Karat B'rit
Continued from Part 18
"Then the Malakh (Angel) of Yahweh (Yah'shua/Jesus) came up from Gilgal to Bochim, and said: 'I led you up from Egypt and brought you to the land of which I swore to your fathers; and I said, 'I will never break My b'rit (covenant) with you. And you shall make no b'rit (covenant) with the inhabitants of this land; you shall tear down their altars'" (Judg.2:1-2, NKJV).
Today is the fourth day of the Jericho March which in the divine cycle corresponds to Shavu'ot and to covenant. In any process of prayer in which we request Yahweh to fix things that have come between us and Him because of sin or believing in lies, there has to be a committment on our part not to repeat the same transgressions before and after the healing. That means entering into a covenant to walk the Derech Torah (Way of Torah) and the new life that comes with being in the Living Torah, Yah'shua the Messiah (Jesus Christ). This is called karat b'rit.
No Jericho March is complete without Karat B'rit and it is made to the Malakh Yahweh, who is Yah'shua the Messiah (Jesus Christ), the everlasting Son of Elohim (God). If the Bride cannot not do this in order to come up to the Marriage Feast of the Lamb at Sukkot (Tabernacles), then neither can those who go forth to conquer the Enemy whom we wish to have removed out of our way. If we want the Covenant Elohim (God) to be with us, then we must learn to karat b'rit. Amen
