Introduction

"Thou art the Elohim (God) of the humble, the help of the poor, the support of the weak, the protector of the desperate, the deliverer of the hopeless" (Judith 9:11, NEB).

It's always hard to know how to end something that has occupied you every day for nearly three years which has resulted in nearly a thousand pieces of writing that have formed these devotionals since the Roman new year of 2010. Moreover, I hesitated to use a passage from the Apocrypha and especially from one of its books that is both of dubious historical provenance as well as containing material better suited to Judean nationalism, Zionism and to non-Torah Judahite festivals like Hanukkah and Purim which, in my view, are of an entirely different spirit to the Yahweh-mandated moedim. So why have I cited it today?

Part of the reason is, I think, because we live at a time when religion and morality are not unlike that of the time portrayed in Judith, a time where there is much blurring of the Torah-mandated borders of religion and morality that lead believers into murky waters. But in the midst of this chaos there are shafts of light that bless, and these words of Judith...well, who can deny that they are true? For Yahweh is "the Elohim (God) of the humble, the help of the poor, the support of the weak, the protector of the desperate, the deliverer of the hopeless". I opened up these words as I was sitting on a park bench by a beautiful Swedish lake while my children braved the cold waters and I thought that these were a fitting ending to this current labour of ahavah (love). They resonated with the moment and like Solomon's summary at the end of Eccelsiastes admonishing people to obey the mitzvot (commandments) instead of pursuing the emptiness of the flesh, these words of Judith - or (if she is fiction) whoever invented her - summed up well the lev (heart) of our Elohim (God).

Another reason I choose these words of a Judahite is because I have, over the course of the years, upset a lot of Messianic Jewish people over my resolute stance against Zionism which I believe to be the worst possible Jewish cause any Jew could ally him- or herself to. I do want to assure my Jewish brethren that I have nothing against them personally - I care only to expose the lies they have bought into because of slick illuminist propaganda. When it comes to error, Christians cannot be said to have any sort of monopoly - Judaism, and its Messianic branch, is riddled with it too, Torah-pride notwithstanding. And so it is everywhere, so deep is the deception, so multi-layered the centuries upon centuries of lies Satan has persuaded men to believe. As one exposing these untruths, one is bound to be unpopular. So quoting this Judahite heroine is my way of saying that I love both Christians and Messianic Jews. And if at this late date my Messianic friends have still not read my sermon series, Jacob's Trouble, I pray that they will do so now. It has changed the views of many people about contemporary events in the Middle East.

We are all of us standing at the edge of huge change. Uncertainty abounds where reassuring words like Judith's are sorely needed. My mother, who is 98 this year, remembers well the Great Depression that started in 1929 and did not end until the end of the Second Word War. Her frugality and meticulous care not to waste anything grew out of this experience which I was brought up to respect and imitate. I believe it is about to serve me practically and all those who live by the same principles. If you've never studied the Great Depression, you should, to know what it was like for people who lived through financial collapse, hyperinflation, loss of all their worldly goods, foreclosure and homelessness, hunger and desperation. At the very least read the Wikipedia account of it to get an overview.

A movie, which very much captures the atmosphere and challenges of that time, is very well worth seeing if you aren't the studious type and would rather learn through being entertained. It's called Kit Kittredge - An American Girl. I think back to that time and I remember that people are already going through this but because it may not have affected you or me yet we may not necessarily be aware of the immediacy of such suffering. However, this time it is going to be orders of magnitude worse than the Great Depression because it's going to affect everyone but the super-rich assuming they have done the wise thing and converted their electronic and paper assets into gold and silver. Poverty and need are coming to most every door and millions will suffer. That's why I have been nagging you all to take steps to prepare for this very real storm because there's no way you're going to avoid it unless you are very rich or have a self-sufficient farm that the government will leave alone - highly unlikely, I might add, as they'll take them over if they can.

The way we view and experience life is about to radically change. In fact the lives of most people will be turned on their heads. It will be a huge revelation that will bring our the best and worst in people: character will be made or broken.

And no, you can never be fully prepared because you can't possibly know what it's going to be like but you can be like a Noah and provide an ark of safety for your family in advance or you can be deluged and flounder and pray you will survive. Remember, the ultimate goal of the élite is a massive 90+% cull of the world population. They want us dead with just enough slaves to keep them in luxury. Though they won't get their 90% the Bible prophesies that 33% will perish...including the perpetrators.

Members of my own family still don't believe me but then, as they say, a prophet is never recognised in his own home town - no doubt many of you are experiencing that kind rejection and riddicule from loved ones too. But Norway, one of the richest countries in the world and far better off than countries like the USA and UK, is beginning to quake. Interest rates have shot up as banks brace themselves. Soon - if not already - the first Norwegian foreclosures will take place. The whole Western world is teetering on the edge of collapse. How much longer do we have? It can only be a matter of weeks now, but only Yahweh knows.

The London 2012 Olympics are over and there were no terrorist attacks. Though there was always a real danger, the possibility of some false-flag event being staged was so well publicised by activitis that the élite wisely postponed any action assuming they ever had any plans for one. So, keep publishing the truth and spreading it as far and wide as you can on Facebook, Twitter and other online social media. However, in spite of the Olympics being incident-free (apart from some bribing and cheating) there were some sensational shootings seven and fourteen days, respectively, before the Opening Ceremony so it wouldn't surprise me if one or two more occur seven and fourteen days afterwards to maintain the occultist perpetrators' love of event 'symmetry' - so keep your ears and eyes open over the next two Roman Sundays. More serious, of course, is the continuing trouble in Syria and Iran, and the upcoming American elections. The choice? A communist or a fascist - take your pick, or be wise and don't vote at all. Drop the traditional parties and seek out the authentic libertarians, even if one or two become turncoat.

So these devotionals are at an end. I just have too many committments and preparations to make. I'm frainkly exhausted too. However, my weekly sabbath and monthly new moon messages will, hopefully, continue, as Yahweh leads or permits, and of course sermons during the annual festivals. Yom Teruah is next in a month's time and whilst I am 99.99% certain it won't be announcing the Second Coming of Messiah, I do believe that Yahweh will be announcing something of importance and that eight days later Yom Kippur is going to see a major judgment take place globally and in personal lives. But as ever, it is Yahweh who holds the cards and He will reveal His purposes in due time. We shall see how it unfolds.
