Chag sameach Rosh Chodesh kol beit Yisra'el - a blessed New Moon day to the whole of the House of Israel! A new day and a new moon began at sunrise this morning and we are gathering in our local congregations, at Yahweh's command, to hear the davar (word) of His nevi'im (prophets).

On the edge of our property here in Sweden, right next to a forest, and the original wooden house built in the 1700's two centuries before our own stone and brick building first saw the light of day as a local school, is a small shepherd's cottage which we simply call 'the summer house' (see pictures below). It has no electricity or water but every guest who has slept there or lived in it a while during the summer months has reported the lovely atmosphere in it. It's relaxing, peaceful and rejuvenating. My eldest daughter loved it so much that she chose to live there one summer and became so attached to it that it was a struggle to persuade her to leave it for the main house when the colder autumn months arrived.

It wasn't until recent times, in the last two or three years, that I learned something more about its history from one of the locals. It turns out that its last full-time occupant, a shepherd like those before him who lived there, was a devout Christian known as a man of prayer. His legacy, perhaps unbeknown to him, had been to leave a blessing on the place which all who have ever stayed there have felt. The place is Ruach- or Spirit-soaked.

So it came as great interest to me when a few days ago I had a vision depicting this little house in the ruach (spirit). A softly-spoken wise man was there, in his 40's or 50's, whom I suppose now was the shepherd, counselling me. But the house was not as it is in real life, as I said, and was occupying a different dimension. For in the main room (the 5th and 6th pictures above) there was no furniture or ceiling, apparently. Rather, in the centre of the room and extending far above my head to a height of, perhaps 15 feet or so, were two huge dark granite-like pillars. As a material, granite symbolises strength, durability and elegance, coming as as igneous rock from the earth's crust. It is chosen principally for its density though it is also very heat-resistant. The pillar on the right was solid and in perfect condition; but the one on the left was visibly not a single piece of masonry but in large chunks or pieces, like giant bricks of irregular size and shape, that gave the appearance of being assembled one on top of the other - and sometimes two abreast. And it was this pillar that naturally caught my attention because I wanted it to be fixed.

Now the front of our home - the main house - has two large, distinctive white pillars too, a feature of it that caught my attention when I first saw it because Yahweh had shown me in a prophetic dream what our present house would look like some time before we found it, and these pillars - which I had sketched in by journal immediately afterwards - featured prominently (see picture below).

There has always been something special about this house which we dedicated to Yahweh upon arriving in 1997 and which has become both our home and the centre of our international outreach. You can see the dedication plaque over the door, made by one of the brethren, which reads Qodesh la Yahweh, meaning "Dedicated (set-apart, made holy) to Yahweh" ("Holiness to the Lord" in the KJV). These words historically were, as far as we know, first engraved on a gold plate which was placed on the turban of the Cohen Gadol or High Priest (Ex.28:36; 39:30) to indicate to whom he belonged as the representative of Israel, Yahweh allegorical wife.

Crowning the façade of our home is a depiction of Yah'shua the Messiah (Jesus Christ) as the "Lion of the Tribe of Judah" (Rev.5:5) who is its Head. The design was given to me in a vision many years ago and has been an emblem of this ministry ever since. And interestingly, when I came to do some genealogical research some years ago, I discovered that our ancient family motto was Leo de Juda est robur nostrum - "The Lion of Judah is Our Strength". And so that has proved to be so in my own life, with my mother feeling inspired to call me 'Christopher', from the Greek Khristophoros meaning 'Christ-bearer'. I try to carry Messiah in my mind and lev (heart) to the best of my ability even through for the first couple of decades of my life I fancied myself an atheist. So as you can see we view our home as a Temple of Yahweh and try to treat it similar to the way Yahweh's Temple of old was and especially in the same way as the Temple of the Ruach haQodesh (Holy Spirit), our physical bodies, is supposed to be regarded in the B'rit Chadashah (New Covenant):

"Don't you know that you yourselves are Elohim's (God's) temple and that the Ruach Elohim (God's Spirit) lives in you? If anyone destroys Elohim's (God's) temple, Elohim (God) will destroy him; for Elohim's (God's) temple is sacred (qodesh, set-apart, holy), and you are that temple...Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Ruach haQodesh (Holy Spirit), who is in you, whom you have received from Elohim (God)? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honour Elohim (God) with your body" (1 Cor 3:16-17,19-20, NIV).

I mentioned that the front doors of our house are flanked by two large white pillars and that in the vision I saw two large granite pillars appeared inside our summer house. To explain what Yahweh showed me I first have to spend a little time discoursing on the historical, practical and spiritual significance of pillars. This revelation is important ine xposing the many counterfeit religious systems in the world that pretend to be of Elohim (God).

Now, of course, pillars of wood, stone or med-brick have been used since earliest times to support the roofs of large rooms or to provide monumental decoration such as may be found in Erech in Mespotamia. From about the latter part of the second millennium BC rectangular stone pillars or wooden posts on stone bases were used in larger houses in Canaan/Israel for carrying upper storeys or balconies on one or all sides of the central court. The pillars which Samson pulled down in Philistia were almost certainly wooden set on stone bases (Jdg.16:23-30).

We know that from the time of the early monarchy buildings with rows of pillars existed, and you will recall the figurative "seven pillars" in the Beit Hochmah or House of Wisdom (Prov.9:1). In the stables at Megiddo pillars also served as hitching-posts. Of finer quality, and showing possible Phoenician influence, are the carved capitals (top-pieces) found at several Samarian sites. The rows of pillars in Solomon's palace may well have been like this (1 Ki.7:2-6). Only later during the Hellenistic and Roman periods were pillars widely employed as decorative features such as lining the main streets of towns, as at Jerash in modern day Jordan.

A pillar is used to describe Lot's wife after she was entombed by brimstone or lava (Gen.19:26) but perhaps the most well-known usage of the term in a supernatural context concerns the pillar of fire that protected and guided the Camp of Israel on the move during the great Exodus at night and the pillar of smoke by day (Ex.13:21).

Like the stand-alone Celtic menhir, stones were set up on-end throughout the ancient world and often idolatrously associated with shrines or temples. However, pillars (Heb. masseba) were also erected in a non-idolatrous way as memorials. Rachel's grave was marked in this way (Gen.35:20) and Absalom, being childless, set up a pillar, to which he gave his own name, as his own memorial (2 Sam.18:18). The name conferred on the stone identified it with the bearer of that name.

Pillars were likewise set up to commemorate important events. Jacob set up the stone he had used as a pillow, clearly a small slab, after the first theophany at Bethel and yet another stone after his second theophany. Libations were poured on both of these, marking them out from other stones. By naming the stones 'House of El/God' (Beit-el, Bethel), Jacob recorded their significance to him (Gen.28:18-22; 35:13-15). The covenants between Jacob and Laban, and between Yahweh and Israel, were also visibly indicated in this way (Gen.31:45-54; Ex.24:4; Josh.24:26-27). So too were the crossing of the Jordan (Josh.4:1-9) and the victory over the Philistines at Mizpeh (1 Sam.7:12, named 'stone of help', from the Heb. 'eben ha-ezer, Ebenezer).

This is the significance of the victorious Christian/Messianic who will be a pillar in the Temple of Elohim (God), bearing the names of Yahweh, the New Jerusalem and the New Name of the Son of Man:

"I (Yah'shua/Jesus) am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown. Him who overcomes I will make a pillar in the temple of my Elohim (God). Never again will he leave it. I will write on him the name of my Elohim (God) and the name of the city of my Elohim (God), the New Jerusalem, which is coming down out of heaven from my Elohim (God); and I will also write on him my New Name" (Rev.3:11-12, NIV).

Pillars have also come to be figuratively identified with human beings and deities over the course of time. Amongst the Canaanites, the pillar had become identified with deity, particularly male ones, as an object of veneration. This idolatry was forbidden to the Israelites who were commanded to destroy any and all they found such as Ashteroth poles (Ex.23:24; Dt.16:22).

A prophecy is made in the Book of Isaiah of a future event yet to be fulfilled in which we are told that when they are finally converted to the Besorah (Gospel), the Egyptians will one day set up a pillar to Yahweh on their border (Is.19:19).

You may possibly have noticed that I have skipped mentioning two particular pillars up to now that figure prominently in the Temple of Solomon. That is because they are principally what I want to talk to you about now. The entrance to Solomon's temple was flanked by two gigantic bronze pillars:

"[Solomon] cast two bronze pillars, each eighteen cubits high and twelve cubits around, by line. He also made two capitals of cast bronze to set on the tops of the pillars; each capital was five cubits high. A network of interwoven chains festooned the capitals on top of the pillars, seven for each capital. He made pomegranates in two rows encircling each network to decorate the capitals on top of the pillars. He did the same for each capital. The capitals on top of the pillars in the portico were in the shape of lilies, four cubits high. On the capitals of both pillars, above the bowl-shaped part next to the network, were the two hundred pomegranates in rows all around. He erected the pillars at the portico of the temple. The pillar to the south he named Jakin (Jachin) and the one to the north Boaz. The capitals on top were in the shape of lilies. And so the work on the pillars was completed" (1 Kings 7:15-22, NIV).

It was next to one of these pillars that the king stood on ceremonial occasions (2 Ki.11:14; 23:3; 2 Chr.23:13) just as at the coronation of Abimelech in Shechem (Jdg.9:6).

These two fabulous bronze pillars were known as 'Jachin' and 'Boaz' for reasons we shall understand in a moment. They were hollow (except for the capitals which were solid) and were cast by Hiram of Tyre in moulds dug in the ground (Jer.52:21). One study concludes that they must have weighed about 27 tons each. At the destruction of Jerusalem in 587 BC they were broken up, and the metal was carried off to Babylon (2 Ki.25:13).

In Ezekiel's temple, never constructed, these bronze pillars were significantly replaced by wooden pillars (Ezek.40:49) for reasons which I also hope will become apparent later as we get into our study. We must not miss any of these details. Suffice to say for now that wood symbolises humanity for you will recall that trees symbolise people. (For some background instruction in this symbolism, please see my important series, A Garden in the Mind). And as the two bronze pillars pointed to two genealogical lines at the time of construction, so the two wooden ones - along with Ezekiel's temple as a whole - not to a building but to living persons. But as I said, more of that in a short while as I don't want to get ahead of myself.

It should by now be obvious that even though these twin pillars were associated with a building, they did not support any architectural structures as, for example, the two in my house do: they were freestanding but "near" the temple wall (1 Ki.7:21) and "before" it (2 Chr.3:17). They are listed with the furnishings but not with the Temple fabric.

What these two majestic pillars symbolise has been the subject of immense speculation and heated controversy so we will begin by pointing out what they do not represent. Though it is not an unreasonable posulate, what the two pillars are unlikely to represent are the pillars of fire and smoke that accompanied Israel in their wanderings (Ex.33:9; Dt.31:15). Their names - Jachin and Boaz - point to something entirely different. And before we look at the occultic abuses of the symbolism, may I point out that the bronze pillars were named after two men and that both are therefore reflective of something male - they were not, for example, called 'Jacob and Rachel' or 'Isaac and Rebekah' or 'Abraham and Sarah' or 'Adam and Eve' - bear this in mind as you consider occultic 'explanations'.

Three religious groups that make a great ado about the pillars of Jachin and Boaz are the Freemasons, the Talmudic Jewish Kabbalists and New Agers like David Icke. Like all occultists, the Freemasons make the mistake of making the following assumptions about these two particular pillars:

• 1. All pillars represent Deity;
• 2. There is only One Elohim (God), yet there are two pillars; therefore
• 3. The pillars represent male and female aspects of Deity, respectively.

The pillars of Jachin and Boaz figure prominently in Masonic lodges and in their symbolism generally, as in the illustation to the left where you will notice one common error, namely, the substitution of the capitals for lamps. Not all Masonic representations of the pillars have these, though, for as is true in occultism generally, symbols are mutated and twisted both to confuse those in the lower ranks or degrees who are not 'adepts' or 'initiates' as well to bait seekers into their 'mysteries' and lead them down a rabbit trail of confusion until, at the final degree, they discover that the Masons are Satanists and actually worship Lucifer under the name 'Jahbulon' (the blaspphemous combination of Jahweh, the Canaanite Baal and the Egyptian On). Another variation of the pillars is shown in the illustration to the right.

Masons, like occultists generally, are Gnostics and believe that salvation comes through the acquistion of knowledge. Under their version of the pillars of Jachin and Boaz the mason is supposed not only to seek for, but also acquire, his saving knowledge [1]. They are therefore oracles to him. According to leading freemason Albert Pike and self-confessed Luciferian, the pillar on the right represents the rigid membrum virile, object of worship of ancient nations, i.e. a phallus.

This is confirmed by mystic Manly Hall who claims the Pillar of Jachin (the occultists have the two pillars back to front, incidentally) is an erect penis, in effect, an Egyptian obelisk, examples of which you will find littered around the capitals of the Western world like Washington D.C, London, and Paris. Ask yourself why they are there. According to Pike, all pillars, tree stocks, colums and even the Christian Cross are phallic symbols. By impailing Yah'shua (Jesus) on such a phallic symbol, Pike claims, man used his regenerative powers to denounce Yahweh. Freemasons believe that Yahweh created the world with a compass and the phallic symbol is worshipped because it is the equivalent to Elohim's (God's) compass [2].

The pillar of Boaz, that appears on the left in the masonic system, is associated with the words 'strong' and 'goat', the goat symbolising Spring and the regenerating Sun - the time of the year when sexual impulses are heightened. The Goat of Mendes is, of course, a symbol of Satan.

Therefore, to the occultic mason, Jachin represents the male erection and Boaz symbolises the strength of the erection. Albert Pike claims that it is acceptable to worship the male organ because God created man in his image. In other words, Masons, like all occultists and heathen everywhere, worship sex. They worship the creature (or the created forces in nature) instead of the Creator. Like all false religion, Masonry is essentially the worship of self and they perversely claim that the pillars of Jachin and Boaz promote worship of the flesh. After you strip away all the sophisticated symbolism and mystical imagery, this is what you are left with, even if they try to cloak it with spiritually-sounding concepts.

The Jewish kabbalists add another twist to the self-worship of Gnostisicm by covering their whole pagan system with biblical terminology and greater sophistication. Talmudic Judaism is saturated with it and a large number of Messianics have been ensnared by it as a result of their attraction to this Jewish system of theology. And in recent years, kabbalism, in a secularised form, has been the 'in thing' of the Hollywood set. In this Talmudic system:

"The two pillars can be found in the symbolic traditions of many religious traditions and esoteric Orders. Their meaning relates to the duty of the Initiate to bring Harmony into both his own personality and in the world, and relates to the manifestation of universal consciousness in a myriad of material forms..."

"Coming to the realization that oneself is but a temporal and spatial manifestation of a single Divine consciousness, or universal law that orders all things, is atonement (at-one-ment) with God. Yet, at-one-ment does not result from a mere intellectual recognition of divine unity. The universal consciousness must become manifest in one’s own personality, which is a center for the interplay between the forces of balance and impulse. The Initiate must see through the illusion of opposites to understand their inherent unity and must apply this understanding to the mastery of his own being. Like Nature, Man is made of a number of instincts and qualities that are seemingly opposite. Since ancient times it has been recognized that the seven pairs wisdom/foolishness; wealth/poverty; fruitfulness/childlessness; life/death; dominion/dependence; peace/war; beauty/ugliness are the ones which most affect man’s successful progress through life. The Initiate should repeatedly check the actions of his life against these seven pairs and take the reconciling middle position by maintaining a balanced integrity. The Initiate who can affirm, “I come from between the pillars” has walked the middle path through the turmoil and troubles of life and has preserved his composure. As an agent of Omneity he is commissioned to a life of activity in a world of seeming contradiction and confusion, from which he must work to bring his own individual pattern of harmony [3].

Anyone with a superficial understanding of what biblical atonement is, will at once recognise that the occultic idea of 'atonement' is radically different. All occultism is self-salvation and about coming into 'balance' between two opposites, male and female, Yin and Yang. Indeed many Luciferians and Satanists believe that for the Universe to function properly there must be a perfect balance between the 'good god', Lucifer, and the 'bad god', Jehovah. Needless to say, their 'Jehovah' is not the biblical Yahweh, but just the 'good cop' variant (the 'bad cop' in the satanic system) of the good cop/bad cop duality - like white magic vs. back magic, communism vs. fascism, etc..

The goal of the Luciferic system is to get us to 'take sides' in this false dichotomy when we should be standing wholly apart from it. Satan uses this methodology to confuse and enslave people at every level of being. We see it in the political contest between the Democrat and Republican Parties whose leaders are both serving the same agenda while duping their followers. We see it in the contests between false religions and in the contests within Christianity and Messianism, and between false denominations. We see it in in the contest between Jew and Arab, Judaism and Islam, Western Secularism and Islam - every contest or battle which excludes the true Besorah (Gospel) of Yah'shua the Messiah (Jesus Christ) is a good cop/bad cop contest...and it doesn't matter whether you think you are the 'goodies' or the 'badies' because it is the agenda behind these false contests that is being served. One of the great enlightenings of being saved is seeing through this false dualism and beyong to the Ultimate Reality which is Yahweh's Realm.

This is the counterfeit Jachin and Boaz System of false, illusiory dichotomies. It's just the Enemy's way to get mankind to destroy himself in futile no-win battles. Why does man get suckered into them? Because he adheres to the Gnostic lie that he must save himself - he must save humanity exclusively by his own efforts through politics, religion, philosophy or whatever. Whether it be the environmentalist who worships nature and wants to impose Global Government or the Muslim who wants to impose global Sharia, it makes no difference. The same agenda is ultimately being served but wearing different clothes. It's the one multi-faced counterfeit system - the illusion of the Matrix.

Kabbalism has its own twist on Gnosticism - it too claims the pillars of Jachin and Boaz as its own - and it is not far removed from the doctrines of Freemasonry. Indeed, Fremasons are kabbalists. Albert Pike was a kabbalist and writes extensively on it in his book, Morals and Dogma, sanctioned by the Supreme Council of the Thirty-Third Degree, for the Southern Jurisdiction of Masons of the United States, in the 19th century.

Do not be deceived by those 'Messianic kabbalists' who tell you that there is a 'true' kabbalah and a 'false' one - this is just another false dichotomy and about at true as there being a 'true' and a 'false' form of Satanism (the 'false' one being 'devil-worship'). Having been a kabbalist myself, and studied principally in the school of Z'ev ben Shimon Halevi, and having seen the kabbalism of various Messianic ministries, I can testify that the 'white kabbalism' of these Messianics (such as Trimm, Koniuchowsky, Nydle and others), laced as it is with Torah and an ocean of Hebrew terminology that gives it the feel of being 'kosher', is just a 'good cop' variety of one false Gnostic system. All kabbalism is demonic because kabbalism worships another god and another gospel of self-salvation made to appear biblical. It adheres to the anti-Besorah (Gospel) doctrines of divinely initiated evolution and reincarnation that is the stuff of occultism. You cannot superimpose the Torah on kaballah, or the kaballah on the Torah - they're as incompatibe as oil and water. Some messianic ministries may deny evolution and reincarnation by trying to excise it from their kabbalism. But that is as impossible and contradictory as 'libertarian Marxism' even though Marxists like Spaniard Santiago Carrillo would try to convince you otherwise.

Obviously there has to be some truth in kabbalism otherwise good but naïve people wouldn't be lured into it. It had me fooled for a few years. Accordingly, there are all sorts of variations of it with which to ensnare unsuspecting souls including, I might add, some men of great Torah knowledge whose works at this very moment time are being weighed in the balance by the Almighty. Some of these, I believe, will flee this occultism when finally the light of emet (truth) penetrates their darkened souls leading them to become mightly servants for Yahweh-Elohim.

Albert Pike writes in the aforementioned book:

"The Absolute Deity, with the Kabbalists, has no name. The terms applied to him are Aor Pasot, the Most Simple [or pure] Light, called, Ayen Soph, or Infinite, before any Emanation. For then there was no space or vacant place, but all was infinite Light.

"Before the Deity created any Ideal, any limited and intelligible Nature, or any form whatever, He was alone, and without form or similitude, and there could be no cognition or comprehension of Him in any wise. He was with Idea or Figure, and it is forbidden to form any Idea or Figure of Him, neither by the letter He, nor by the letter Yod, though these are contained in the Holy Name; nor by any other letter or point in the world.

"But after He created this Idea [This limited and existing-in-intellection Nature, which the ten Numerations, Sephiroth or Rays are] of the Medium, the First Man Adam Kadmon, He descended therein, that, by means of this Idea, He might be called by the name TETRAGRAMMATON; that created things might have cognition of Him, in His own likeness" [4].

The Mormon doctrine taught by Brigham Young that Adam was God comes directly from Kabbalism which Mormonism's founding prophet, Joseph Smith, Jr., learned from a traveling kabbalist Jew in Nauvoo know to history as 'Joshua the Jew'. And Mormonism, as you know, has a masonic foundation in its temple initiations. The early Mormons - and contemporary Fundamentalist Mormons - believe that Adam is their God, the same Adam Kadmon of the kabbalists, and that they too are - or will become by a process of spiritual evolution as they are obedient to the Mormon system - gods themselves. He is a 'manifestation' of Ain Sof. Even regular Mormons believe they can become gods by attending meetings and going to their temples.

Now whilst it is perfectly true that Adam and Eve were made male and female in the image of our Heavenly Father Yahweh and the Ruach haQodesh (Holy Spirit), being 'theomorphic' (as opposed to Elohim/God being anthropomorphic), this is not what kabbalism teaches, because kabbalism - like all occultism - makes no distinction between the Creator and the creature, the core doctrine that separates true Christianity/Messianism from all other religious systems. Kabbalism, like all these other systems, is basically pantheism because it makes no ultimate distinction between the human (and all nature) and the divine. It's all 'one'. It argues that since we are all a part of 'God' that this is what makes us 'God' too. We are all, in this satanic system, inheritantly 'divine' and all we have to do is discover the 'christ within'. Secular evolutionists express this in another way by saying, in the words of Carl Sagan, that we are all 'star stuff'.

The difference between Satanism with its myriad forms and the true Besorah (Gospel) is that Satanism erases the distinction between God and Man by effectively saying they are one and the same. It is their rational for self-worship which is the raw satanism of Frank Sinatra's 'I did it my way' system of self-justification and of believing the lie that your lev (heart) can never deceive you, so follow it! 'Do your own thing!' Or as satanist Aleister Crowley put it in his hedonistic occultic Book of the Law, "Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law". Albert Pike writes further in confirmation of this primary gnostic thesis:

"Adam is the human Tetragram, which is summed up in the mysterious Yod of the Kabbalah, image of the Kabbalistic Phallus. Add to this Yod, the ternary name of Eve, and you form the name of Jehova, the Divine Tetragram, the transcendent Kabbalistic and magical word: IHUH" [5].

Notice particularly how the pillars of Jacin and Boaz turn up, in the lower central picture, that are used to represent the male and female principles in man. The unstated goal in kabbalism, as in all occultism and satanism, is to balance male and female to create the perfect hermaphrodite, a being with dual sexuality which is the way they view both Adam and Elohim (God), beings possessing both genders. This is the origin of the unisexual drive in the secular society too. Not untypically, you will find occultists and many atheistic secularists arguing that the original 'Jehovah' (Yahweh) of the Hebrews was hermaphrodite:

"Jehovah was a hermaphrodite. For many, the information may seem strange or even shocking but it is the truth that emerges from the study of the mythology of 'God of Israel.' It is a title just because Jehovah was indeed the specific God of that ancient nation. Or, better said, a tribal god" [6].

"Idol made of copper (cuprum) dated from the year of 1200 BC. This is obviously a phallic deity. It was found in the sanctuary of Timna, in el Kuntillet Ajrud, Israel, in 800 AD. Supposely it is a representation of Yahweh [Jeovah] and this statue is famous for his phallus, indicative of their prodigious reproductive capacity" [7].

Displaying, we must suppose, a case of deliberate ignorance, the author seems to know nothing about either Torah or the history of Israel. First, Israel was forbidden to make idols so the idol in question was either the product of pagans who had adopted a syncretism of Yahweh-worship with their own Baal-worship - which was extremely common at the time - or this was created by apostate Hebrews doing the same thing. Second, such religious syncretism was common for the time (1200 BC) which matches the age of the Judges during which time there were repetitious cycles of apostacy and idolatry followed by repentance and reformation.

Far from proving that Yahweh was just another phallic tribal god like that of the Canaanites, it simply demonstrates how the Name of Creator has been transferred to pagan practices. What we see in this imagery is basically kabbalism and freemasonry in its original crude representation before it was masked with esoteric layers of symbolism to make it look more spiritual and 'respectable'. All false religion, as I have said, is about the worship of self whether in male or female aspects, or both together.

It should not therefore surprise us to find the perverted use of the pillars of Jacin and Boaz turning up in masonry, kabbalism and other occult crafts. It's certainly present in Tarot cards where, in the illustration to the right, we see them connected with Baphomet (Satan), the Goat of Mendes or Pan, and mother Eve he is seducing and about to conquer. The masonic insignia at the base of the left column is plain to see. This particular card in the Tarot pack is 'The Fool', equivalent to the 'Joker' in modern playing cards. It is easy to see how such biblical motifs appearing in paganism can be confusing for believers.

Indeed, if you look at another layer of the twisted symbolism, the pillars also represent the rebellious Watcher Malakim (Angels) who rebelled and married human females to conceive nefilim (Gen.6:4). The counterfeit symbolism of the pillars justifies this illict union and tries makes it into something mystical and divine. These perverse giants (nefilim) are what you get when you 'walk between the pillars' of this forbidden sex. Whenever you sin you conceive 'giant lies' which seem larger than life, that demand your devotion and worship.

So once again we see the destructive hand of religious syncretism, borrowing biblical images and forcing them into a pagan world view. Needless to say this can confuse those who do not understand the wiles of Satan and lead them to false conclusions about Yahweh, the Bible and the Besorah (Gospel). That is why it is important that believers are educated in the ways of the enemy so that they can better discern what the devil is up to. Know your enemy.

Enough, though, of the satanic counterfeits of the twin bronze pillars of Jachin and Boaz. It is time to discover what they actually represent and why the enemy has gone to such lengths - particularly in anti-Messiah Yah'shua (Jesus) Talmudic Jewish Kabbalism - to hide the emet (truth).

An axiom of biblical emunah (faith) is that you cannot understand the emet (truth) of what they speak, especially when it concerns parables and symbolism, unless you are regenerated of the Ruach haQodesh (Holy Spirit). This means that unrepentant sinners who have not been born again, whether they be atheists, occultists or anti-Messianic Jews, will never understand - let alone want to understand - the biblical Emet (Truth) because that emet (truth) will always bring you face to face with Yah'shua (Jesus) and force you to make a choice to accept Him or not. And remember, postponment is just another way of rejecting.

Is that as true in the Tanakh (Old Testament/OT) as it is in the Messianic Scriptures (New Testament/NT)? Absolutely and in some ways more so because everything in the Tanakh (OT) points to Yah'shua the Messiah (Jesus Christ) because that's the way Yahweh designed it. This is the key that unlocks all the so-called OT 'mysteries'. If you would like some orientation on this, just read the Letter to the Hebrews.

Everything in the Tanakh (OT) points to the creating, redeeming and reigning work of the Messiah. These themes saturate the symbolism of the Annual Feasts of Israel and indeed all the moedim or divine appointments including the sabbath, Rosh Chodesh or New Moon observance and indeed the sacred calendar as a whole. The activity of the Levitical Priesthood, the ordinances and sacrifices, the sacred tavnith or pattern in the Tabernacle and Temples of Solomon and Ezekiel - all these point forwards to Yah'shua the Messiah (Jesus Christ) whom Himself declared:

"And the Father (Yahweh) Himself, who sent Me, has testified of Me. You have neither heard His voice at any time, nor seen His form. But you do not have His Davar (Word) abiding in you, because whom He sent, Him you do not believe. You search the Scriptures, for in them you think you have eternal life; and these are they which testify of Me" (John 5:37-39, NKJV).

The "Scriptures" here are the Tanakh or Old Testament. The religious leaders of the day - the Pharisees, Torah-Teachers (Scribes) and Sadducees did not have the Tanakh living in them as a living principle - it had all been reduced to lifeless intellectualism and dead rituals because they had reinterpreted everything through their fleshy 'oral law'. Therefore they did not receive Yah'shua (Jesus) as the Messiah for they had already distorted the Scriptures in their unredeemed state. They were perverted by the later occultism of Solomon (and Molech worship) and been saturated with the paganism of their Babylonian exile. And it was their spiritually-darkened descendants who invented the Kaballah. This is why it is such a mistake when Messianics go to their 'sages' for enlightement on Torah and why it's not surprising that the 'sages' contradict each other so much. If you tell their modern descendants that Torah speaks of Messiah Yah'shua (Jesus) they will laugh you to scorn or be enraged. Yet Yah'shua (Jesus) testified:

In the Torah, Nevi'im and Tehilim

"And beginning with Moses and all the Nevi'im (Prophets), [Yah'shua/Jesus] explained to them what was said in all the Scriptures concerning Himself...He said to them, 'This is what I told you while I was still with you: Everything must be fulfilled that is written about me in the Torah (Law) of Moses, the Nevi'im (Prophets) and the Tehilim (Psalms).' Then He opened their minds so they could understand the Scriptures. He told them, 'This is what is written: The Messiah will suffer and rise from the dead on the third day, and repentance and forgiveness of sins will be preached in his name to all nations, beginning at Jerusalem. You are witnesses of these things. I am going to send you what My Father has promised; but stay in the city until you have been clothed with power from on high'" (Luke 24:26-27,44-45, NIV).

Once we accept the grand key that the symbolism of the Tanakh (OT) points to Yah'shua (Jesus), we are well on our way to understanding that somehow the twin pillars point to Him too. The revelation of the Mishkan (Tabernacle) was given by Yahweh to Moses, which formed the basic tavnith or pattern of the Temple of Solomon, only the latter was on a larger scale and contained some extra elements. These 'extra elements' like the twin pillars (which did not figure in the Tabernacle) were given by revelation to David who passed them on to his son. We therefore have to ask ourselves the question as to what fresh revelation would be needed for the larger structure since the Mishkan (Tabernacle) revelation was complete, at least as far as revealing the nature of Yahweh-Elohim and His Kingdom was concerned. Therefore any claim by occultists that the twin pillars revealed some deep secret about Elohim (God) or the nature of the universe or of man himself is unlikely since the Tabernacle revelation - which did not include anything about the pillars - was complete and lacked these pillars. They must therefore refer to something else.

Occultic knowledge, such as that taught by freemasons, kabbalists, and others, does not, of course, include any instruction as to the doctrine of the apostles concerning salvation in Messiah through emunah (faith) by Yahweh's grace (undeserved loving kindness, unmerited favour). One thing that strikes me about occultic teaching again and again is the arrogance that underpins it, reminding me of the proud lev (heart) of Satan, which boasts in self-achievement through acquired knowledge. Thus masonic Grand Master Albert Pike, in concluding the essay previously cited, ends his discourse with disparaging and insulting words to the 'unenlightened':

"We repeat again; the Holy things to the Holy, and to him who is so, the mysteries of the Kabbalah will be holy. Seek and ye shall find, say the Scriptures: knock and it shall be opened unto you. If you desire to find and to gain admission to the Sanctuary, we have said enough to show you the way. If you do not [gain admission], it is useless for us to say more, as it has been useless to say so much" [8].

The founder of Mormonism, who was into folk magic, freemasonry and kabbalism, was the same, boasting in Nauvoo that he had done a work even greater than Christ. He predictably insisted that "the glory of God is intelligence" (Doctrine & Covenants [D&C] 93:36).

"I have more to boast of than ever any man had. I am the only man that has ever been able to keep a whole church together since the days of Adam. A large majority of the whole have stood by me. Neither Paul, John, Peter, nor Jesus ever did it. I boast that no man ever did such a work as I. The followers of Jesus ran away from Him, but the Latter-day Saints never ran away from me yet" (Journal of Discourses, Vol. 6, pp. 408-9).

"Whatever principle of intelligence we attain unto in this life, it will rise with us in the resurrection. And if a person gains more knowledge and intelligence in this life through his diligence and obedience than another, he will have so much the advantage in the world to come" (D&C 130:18-19).

"...no man or woman in this dispensation will ever enter into the celestial kingdom of God without the consent of Joseph Smith... Every man and woman must have the certificate of Joseph Smith, junior, as a passport to their entrance... I cannot go there without his consent... He reigns there as supreme a being in his sphere, capacity, and calling, as God does in heaven." (Journal of Discourses, vol. 7, p. 289)

This is how men fall into the delusion that they can become, or already are, 'gods'... not in the sense that the Bible speaks (as rulers) but as independent deities [9]. Thus Mormonism, like all branches of occultism, reveals the source of its inspiration - the lie of the serpent in the Garden of Eden who told Eve she could become a goddess (Gen.3:2-5).

Albert Pike concluded his Gnostic discourse by telling those who didn't understand to "get lost because you're a stupid moron and don't deserve the 'higher' masonic/kabbalistic truth because you haven't exercised your mind enough for it to be liberated". I have noticed this same haughty spirit in some kabbalah-practicing messianics who think of themselves as a 'cut above the rest' because of their superior Judaic knowledge. Needless to say this is not the spirit of a true talmid (disciple) of the Master Yah'shua the Messiah (Jesus Christ) who has a more humble and self-effacing attitude toward himself. Elohim's (God's) 'secret wisdom' is of a different kind and for a different kind of people not infected with the virus of pride:

"No, we speak of Elohim's (God's) secret wisdom, a wisdom that has been hidden and that Elohim (God) destined for our glory before time began. None of the rulers of this age understood it, for if they had, they would not have crucified the Master of glory. However, as it is written:

'No eye has seen,
no ear has heard,
no mind has conceived
what Elohim (God) has prepared for those who love Him' - but Elohim (God) has revealed it to us by his Ruach (Spirit).

The Ruach (Spirit) searches all things, even the deep things of Elohim (God). For who among men knows the thoughts of a man except the man's ruach (spirit) within him? In the same way no one knows the thoughts of Elohim (God) except the Ruach Elohim (Spirit of God). We have not received the ruach (spirit) of the world but the Ruach (Spirit) who is from Elohim (God), that we may understand what Elohim (God) has freely given us. This is what we speak, not in words taught us by human wisdom but in words taught by the Ruach (Spirit), expressing spiritual truths in spiritual words. The man without the Ruach (Spirit) does not accept the things that come from the Ruach Elohim (Spirit of God), for they are foolishness to him, and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually discerned. The spiritual man makes judgments about all things, but he himself is not subject to any man's judgment:

'For who has known the mind of Yahweh
that He may instruct him?'" (1 Cor 2:7-16, NIV).

How occultic-minded Christians and Messianics love to quote this passage and apply it to some arcane wisdom which they believe they alone have! And, of course, occultists assume that these words apply to them forgetting that their attitude and mindset was the same that this passage actually condemns, for it states categorically that the Pharisees, Torahteachers (Scribes) and Sadducees had no idea about this kind of wisdom. They were entirely blind like their father the devil (Jn.8:44). We can therefore safely dispense with Jewish mysticism, both ancient and modern, as being a legitimate sourse of revelation, inspiration or wisdom. We will not understand the twin pillars using it.

Where, then, shall we start to understand them? By rightly concluding that they are purposefully given the names "Jachin" and "Boaz" and not just because Solomon or someone else fancied them. And given that all names have a prophetic significance, it is there we must begin, before we look at the actual history of the persons whose names have been given to the pillars.

The first thing you notice is that both Hebrew names carry a similar meaning:

• 1. JACHIN: "Yah will establish";
• 2. BOAZ: "by His strength".

That they represent something that does not originate from human endeavour or accomplishment alone is to be understood early on. Whatever they represent is a work of Yahweh Himself. From the time that these pillars were forged and erected in the days of Solomon, they symbolised something that Yahweh would establish in the future. They establish a timeframe which means that their revelation is in some way temporal rather than other-worldly. What did not exist at the time the pillars were created would be established at some future point in time.

The close proximity of the pillars to the temple - flanking the main entrance - obviously connects them to the temple in some way, and represent something that Yahweh is going to do Himself, and if man is to have any part - if Yahweh is to work through men - it must be a work according to divine tavnith (pattern):

"Unless Yahweh builds the bayit (house), its builders labour in vain" (Ps.127:1, NIV).

What of the men Jachin and Boaz themselves? In what possible way could they be 'builders'? And what did they come to 'build' in the strength of the Almighty? Well, for one thing they were fathers who had progeny, and their progeny were David and Solomon! The two pillars are named for them and they connect and point to the two builders of the temple - to David who funded it, collected materials for it, and designed it by revelation, and to Solomon who actually constructed it using his father's plan and provisions. Why them in particular? Because of the prophetic import of the meaning of their names which spell out the message for all those beholding them and the cohenim (priests) passing between them: "Yah will establish by His strength", not man by his, even if man may be a co-labourer. The Grand Project is Elohim's (God's), and therefore all the glory too.

Both David and Solomon were "established" by Yahweh - they were not 'self-made' men but made by Yahweh in their submission to Him when they were not sinning. David was picked by a prophet (Samuel) from amongst humble shepherds and Solomon was born with the proverbial silver spoon in his mouth.

Of David, Nathan the prophet related Yahweh's devarim (words):

"Now then, tell my servant David, 'This is what Yahweh-Elohim says: I took you from the pasture and from following the flock, to be ruler over my people Israel. I have been with you wherever you have gone, and I have cut off all your enemies from before you. Now I will make your shem (name) like the names of the greatest men of the earth" (1 Chr.17:7-8, NIV).

The life story of David is well-known, how a humble shepherd was raised to great heights, defeating one of the giant nefilim survivors (Goliath) and all of Israel's foes. In a tribute to His Elohim (God), David says:

"Yahweh is my 'oz (strength) and my shield; my lev (heart) trusts in Him, and I am helped" (Ps.28:7, NIV).

"Yahweh is my 'oz (strength) and my song; He has become my yeshuah (salvation)" (Ps.118:14, NIV).

The name Bo'az (meaning 'fleetness' or 'strength') comes from the same root as 'oz (though the 'Bo' part is of uncertain origin). David was, in effect, claiming that Yahweh was his bo'az. The whole of Psalm 18 is his tribute to Yahweh, his 'oz (strength). When Yahweh said that his servant David would build him a bayit (house) He was not only speaking of a physical temple but an eternal dynasty - "the House of David" (1 Sam.20:16) [10]. The Pillar of Boaz therefore represents the Dynasty of David that would permanently rule a united Israel.

In the same revelation through Nathan, David was further informed that this dynasty would be established forever through Solomon:

"I declare to you that Yahweh will build a house for you: When your days are over and you go to be with your fathers, I will raise up your offspring to succeed you, one of your own sons (Solomon), and I will establish his kingdom. He is the one who will build a bayit (house) for me, and I will establish his throne forever. I will be his father, and he will be my son. I will never take my ahavah (love) away from him, as I took it away from your predecessor. I will set him over (establish him in) my bayit (house) and my malkut (kingdom) forever; his throne will be established forever" (1 Chron.17:10-14, NIV).

We now have two pillars - one respresenting David (Boaz) and his dynasty and one, Solomon (Jachin) and his dynasty made only relevent by what these two dynastic lines are pointing to. At first glance you might suppose that these are one and the same but they are not. There is an important difference because with multiple offspring, as both had, there are also multiple dynastic lines. But before we examine the 'goal', as it were, of the pointers, let us pause to examine the capitals or tops of each pillar which, as you will remember, do not support any architecture.

No one knows exactly how the capitals looked and you will find many interpretations of the description in the Tanakh (OT) but to the right you can see one possibility. As we look at this structure we must of necessity remind ourselves that Yahweh did not command the details out of a whim and David didn't just have a sudden artistic flare when he left instructions for Solomon on how to make them. From the passage in 1 Kings we learn that the capitals were shaped like like bowls recognisable by their lily-shape. Recall that the lily symbolises chastity and purity and that Yah'shua (Jesus) is known as the "Lily of the Valley". Around the bowls were chains and from these hundreds of pomegranate-shaped figures were suspended. Indeed, the number 200 is specifically mentioned, which represents the expectancy of man (of Yahweh) and man's own insufficiency (e.g. Jn.6:7; Ps.49:7-9; Josh.7:1,19-22,24-25; 2 Sam.14:25-26,18:9,14; Judg.17:1,4-5,30-31; Ezra 2:65).

The pomegranate (Heb. rimmôn) has always been highly prized from earliest times. There are even places in the Holy Land called Rimmon (Josh.15:32), Gath-rimmon (Josh.19:45) and En-rimmon (Neh.11:29). What stands out in the pomegranate is the fact that it has so many seeds so it came to symbolise fruitfulness particularly in terms of human posterity. Not only is the pomegranate found on the capitals of the twin pillars but also on the robe of the Cohen Gadol (High Priest) (Ex.28:33) and latterly came to be used on the Jerusalem silver shekel in circulation around 143-135 BC.

The fact that Yahweh commanded the pomegranate to be a part of the ornamentation of the Cohen Gadol's (High Priest's) clothing tells us many important things. Firstly, it tells us that such a ministry both requires and brings forth fruitfulness. High Priests were expected to be married and bring forth righteous seed like everyone else under the Adamic mandate:

"Be fruitful and increase in number (multiply); fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air and over every living creature that moves on the ground" (Gen.1:28, NIV).

The Cohen Gadol (High Priest) was not to be some celibate like the Roman Catholic Pope and his priests. Rather, he was to be like Yahweh-Elohim Himself who was fruitful in His creation, commanding all living things to be fruitful and to multiply (Gen.1:22). Noah was told to save the animals on the Ark before the Deluge "so they can multiply on the earth and be fruitful and increase in number (multiply) upon it" (Gen.8:17, NIV) and Noah commanded his sons, saying: "Be fruitful and increase in number (multiply) and fill the earth" (Gen.9:1, NIV; also v.7). And you will recall that "Joseph is a fruitful bough, a fruitful bough by a well; his branches run over the wall" (Gen.49:22, NKJV).

Most relevently, as far as today's topic is concerned, Yahweh said to Jacob:

"I am El Shaddai (God Almighty); be fruitful and increase in number (multiply). A nation and a community of nations will come from you, and kings will come from your body" (Gen.35:11, NIV).

"I myself will gather the remnant of my flock out of all the countries where I have driven them and will bring them back to their pasture, where they will be fruitful and increase in number (multiply)" (Jer.23:3, NIV).

Who was the ultimate and final (as well as eternal) Cohen Gadol (High Priest)? Yah'shua the Messiah (Jesus Christ)! He reigns as our Heavenly Cohen Gadol (High Priest) today, fruitful in all His works in bringing to pass redemption for the chosen zera (seed)!

Whenever you see pomegranates, whether on the robe of the Cohen Gadol (High Priest) or upon the capitals of the twin pillars, it is a reminder that all Israelites - both leaders (but especially them) and common folk - are to be fruitful and multiply in all areas of life, physical and spiritual. This applies both to the multiplication of covenant children in Yahweh and to the multiplication principles of righteousness in every redeemed life!

The pomegranates on the capitals represent the zera, seed, or sperm of Kings David and Solomon who together were responsible for the construction of the Temple. The two pillars represent two independent lines of seed - and they are specifically singled out in the Gospels of Matthew and Luke to represent Joseph (from Solomon - Mt.1:6-16)) and Mary (from David - Lk.3:23-31) - the legal heir and the genetic heir, respectively. These two - His step-father (Joseph) and biological mother (Mary) - are the goal of the two pillars. Yah'shua the Messiah (Jesus Christ), as the Firstfruits of the Resurrectiin - is what the two pillars ultimately point to viâ his legal and genetic parents. He is what the two pillars are all about and the route which the zera (seed) plays in the fulfilment of the Great Messianic Quest.

The 7 chains on each of the capitals, incidentally, represent in their positive form, royalty, and specifically the completion of rotalty - the Final or Ultimate Monarch. This is a royal dynasty that leads, at the end of the dynastic line, to an Eternal King or Sovereign. The two pillars are two genealogical trees.

The Messianic Scriptures (New Testament) insist that Yah'shua the Messiah (Jesus Christ) is the fulfilment of the promise made to David that one of his descendants would sit upon the Throne of Israel le olam va'ed - forever (Lk.1:32-33).

Matthew's genealogy reveals that Joseph (Yosef), Yah'shua's (Jesus') step-father, was a descendant of David through Solomon (Shlomo) (Mt.1:6). However, Luke's genealogical record reveals that Mary (Miryam) was a descendant of David through Nathan, Solomon's older brother, presumably through another wife of his father (Lk.3:31; 2 Sam.5:14). It was a separate clan:

"The land will mourn, each clan by itself, with their wives by themselves: the clan of the house of David and their wives, the clan of the house of Nathan and their wives..." (Zech.12:12, NIV).

The difference between the two pillars is important otherwise one single pillar would have been sufficient. Yah'shua (Jesus) was David's genetic 'heir' through His birth mother, who descended from David's son, Nathan, not from Solomon. However - and this is critical - Nathan and his descendants had no legal right to the Throne of Israel because it was given by Yahweh to Solomon, Nathan's younger brother.

Yah'shua (Jesus) was genetically the "Son (descendant) of David" (e.g. Lk.18:38) through Mary. Yah'shua (Jesus) was the legal heir to David's and Solomon's throne because His legal (though not biological) father was Joseph, a descendant of Solomon. Mary conceived through the Ruach haQodesh (Holy Spirit) after she was betrothed to Joseph.

According to Torah - Yahweh's Law - they were legally married and could only have been separated by a divorce (which Joseph initially sought before divine intervention prevented him) because betrothal is a binding marriage covenant according to Torah! Even before the marriage is physically consummated, it is a legal binding marriage covenant in the eyes of Yahweh and true Israel. Your covenant makes you a husband or a wife, not the act of consummation. The latter simply seals or 'fulfils' it, making it complete in the flesh for the duration of the flesh. That is why true sex is the act of marriage and when you have it without entering into a life-long covenant, in the presence of two or three witensses (Dt.19:15), you are sinning grievously in Yahweh's eyes. You are demonstrating a lack of responsibility, a lack of spirituality. You are demonstrating that you are not really mature enough to get married because you are a carnal person for whom sexual gratification is more important than the ahavah (selfless love) implied behind the b'rit (covenant). Betrothal is the spiritual dimension of marriage and is what gives it its direction and substance.

Joseph was a descendant of Solomon and all the kings of Judah right up until King Josiah when the throne of Solomon was severed. This was the time of the Babylonian captivity. Therefore, Joseph's legal son - even if he wasn't connected to him genetically - was a candidate to be the King of Israel and the Messiah.

The apostle Peter (Ac.2:30) clearly identifies Yah'shua (Jesus) as the fulfilment of the promise that David's dynasty would be eternal, since Yah'shua (Jesus) is Himself eternal and is also our eternal Cohen Gadol (High Priest):

"You said, 'I have made a covenant with my chosen one, I have sworn to David my servant, 'I will establish your line (zera, sperm, seed) forever and make your throne firm through all generations''...I will maintain My ahavah (love) to him forever, and my b'rit (covenant) with him will never fail. I will establish his line (zera, sperm, seed) forever, his throne as long as the heavens endure...Yahweh swore an oath to David, a sure oath that he will not revoke: 'One of your own descendants I will place on your throne ('the fruit of your body', lit. beten = womb)'" (Ps.89:3-4,28-29; 132:11, NIV)

The pillars, though representing two male lines, finally end up as having male and female components...which is not the same as saying, as kabbalists, freemasons and other occultists do, that the pillars are 'male' and 'female', respectively. Yahweh's b'rit (covenant) with David consisted of two separate and distinct elements:

"The Messiah who would sit upon the throne of Israel forever in the Davidic Dynasty...would be both from David's 'seed' and from David's 'womb'. We all know that men do not have a 'womb'. This refers to one of David's descandant 'daughters' (female). The 'seed' refers to all the male descendants in the genealogical tree line. In these two passages God has indicated that the Messiah would be a descendant of David borh from the male and female side" [11].

The ancient Hebrews always traced genealogy through the male line [12]. All legal rights proceed from the patriarchal descent. That is why the two pillars are both male, representing the male descendants of Jachin and Boaz through David (viâ Nathan) and Solomon, respectively, culminating in Joseph and Mary, the latter being the 'womb' of Psalm 131:11! [13]

It is extremely important to understand that the promise of Messiah's genetic zera (seed) was never made to Solomon and that the only physical connection would be through Mary's line, underlining the key place and importance of the Virgin Birth. Yah'shua (Jesus) was only the Son of Elohim (God) through the genetic line of David-Nathan (Mary). However, He did promise that Solomon's throne would be established indefinitely (2 Sam.7:12-12-17; 1 Ki.9:5; 1 Chr.22:9-10).

The last direct genetic heir to Solomon's throne, and therefore the last to sit on the Throne of David and Solomon, was Coniah, also known to history as Jechoniah. He marks the end of the genetic line because he was cursed by Yahweh for idolatry. It was during his reign that Yahweh sent the Babylonian king Nebuchadnezzar to destroy Jerusalem and the remainder of the Judahite settlements not deported earlier by Assyrian and Babylonian invaders:

"Is this man Jehoiachin a despised, broken pot, an object no one wants? Why will he and his children be hurled out, cast into a land they do not know? O land, land, land, hear the davar (word) of Yahweh! This is what Yahweh says: 'Record this man as if childless, a man who will not prosper in his lifetime, for none of his offspring will prosper, none will sit on the throne of David or rule anymore in Judah'" (Jer.22:28-30, NIV).

Was the royal line severed forever? Did this nullify the promises made by Yahweh to David and Solomon? Only if you (wrongly) conclude that the Messianic zera (seed) comes through Solomon! In the next chapter Jeremiah goes on to prophesy of the Messiah:

"'The days are coming,' declares Yahweh, 'when I will raise up to David a righteous Branch, a King who will reign wisely and do what is just and right in the land. In his days Judah will be saved and Israel will live in safety. This is the name by which he will be called: Yahweh-tzidkeinu (Yahweh Our Righteousness)'" (Jer.23:5-6, NIV).

So how was the curse on Coniah (Jechoniah) bypassed? Simple. Solomon was never promised that his genetic seed would be established forver, only his throne. The only way Yahweh's prophecy and promise could be fulfilled was by bypassing Solomon's genetic line altogether. And indeed as we have seen, the Messiah was prophesied to come through David's 'womb' (Ps.132:11) and not Solomon's.

"Your mother was like a vine in your bloodline, planted by the waters, fruitful and full of branches because of many waters" (Ezek.19:10, NKJV).

This is the prophetic meaning of the twin pillars of Jachin and Boaz.

Joseph is very bad news for those who reject the Virgin Birth and insist that the conception was by natural means [14] for they must repudiate the Tanakh (OT) prophecies as well as the Messianic Scriptures (NT). For Yahweh's Davar (Word) to be fulfilled Yah'shua (Jesus) has to be supernaturally conceived through the maternal genetic line alone. Otherwise you have to throw away the entire Bible. Only during the time of Joseph and Mary's betrothal, when there was no intercourse between them as was, and still is, required by the Torah, could the Messiah have been brought forth physically or incarnated. Thus were all the prophecies are fulfilled concerning His birth and the curse of Coniah (Jechoniah) legitimately side-stepped.

This proves that the original Judeans not only rejected the King of Israel and are in a state of apostacy their non-Messiah religion but that it is not the same emunah (faith) as that of Moses and the Nevi'im (Prophets). It also proves that their anti-Messiah religion is not of Yahweh at all but just another branch of occultism, with its belief in evolution, ascended masters (their 'sages') and reincarnation, masquerading as the true emunah (faith) with a whitewashing of Torah rituals and teaching on top.

Clearly, such a profound emet (truth) is an enormous threat to the legitimacy of Judaism and the claimed authority of the Talmudic elders. It scripturally condemns them for rejecting the Messiah as well as exposes the occultism that steers them. That is why this topic is so important and that is why I have spent considerable time on it. This is obviously a prophetic matter of epic proportions.

Time prevents me from looking more at the order of the pillars (remember, Hebrews read from right to left, and not left to right as we do) so the Davidic Pillar (Boaz) appears to the right of the Solomonic one (Jachin). Many get them the wrong way round for other reasons, namely, confusion of perspective - looking from Yahweh's perspective (from the Holy of Holies looking east) or man's (from the outside facing west). But they to not effect what has been said here today. As time permits another time, some appendices will be added addressing these matters.

The important question, having recognises what the twin pillars represent, is whether the Ultimate Fruit of those pillars, Yah'shua the Messiah (Jesus Christ), reigns in your lev (heart) not. Intellectual knowledge will not save you, initiation into occultic orders will not save you (but rather curse you for entering a nefilim realm), but emunah (faith) in the Promised One. Today is Rosh Chodesh, the Day of the Father, and it was the Father's good pleasure to send His only begotten Son into the world to redeem fallen humanity. Our choice is to accept or reject Him, and, if we choose to accept Him, to be obedient by obeying the mitzvot (commandments) of His Torah. I hope the two pillars will always remind us of this emet (truth) and that in no other is salvation to be found. Amen.

"Yah'shua (Jesus) answered, 'I am the Derech (Way) and the Emet (Truth) and the Chayim (Life). No one comes to the Father (Yahweh) except through Me. If you really knew Me, you would know my Father as well. From now on, you do know Him and have seen Him'" (John 14:6-7, NIV).
