually unrecognisable now to what it was in the 1980's when it began in England. Just as a baby must be clothed differently and wear nappies/diapers to assist it as it grows to become potty-trained, the same is true of ministerial works of Yahweh. Lutheranism was born in the medium of Catholicism, Methodism in the medium of Anglicanism, and Messianism in the medium of 20th century Protestantism and Talmusic Judaism. And we have definitely been in major transition for a long time now. It's been a long second 'wilderness experience, remembering that Moses had three such experiences: one in Egypt, one in Midian, and one in the Sinai. As I explained last Rosh Chodesh, we are moving into completely uncharted spiritual waters, and to navigate it successfully with the Heavenly Pilot on board, all idolatrous structures must be removed. I love Dwight L. Moody's observation about Moses' life both because he was the leader of the First Exodus (and is therefore a rôle model of sorts) and because it's very applicable to us now:

"Moses spent forty years thinking he was somebody; forty years learning he was nobody; and forty years discovering what God (Elohim) can do with a nobody."

So brethren and sisters, here we are as 'nobody's'. The long Midianite phase is finally over, which brings us back to the vision. My symbolic returning of the pram represents a final severance, an ending - the Midianite ending. The old supporting structures, necessary for the infancy stage, have now completely outlived their usefulness and are fully released. Our time in Midian is over in a few weeks. What our 'Sinai' will mean in practice remains to be fully seen, though I think we have some pretty good ideas based not just on having observed the spiritual processes of change over the years but based on the revelations of the past and now, specifically, on the visions that followed when I woke up, which I will now share with you, so that you have a clearer picture of where we are standing as far as imminent prophetic events are concerned.

First of all I was taken in vision to the Vatican in Rome and found myself in a very large, high-ceilinged and richly ornate room that had an extremely tall, antique gold-gilded mirror near a very large window overlooking the grounds of St.Peter's Square above which the Pope traditionally makes his speeches.

The walls were covered in very old oil paintings and other decorative objects. Standing in front of the mirror was the current Roman Catholic pontiff, Pope Francis I, whom some are calling Petrus Romanus, the last Roman Pope according to one Catholic prophecy by one 'St.Malachy' made 800 years ago [1]. Whether that is an authentic revelation or not I have no idea and I think the reason it has convinced so many people is that it allegedly predicted all the popes' names of the last 8 centuries. I have to say that I tend to view such claims with a healthy dose of suspicion and scepticism for even if I do believe in modern revelation, I am also aware that the vast bulk of it is false, especially coming out of an institution as spiritually corrupt as Rome. This is only the second time that I have been shown a Pope in vision, as far as I can remember, the last being in the early 1990's when I was in Bulgaria, when Yahweh showed me how the Roman Church was nagatively charging the 'spiritual airwaves'.

Returning to the vision: the Pope was staring at himself very intently in the mirror but what was odd was what he was wearing: for these were not the robes of a cleric but of a civilian from many, many centuries ago, as one might have expected from early Tudor times, or even before. It was extremely ornate, what would have been the high fashion of the era worn by kings and nobles, the kind of garb you have seen Henry VIII dressed up in in paintings, and completely out of place in the modern world. This was a picture combining antiquity with opulence.

The Pope then turned suddenly and walked away, to reappear in a completely different set of clothing, equally old, and once again he stared at himself in the mirror, totally self-absorbed, before disappearing out of sight once again. This action was repeated about five times, and each time he appeared in a different period costume. And eye-catching and extraordinary though the costumes were, what mostly grabbed my attention was his countenance, his face, and the spirit that exuded from him, for it was soon apparent that this Argentinian cleric was no man of Elohim (God) at all, and totally unlike either of his recent predecessors whom I know quite a bit about, namely, the Polish John Paul II and the German Benedict XVI, about whom one could at least say some positive things - Benedict was an accomplished scholar, by the way. And then the vision closed.

I was left with this very uneasy feeling. Whatever one can fault the Catholic Church with - and there is much that one can fault it with - it has at least produced some remarkable people, many to be admired for their piety and spirituality. My favourites include Thomas à Kempis, author of Imitation of Christ, and Brother Lawrence, author of The Practice of the Presence of God, which A.W.Tozer used a lot, to cite but two of a whole host. And there are many contemporary Catholics who, though hidebound to much false tradition, do at least have a genuine love of Elohim (God) and of people, and possess virtues worthy of high praise besides. Yahweh will absolutely be gathering these souls out whom I look forward to fellowshipping with by the by.

But in the man I saw in the vision, who has been Catholic Primate since 2013, for seven years now, there was nothing of that - nothing at all. All I could see was vanity, self-absorption, and an occupation somehow with the past - it was as though he was looking for something, a rôle to play, maybe, inspired by the past when the Catholic Church had far more temporal power than it does today. Of course, we know that it still has much influence, though considerably diminished since the Reformation and Enlightenment, as it plays third fiddle to the political and economic powers of the day, locked as it is in an unholy, adulterous union with them as they pursue their 'New World Order'. And Pope Francis is totally open about being a globalist, is a strong supporter of the European Union and or world government and world religion, encouraged very much by Pope John Paul II too who pandered to Moslems, Hindus, New Agers and others, revently kissing their holy books.

Naturally I was more than curious as to why Yahweh showed me this vision. I have long suspected Francis (or Jorge Mario Bergoglio, to give his birth name) is not a believer in any 'Christian' sense of the word, and that there is massive play-acting going on to conceal a more sinister 'one world religion' agenda, beginning with getting the Protestant Churches 'back in the fold', a project now well advanced in its goals. He seems to be in complete cahoots with the Globalists and Sabbatean-Frankist satanic cult that temporarily rule this world.

He is, of course, a Jesuit, the first from that order to be made Pope, an order with a dark and sinister reputation because of its oppressive and subversive activities and involvement with satanism over the centuries since its inception by Ignatius of Loyola in 1540. The leader of the Jesuits is known in certain circles as the 'Black Pope' because of his mission to steer the actual, visible or 'White Pope' seen by the public, being the real (though largely concealed) power of the Roman Catholic Church. In our time, the 'White' and 'Black' Pope have become one in the person of Francis. He has done more to divide the Catholic Church than any Pope before him, reflecting in a way the same divisions that have rent Protestantism broadly into 'believing conservative' and 'atheistic liberal/communist' factions with an ever widening gulf between them, something that Catholicism and Eastern Orthodoxy have been largely spared until now, though the fault line has certainly been there since the Second World War.

To conclude this prophetic excursion, permit me to now make mention of the other vision which will help explain some of the foregoing. I can only share a part of it. I saw a very large, old, grey male cat sitting in its basket. It's eyes were wide open and not at all 'cat-like'. The pupil was very small and the whites of the eye were very wide, only there was also a fiery redness in the eye. The eyes never blinked or closed. The cat merely stared. Even more peculiar, both the eyes were slowly rotating clockwise around a vertical axis, as though suspended like the earth rotating in space, so that the pupil would disappear into the socket of the skull and then reappear after turning 360°. It was very weird, shocking even, as the cat seemed frozen or transfixed, as though its body had been paralysed and allowed only to perform this physically impossible action in the real world. The rotating eye balls were clearly intended to mesmerise in some way, which they did to great effect, at least briefly for me, but then my attention was deflected to its wide open mouth, which was again motionless, as though transfixed. And out of it was oozing, like lava, this vile looking dark grey substance, like a river of vomit or spew, that stretched out like a long ribbon or extended tongue in front of it - only this and the two eyes were actually moving. Then the vision closed.

Now the imagery is very apocalyptic in nature, and similar to the kinds of prophetic description given in the Book of Revelation. The mouth is associated with speech here (since nothing is being consumed). Recall that John the apostle saw "three evil spirits that looked like frogs [that] came out of the mouth of the dragon, out of the mouth of the beast and out of the mouth of the false navi (prophet)" (Rev 16:13, NIV) and goes on to explain that these three are "spirits of demons performing miraculous signs, and they go out to the kings of the whole world, to gather them for the battle on the great day of Elohim (God) Almighty" (Rev.16:14, NIV). This is the Pope spewing out lies whilst mesmerising with his eyes. It's how magicians work...and occultists, deflecting attention from what's really going on to something relatively unimportant but eye-catching none-the-less.

Why a cat? Because this animal is a crafty and cunning hunter, a beast of prey, and (mercifully for pet owners) small enough as not to be dangerous to man. A 'catty' or 'cattish' person is sly and spiteful, the grey colour - of both the cat itself and the words it is spewing out of its mouth - is an admixture of white and black, truth and lies, purity and impurity, and in the case of the Catholic institution, of both Christianity and paganism, the colour equivalent of being "lukewarm" and "neither hot nor cold" (Rev.3:16, NIV). This cat is a symbolic depiction of Pope Francis, sly and spiteful (you might have recently noticed him slapping people's hands), spewing forth a constant stream f lukewarm grey vomit of lies and truth all hopelessly blended together, just as the devil and his demonic host have always done. This is not a good portent though really shouldn't be surprising to those already tuned in to the Ruach (Spirit).

It is no mystery to the watchmen of Yahweh's Kingdom that the Roman Catholic Church is up to no good and we have long known that Pope Francis is a globalist through-and-through and probably a communist too - he is being denounced by more and more conservative Catholics whose faith he is dismantling and reshaping even more into the image of the Beast system. But why has Yahweh shown this to us now? Because the Catholic Church, long identified as "the great whore that sitteth upon many waters" (Rev.17:1, KJV), "waters" being a reference to "peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues ('languages' - NIV)" (Rev.17:15, KJV) is a worldwide church (which is what the word 'catholic' means - 'worldwide' or 'universal' - both in the distribution of its peoples and in its claims to authority and power) and accordingly still has a big influence, particularly in Central and South America, central southern Europe, the Philippines and central Africa. John Paul II made the Papacy very popular with the general public and was a moral force in supporting the Polish revolt against the communist régime that set off a chain-reaction in Eastern Eueope. If the vatican hoping to get a temporal power 'slice of the cake' from the Sabbatean-Frankists it's going to be sorely disappointed.

I don't want to get into the complicated prophetic imagery of the Book of Revelation but rather to make a single observation: that as we switch now to our new (and final) calling (at least on my watch) the Catholic Church under Pope Francis is going to start changing gears too. As the Catholic institution sheds every last vestige of Christianity and reveals more of its paganism which it has hidden for so many centuries, so we shall see it meet its fate, as prophesied in Revelation:

"The beast and the ten horns you saw will hate the prostitute ('whore' - KJV). They will bring her to ruin and leave her naked; they will eat her flesh and burn her with fire" (Rev.17:16, NIV).

That whole 1,500 year-old institution, having outlived its usefulness to the powers-that-be, will finally become a satanic offering, having served hitherto so well in spreading falsehood and oppression for so long. It is her 'final judgment', as it were. Of course, this 'whore' is more than the Roman Catholic Church, per se, which is but one manifestation of the larger entity known as 'Babylon' and 'Rome', which taken altogether is the combined political-economic-religious system of the Anti-Messiah or Antichrist. We'll dissect all of this another time but I do want to leave one important prophetic fact for you to consider: in John's Apocalypse the destruction of the City of Rome is predicted in the same sort of way that Sodom was (Gen.18:26ff.).

But there is a triple Axis of Evil that is 'Rome' and 'Babylon' - the Vatican in Rome today only represents the religious arm of the satanic deep state Sabbatean-Frankist cult that runs the world - there are two others, namely the economic (based in the City of London) and the military-industrial (based in Washington D.C.). These are all independent countries, incidentally, and have nothing to do with Italy, the UK or the USA. All three are scheduled for destruction along, quite possibly, with the 'New Rome' or 'Eastern Roman Empire', once Constantinople (Byzantium, now Istanbul) but now Moscow following Byzantium's conquest by the Moslems. So all of this is a warning of things shortly to come to pass, and to keep your eyes on what the Vatican says and gets up to. This is nothing new to you because I have been talking about this for years. What's important is what they're now going to get up to following the élites' reverses in the US and UK presidential and general elections, respectively

Some important things I want you to be aware of: Rome was only spared destruction at the end of the first century (when John saw his vision) because of the spread of Christianity in the imperial city, altering the character of the city, and at length spawning Roman Catholicism through gradual doctrinal mutation, an adulterous union of 'Babylon' with 'Jerusalem' not unlike that which preceeded the Babylonian Exile of the Kingdom of Judah. The reason the destruction of the City of London and Washington DC has been delayed is for precisely the same reason. But once the true believers have left these places, as they will, then judgment will no longer be withheld. Then the full force of Yahweh's fury will fall on them, and on their satellite cities around the world where the same dark, secretive kabals have set up shop. Ironically, the persecution and killing of Christians/Messianics will result in the final loss of any divine protection that has until now spared the wicked in these places from judgment. That is another reason why the qodeshim (saints, set-apart ones) must be gathered out, a call that is going outNOW! Leave the cities, not just to survive collapse, but for this added reason that I have not mentioned before in the context of prepping.

I am sure you're all wondering how this is going to unfold, and what to expect. Well I can answer that very plainly indeed...at least, not I, but the apostle John who was filled with the Ruach haQodesh (Holy Spirit), in fact, but perhaps not in the way you expect or want. Last night I watched a video with my wife of two EU officals taking down the British flag from amongst all the other flags that comprise this 'European Union' in their parliament building designed deliberately to look like the Tower of Babel. If you're British, be glad - be very, very glad, for now and in the immediate years ahead - that you're out of the heart of the beast system, although it's still around you in other ways. So let me answer the question I just posed, as to what is going to happen.

The Book of Revelation tells us, without any ambiguity. There is one thing the Paulists don't understand - and by 'Paulists' I mean those who unwisely put the writings of Paul ahead of the Gospels and all the other writers in the Messianic Scriptures (New Testament), including, and especially, John: the attitude of the Book of Revelation to the State is completely different to every other book in the New Testament. The other books respect the State and tell believers to be good citizens - Romans 13:1-7, 1 Timothy 2:2 and 1 Peter 2:13-17 in particular - I'll not read them out here today as I have already spoken at length about - you can re-read, or listen again to, the sermon I gave last September, The Limits of Obedience to the State: A Study of Romans 13:1-7). The tone of John's Apocalypse is completely different to that of Paul when it comes to the State. In what way? Well, for one thing, to get out, leave or forsake 'Babylon'. And I also want you to realise that in the first instance, the Book of Revelation is not about the distant future but about the time of the first century believers, even though it does also address the distant future - our own day.

In the Book of Revelation, Rome is the great harlot, drunk with the blood of the qodeshim (saints, set-apart ones) and the martyrs, for in John's Book, Babylon stands for Rome - remember that first-and-foremost this is the Rome of two millennia ago. Listen carefully:

"One of the seven malakim (angels) who had poured out the seven bowls came over and spoke to me. 'Come with me,' he said, 'and I will show you the judgment that is going to come on the great prostitute who sits on many waters. The rulers of the world have had immoral relations with her, and the people who belong to this world have been made drunk by the wine of her immorality ('fornication' - KJV).'

"So the malak (angel) took me in the Ruach (Spirit) into the wilderness. There I saw a woman sitting on a scarlet beast that had seven heads and ten horns, written all over with blasphemies against Elohim (God). The woman wore purple and scarlet clothing and beautiful jewelry made of gold and precious gems and pearls. She held in her hand a gold goblet full of obscenities and the impurities of her immorality. A mysterious name was written on her forehead: 'Babylon the Great, Mother of all Prostitutes and Obscenities in the World.' I could see that she was drunk - drunk with the blood of Elohim's (God's) qadosh (holy, set-apart) people who were witnesses for Yah'shua (Jesus). I stared at her completely amazed" (Rev.17:1-6, NLT).

So what had gone wrong? You see, 2,000 years ago, little by little, the Roman Emperor had come to be regarded as a god. He embodied the spirit of Rome, and in gratitude for good rule people had first worshipped the spirit of Rome, and then the Emperor as the incarnation of that spirit. At first the Emperors were embarrassed by this, for they had not sought it. Rome stretched from Britain to the Euphrates in modern day Iraq, and from the Danube to North Africa. What could give some kind of unity to this vast polyglot (multilingual) Empire which comprised most of the known world? The one thing that could unify it was Caesar-worship. So the day came, when once a year, probably within the space of less than a minute, every citizen had to burn a pinch of incense to the godhead of Caesar and say, 'Caesar is Lord (God)!' This the first and second century believers would never do. Christ and Christ alone was Lord (Master). And that was why they were persecuted. If they had conformed and had burned the incense and said the short sentence aloud, they could have gone off and worshipped anything and anyone they wanted to (that was how Rome defined 'tolerance', but it came with a heafty price tag). But they would not, and so they became what the poet Sir William Watson called 'the panting, huddled flock, whose crime was Christ.'

Look at Europe today, a polyglot Empire-in-the-making. Oh yes, a high ranking official - Guy Verhofstadt - publically and unashamedly called the EU an 'Empire' at the British Liberal Democrat Party Conference last September. And they're having huge problems maintaining unity. The €uro was supposed to accomplish that, but it's been a failure, and now countries like Poland and Denmark are talking about leaving. Britain was the first to leave, last night at midnight our time, about 12 hours ago, so you have witnessed history being made. The EU mandarins are very, very unhappy about that, and they have played dirty to stop Brexit happening. Moscow tried to keep the Soviet Union together when the three Baltic States declared independence. The Soviet Constitution allowed it but the leaders never really expected anyone would dare try to leave. There was bloodshed in Lithuania before Moscow finally relented. The EU is an authoritarian, anti-democratic state but they could hardly stop Britain by force because they had no army. Maybe that's why they're desperate to create one now. Next time they will reveal more of their true colours. The EU didn't start totalitarian, it became totalitarian in small increments, just as Rome did, as it morphed from a Republic into an Empire, rather like the Star Wars story. The EU is heading in that direction, if it survives, and I can't believe it is going to completely crumble. It will one day likely morph into a World Government along with other 'Unions' designed for that purpose. So far they haven't clamped down on Christians as they now have in Russia and particularly China, but believers have been marginalised and are under increasing pressure. This is how the persecution will develop in our time.

The Book of Revelation is extremely important. It was written 40 or 50 years after Paul's counsel to believers in Rome and elsewhere in the Empire where as we know they were ferociously persecuted. By the time John received his Apocalypse, the situation had changed dramatically. It was dangerous enough in Paul's day, but it would get far worse. The Book of Revelation came from that time when men and women had to choose between Caesar and Christ, when to be true to Christ was to be liable to die. It's already happening in the Moslem world. Only the other day a Nigerian Pastor was told to renounce Christ by Boko Haram terrorists, the Nigerian Branch of ISIS, or die. He chose to go the way of the martyrs rather than deny the Savior and has joined the tens of thousands of other faithful souls crying out from beneath the altar (rev.6:9). That is why the Book of Revelation hates Rome, and that is why it looks so eagerly forward to the end of the present evil æon (age), and the time when Christ's enemies will be vanquished and He will reign.

Brethren and sisters, we have had it comparitively easy in the West so far, and have become spiritually lazy and decadent as a result, but the winds of change are coming. Above all I want you to realise that soon - relatively soon - the laissez-faire (non-interference) attitudes of governments toward Christians and Messianics will cease when they realise that the only way they can keep their feifdoms together is by doing what Rome did all those centuries ago when they demanded obeissance be made to the Emperor. It may not consist of literally offering incense and calling a President or a Commissioner 'Lord' but it will be something like it, and it won't happen all at once but come in stages as the global Empire realises this is a good way to keep itself together in the absence of anything else that works, particularly when natural loyalty vapourises and populist revolt takes its place. Remember, this end-time Empire has the consitency of mixed iron and clay (Dan.2:33). Scripture calls him 'Anti-Messiah' or 'Antichrist' but he'll have some other grand title outside Christian circles. And that obseissance true believers will not be able to give, whether it is confessing Allah and his prophet, Mohammed, or the EU or World President as some sort of equivalent 'god', because that will be the means of acquiring the fatal mark (Rev.16:2; 19:20). It might be total submission to the Communist Party, as is now demanded of everyone in China. It doesn't really matter how it is worded, for the spirit will be the same. And it will be the ultimate idolatry with eternal consequences to submit to it. To conform will mean blaspheming El Elyon, the Most High God, and becomign sealed to Satan.

Watch out for the ever greater demands that are placed on believers in the months and years ahead. They may go for the 'pizza method' in some places by demanding a little bit more every time they want submission, or they may suddenly demand it all in one go in other places, as in Red China. It will get harder and harder to avoid such confrontational situations, especially in the cities with the complete surveillance system they have in China and which Merckel wants to introduce to Germany and the EU. Worshipping the State as god may come in the form of submitting to some restriction on your faith or worship in order to earn Social Credit in order to be allowed to travel, rent or buy a home, go to university, buy food, get a job or get medical attention. This system is virtually up-and-running in many major cities in China already. That is why you have to get out of the cities. That is why they are launching surveillance satellites into space nearly every week now, what's known as the '5G' network. The plan is to lock down the entire planet, making it an open global prison. And it will start in the cities, which is why you must get into the countryside. But even that will be completely surveilled from space eventually so you won't be able to hide anywhere. So what is Yahweh's solution? The Final Gathering, supernaturally-protected communities, and the Sukkot Anointing of the kind possessed by the Elijah nevi'im (prophets). This is going to be just a little bit different from John's day.

If you're not already on your knees begging Yahweh to admit you into the Remnant that is gathering for the Last Exodus and to supernaturally anoint you with the power to accomplish what He has commissioned His servants to do, now would be a good time to start. If you're sincere and willing to change, He will do His work. Join with us in spirit this spring for the Dedication of the Melchizedek Priesthood. Only the other day Yahweh led a brother to this ministry from another country, instructing him to read everying on our website and to come to the nevi'im (prophets) for instruction. He is the first of many. They will come as a trickle and then a flood as the Body of Messiah repents of idolatry and false teaching and come in, humble and teachable, at the True Gate of Messianic Israel which is Yah'shua the Messiah (Jesus Christ). Everything changes this year, as I have repeatedly said. It has already begun and time waits for no man. You have to respond quickly. You have to make your choice.

It is written:

"'I Yah'shua (Jesus) have sent My malak (angel) to give you this solemn message from Me to bring it to the messianic assemblies (churches). I am the Root of David and My descent is from him. I am the bright morning star. The Ruach (Spirit) and the Bride (the Messianic Israel Remnant) say: 'Come!' If any man hears the invitation, he must answer ('also say' - JBP): 'Come!' If anyone is thirsty, he must come. Here is the invitation, to everyone who wants the mayim chayim (waters of life), to come and take it - and all for nothing' ('as a gift' - JBP)" (Rev.22:16-17, Barclay).

You must come, like Moody said, as a 'nobody' whom Yahweh can use, because 'somebodies' - people who think they're something special, entitled, or the 'cat's whiskers' always get in the way of the Ruach (Spirit). If you're coming as some big 'preacher', 'teacher', 'evangelist', 'apostle', or 'prophet', you're still in Egypt, or at the very least still learning in Midian. So until the spring, Yahweh bless you in Yah'shua's (Jesus') Name as you seek by faith and obedience to arise in your calling! Amen.
