There's a rumour that's spreading like wildfire on the internet that the US Dollar is going to collapse on 27 September 2016, but no matter where you search for a source for this supposed 'insider' information, none may be found. YouTube videos and internet articles are springing up everywhere and multiplying exponentially with this alleged 'date'.

Personally I think it's a hoax so that when nothing happens on the day - just as nothing happened in 2012 on the Mayan Calendar - people will relax and carry on as though everything is going to be fine. It's at that point, perhaps a matter of days afterwards, that the by now discredited 'event' will actually happen with few actually prepared for it because their guard is down.

Someone has obviously seeded this date in cyberspace. One thing I know from considerable experience is that the Enemy's minions are a superstitious lot who are tied up in occult dates and numbers though they are controlled by intelligent but not omniscent beings (demons). It may even be that Yahweh has permitted, or is Himself behind, this 'rumour' for a purpose that I wish to now explore.

Whatever its source, 27/09/2016 (27 September 2016) is an interesting number numerologically that I'd like to spend a little time looking at now:

The number 999 corresponds to the following Greek words in Scripture whose possible prophetic meaning we shall consider presently:

• 1. endoxos = glorious/gorgeous [1]
• 2. apulo = release [2]
• 3. diaphero = publish, spread [3]
• 4. pleroo = fulfil [4]

The number 999 symbolises justice and truth. By undertaking circular permutations of the numbers composing the mysterious number 153, you get six possible combinations: 153, 315, 531 and 351, 135, 513. Furthermore:

The number 999 is the reverse of 666, the number of the Beast of Revelation (Rev.13:18). This arithmetical strangeness demonstrates the 'power' of the beast, which will be 'reversed' by 153, the characteristic number of Messiah Yah'shua (Jesus), being the Hebrew gematric number of Pesach (Passover) [5], to give as a result 999, the symbol of the application of divine justice. Thus Satan will be chained at the end of the age for 999+1 = 1,000 years, just as he will be restrained at this time in his plans to bring to pass his Kingdom Rule. 999 is also the Hebrew gematric number for sperm or seed:

"Whoever has been born of Elohim (God) does not sin, for His seed remains in him" (1 John 3:9, NKJV).

What is about to happen is not, therefore, according to Satan's plan but Yahweh's, resulting in justice through judgment. I do not know where the date 27 September 2016 was conjured up but it has entered into cyberspace for a reason, for Yahweh knew that His watchmen would pick it up and wonder about it. Perhaps He Himself fed it into the system precisely for this purpose.

In Scripture the number 9 sigtnifies Judgment and 999 therefore signifies Divine Judgment. 6 is the number of man (666 blasphemously representing man raised to divine status = satanism). 9 is akin to the number 6 - 6 being the sum of two factors (3x3=9 and 3+3=6), signifying the end of man, or at least of man-made designs.

Economic collapse is coming but not quite in the way planned for or forseen by the élites whose designs will be defeated. The élites are super-rich, living in luxury (endoxos - 999), having robbed the poor, and their aim is the crushing of all opposition. However, this is Yahweh's Year of Jubilee (Yovel), the 50 year of release (apulo - 999), in which the true (Messianic) Israelites shall receive back their lost or never received spiritual inheritance; with it, the 900,000 shall be released from their restraints and spread (diaphero - 999) the Davar Elohim (Word of God) throughout the world, fulfilling (pleroo - 999) Torah by showing forth perfect loving ahavah.

I do not know the exact sequence of events or how they will play out but what I do know is that those prepared ones who have been faithful and obedient can sit back and watch Yahweh as He exhibits His Mighty Hand in the immediate days to come. I very much doubt that the collapse will happen on 27 September, but who knows, but it looks as though Yahweh could well do something then. What I do know is that we are, for now, to have our eyes on 1-3 October and be ready.

Collapse might occur in a day or it might be spread out over several months, perhaps to next Spring. Somewhere in all of this there will be more war that will impact the hitherto sheltered Western nations. We have been told to be in mourning for three weeks, eating a plain diet, to start a week before Aviv 1, ending on Aviv 14 or Pesach (Passover) [6]. Somehow Pesach (Passover) 2016 factors into the bigger picture and we shall know why and how nearer the event. In the meantime we are, as I have said, to be fully ready by Yom Teruah (Day of Trumpets) on 1 October.

There is, for sure, plenty to distract us and waste our time. The internet is full of misinformation and wrongly interpreted information dished out by both malicious as well well-meaning though deceived people. We have to hear the Ruach (Spirit) for ourselves and keep everything simple, learning to follow heavenly directions on a day-to-day basis. If the qodeshim (saints, set-apart ones) can't focus when things are relatively calm, how on earth are they going to hear Yahweh clearly when there is real chaos all around? There are so many competing voices, many false, the majority sincerely misguided, and only a few paying real attention to the Ruach (Spirit). It's time, and in some respects, it's also time past, to be prepared spiritually, and to get really, really serious. As I have said, when the big event(s) comes, it/they will come like a flood. So "do not merely listen to the Davar (Word), and so deceive yourselves [but] do what it says" (James 1:22, NIV).
