"Take heed, lest you lift your eyes to heaven, and when you see the sun, the moon, and the stars, all the host of heaven, you feel driven to worship them and serve them, which Yahweh your Elohim (God) has given to all the peoples under the whole heaven as a heritage" (Deut.4:19, NKJV).

A lot of hype is being spread over the internet and in various publications about the supposed prophetic signifance of the appearance of four red blood moons in 2014 and 2015. A couple of days ago I received a letter from a former member who accused me of being asleep because I had written nothing on the subject until today. I am actually more than aware of the phenomenon but I have never received a witness from the Ruach (Spirit) to endorse or write about the interpretations being offered because deep down I have known they were false. This is the letter I received:

"You have [written] nothing about 'the 4 red moons'. The sun, the earth and the moon are in line 4 times [over] the next 2 years. With the earth in between, this will cause a red moon (for about 5 minutes) on Easter [day] 2014 and 2015 and on the Feast of Trumpets in 2014 and 2015. Last time this hapened was before the 6 Days War, causing Jerusalem to be[come] Jewish; the time before [that] was when Israel was made a state in 1948-49, and [before that] 500 years ago when Columbus discovered America and the Jews were thrown out of Spain."

Before I critique all the bogus prophetic claims being made let's actually see what scripture says about 'red moons'. There is indeed a prophecy about them but only one. Let's look at the original prophecy and then see how it is quoted and requoted - remember, context is everything:

"The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the coming of the great and awesome day of Yahweh" (Joel 2:31, NKJV).

The "day of Yahweh" (or "day of the LORD" in Protestant Bibles) is a reference the final Judgment Day which is Yom Kippur. Note please that this is a single event with two features - a darkening of the sun and a reddening of the moon: the sun will be invisible and the moon will be blood-red. Now let's look at context:

"And it shall come to pass afterward that I will pour out My Ruach (Spirit) on all flesh; your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions. And also on My menservants and on My maidservants I will pour out My Ruach (Spirit) in those days.

"And I will show wonders in the heavens and in the earth: blood and fire and pillars of smoke.

"The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the coming of the great and awesome day of Yahweh.

"And it shall come to pass that whoever calls on the name of Yahweh shall be saved. For in Mount Zion and in Jerusalem there shall be deliverance, as Yahweh has said, among the remnant whom Yahweh calls" (Joel 2:28-32, NKJV)

What does this passage tell us is the cause of the sun being darkened and the moon being turned into blood?

"And I will show wonders in the heavens and in the earth: blood and fire and pillars of smoke".

In other words this probably has NOTHING TO DO WITH A LUNAR ECLIPSE even though volcanic dust is known to make red eclipsed moons even redder. What is being described here is the aftermath of an earthquake and volcanic eruption throwing masses of ash up into the atmosphere. These wonders are a combination of activity on the earth (earthquakes, volcanoes) having an effect in the heavens (on the sun and moon). And whilst there might possibly be a lunar eclipse too, the Scripture nowhere says it is - and if it is, it will be enhanced by accompanying volcanic dust.

The Messianic Scriptures (New Testament) cite this passage twice. The first links it to the first Messianic Shavu'ot ('Pentecost' so-called), declaring at least part of the prophecy to have been fulfilled then and subsequently. Peter announced right after these assembled believers spoke with the supernatural gift of known foreign languages ('tongues'):

"'And it shall come to pass in the last days', says Elohim (God), that I will pour out of My Ruach (Spirit) on all flesh; your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your young men shall see visions, your old men shall dream dreams. And on My menservants and on My maidservants I will pour out My Ruach (Spirit) in those days; and they shall prophesy. I will show wonders in heaven above and signs in the earth beneath: blood and fire and vapour of smoke. The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the coming of the great and awesome day of Yahweh. And it shall come to pass that whoever calls on the name of Yahweh shall be saved'" (Acts 2:17-21, NKJV).

Why has Peter quoted not only the part about prophesying, seeing visions and having inspired dreams but also the section about the sun being darkened and the moon turning red? Because he is telling us (under the inspiration of the Ruach/Spirit) that "the last days" began at the first Messianic Shavu'ot and continues right down to the Day of Judgment of Yahweh Almighty that has yet to come! That is to say, true believers will still be prophesying, seeing visions and having inspired dreams on that day that the sun's light is blotted out and the moon appears a blood red caused by all the volcanic ash in the sky caused by worldwide volcanoes (in addition possibly to a lunar eclipse)! Peter and the early talmidim (disciples) witness the beginning of "the last days" era and we (or at least our children) will witness its end. That's right, the last days lasts two millennia.

The second citation of Joel's prophecy in the Messianic Scriptures (New Testament) is to be found, appropriately, in the Apocalypse (Catholic Bibles) otherwise known as the Book of Revelation (Protestant Bibles), clearly identifies the cause of these solar and lunar changes as a global earthquake:

"I looked when He opened the sixth seal, and behold, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became like blood. And the stars of heaven fell to the earth, as a fig tree drops its late figs when it is shaken by a mighty wind. Then the sky receded as a scroll when it is rolled up, and every mountain and island was moved out of its place. And the kings of the earth, the great men, the rich men, the commanders, the mighty men, every slave and every free man, hid themselves in the caves and in the rocks of the mountains, and said to the mountains and rocks, 'Fall on us and hide us from the face of Him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb! For the great day of His wrath has come, and who is able to stand?'" (Rev.6:12-17, NKJV)

Can anybody doubt, with these three witnesses, what the origin of this blood red moon is? Does it sound remotely like an ordinary blood red 'lunar eclipse' on a peaceful evening? Absolutely not! This is a description of a worldwide catastrophe that either causes the earth's spin to suddenly change or is a poetic way of saying that the light of the stars is extinquished along with that of the sun. The geological changes are ENORMOUS - consider: islands and mountains are moving! People have been excited because two piddly volcanic islands recently appeared off the coasts of Pakistan and Japan, respectively. Now I could spent some time going into other passages that speak of these huge tectonic movements but I want to keep focussed on the blood red moons.

What about the claim that the Israeli Republic was formed during a tetrad of blood red moons? It's is a total lie propagated by Zionists unafraid to massage the facts to defend a preconceived doctrine about the mythical 'restoration of biblical Israel'. And it's easily exposed, as I shall do in just a moment. In case you're not aware of all the lies and disinformation that has been spewed out by Zionists over the past 65 years about the Israeli Republic, please first read my important seven-part series of sermons, Jacob's Trouble, so that you can know for a surety that the Illuminist Rosthscild state in the Middle East consistently fails biblical prophecy about true Israel.

Perhaps some of you have seen lunar eclipse propaganda such as this caption from Facebook:

This kind of false, unscriptural information is all over the internet, popular Christian and Messianic literature, in Prophecy Club lectures, and in equally misinformed videoclips on YouTube. It has literally spread like wildfire because it is sensationalistic, i.e. it appeals to the carnal senses and to "itching ears" (2 Tim.4:3).

Let's me clear to start with - no biblical prophecy anywhere links prophectic events to solar or lunar eclipses! The passage from Joel is the only one that speaks of a blood red moon and the two New Testament passages are simply quotations from it that clearly link the condition of the sun, moon and stars to the aftermath of a gigantic worldwide earthquake. You have to be completely blind or brainwashed to think otherwise because it is plain to see.

Herein is the problem - most people aren't going to the Scriptures for emet (truth) but to badly informed - and sometimes lying - story-tellers and teachers because their ears are itching for something that's exciting and entertaining but which won't cost them anything. Most evangelicals believe in the escapist myth or rapture lie anyway because they want the 'easy way out of tribulation'. It won't happen. The emet (truth) may not be pleasant, so first of all, what is it that you want?

I'm now going to prove to you that the attempt to link four blood red moons to the establishment of the Republic of Israel is a deliberate falsification of the data. Nobody wants to check it up because nobody wants their pet Zionistic idol crushed because it results in the collapse of an entire eschatological system. This is why the majority of believers have all their prophetic dates wrong and are looking in all the wrong places with the wrong prophetic markers. Though time will eventually vindicate me I am sure that the honest among you will want to know whether they have been deceived or not so that they can stop being deceived now. These are the people I am addressing today - the others will have to learn the hard and painful way.

I am going to now debunk the lie that the modern Israeli Republic was formed on a red blood moon (because it definitely wasn't) or that there's a relationship between it and the six-day war that led to and the reunification of Jerusalem.

First, it is perfectly correct to say that that tetrads - or sequences of four - blood red moons have occurred, and will occur, in recent times:

Such a sequence took place between 1949 and 1950, another took place between 1967 and 1968, and another is scheduled to take place between 2014 and 2015. That the latter will appear during key 'Jewish festivals' and portend the Second Coming is far more dubious because those proclaiming that these lunar eclipses, along with one full solar eclipse and one partial solar eclipse, signify important prophetic events, do so using the unbiblical Talmudic Calendar which is a fusion of the biblical with pagan (Roman and Babylonian) systems of time-keeping. When these eclipses are put alongside the true biblical Creation Calendar then quite a different story is told. Indeed, five out of the six lunar and solar eclipses don't align with the true calendar at all - only on the first day of Sukkot 2014 is there a blood red moon and even that won't be visible in Israel!

Remember, the Bible nowhere teaches that blood red moons or solar eclipses alone are prophetic signs! Not only that, but the much trumpeted red blood moon supposedly visible at Passover in 2014 on the Talmudic Calendar won't even be visible in Israel - you'll have to go to North or South America to see it!

Likewise, if you attend Tabernacles in Israel 2014 (8 October) according to the Jews' own calendar I guarantee you won't be able to see a red moon at all. In fact, hardly anyone will anywhere - just a few islanders in the Pacific Ocean and some Australians in the far east of the continent.

Would you be surprised if I told you that the blood red moon scheduled to make an appeaance at the Talmudic Passover for 2015 using their own calendar won't be visible in Israel either? Once again, the only people who will see it will be a few Polynesians in the Pacific Ocean plus a few in eastern Siberia, Alaska and western Canada.

By the time this blood red moon becomes visible in Israel it's almost set on the horizon, so less than half the moon will be visible on a treeless horizon, and only for a few minutes, hardly spectacular or noteworthy, so almost everyone will miss it. The best place to see it will be in the Atlantic Ocean or Brazil.

Back to the three sets of tetrads in recent times. Some people have posted videos to YouTube claiming that the period of time between the first pair of tetrads is 19 years, and that the period of time between the second tetrad and the third due in 2013-14 is 48 years, from which they claim that 19-48, the year that 'Israel' became a nation, is encrypted into the lunar eclipses as a prophetic sign!

Even setting aside the absurd notion that Yahweh would encrypt a pagan Roman Gregorian date '1948' (erroneous as it is in identifying the birth of Messiah as the Year 0 - it's a few years off) when He already has His own luni-solar one with years reackoned from the creation of the world as Year 0 (so that the year we are in is somewhere around 5900-6000 - 5708 in the Talmudic system of reckoning), what we have here is a crafty deception. The years don't even add up to '1948' - the data has been massaged ('strangled' would be a better word) to make it look as though they do!

The theory collapses in on itself once you minutely dissect it and look at the actual dates of the lunar eclipses (Gregorian calendar):

The Zionists who created this system and would deceive us want to claim that from 13 April 1949 to 13 April 1968 is 19 years...which of course it is. But then they go on to claim that from 24 April 1967 to 4 April 2015 is 48 years...which of course it isn't - it's 20 days short - it's 47 years and a bit!

It's not enough to say that it's 'close enough' - Yahweh does deal with margins of error, He is always 100% accurate. Not only that, but the two markers in this crooked scheme overlap by a whole year! Worse, those conspiring to perpetrate this deception make sure that this one year overlap does not appear on any of their charts.

These liars are telling us that something significant is going to happen to the Israeli Republic (which isn't biblical Israel) and the Jewish people (90%+ of whom aren't even connected racially to Abraham or Judah) when a lunar eclipse occurs on a Talmudic Jewish feast day using a non-biblical calendar system! They are also conning gullible believers into accepting the lie that a lunar eclipse happened and Israel became a nation again.

Even someone at a primary school level of education can expose this deception. When did the first lunar eclipse happen in the first tetrad? Let me spell it out so that even the most intellectually challenged can see the plain emet (truth):

Correct: 13 April 1949. When did the Israeli become a nation? 11 months earlier on 14 May 1948. Therefore there is uniquivocably, and without any margin for error, no connection whatsoever between a lunar eclipse on 13 April 1949 and the Israeli declaration of independence on 14 May 1948. Yet the deceivers keep on lying in the hope that the careless and lazy won't notice. Do you still believe that lunar eclipses are some sort of prophetic sign?

The emet (truth) is that every single year, as far back as records go (roughly the last 1,000 years), and in every year into the future, we're always in the middle of a tetrad of lunar eclipses. There are lunar eclipses every year! They happen once in the spring and once in the autumn (fall). When are 6 out of the 7 of the annual biblical feast days? In the spring and the autumn (fall) - three in spring (Pesach, Chag haMatzah and Yom haBikkurim) and three in autumn (Yom Teruah, Yom haKippurim and Sukkot), so statistically it is surprising they don't coincide more often. Irrespective whether you use the true or false calendars, you will find lunar eclipses occasionally falling during the feasts, so their appearance is nothing particularly special. They're inevitable, but not prophetic.

That does not mean, though, that the Enemy cannot use these events to deceive and confuse. Wherever there are rebellious individuals, religions and nations, there will always be legal rights for demons to 'push' and 'guide' them to perform various deeds on various dates that occur during celestial conjunctions, eclipses, and the like, which is the basis of the apostate art of astrology. When 'accidents' occur on certain dates it's usually a combination of fear, false belief and demonic manipulations. And remember what I said the other week about Yahweh even causing people to fall under a strong delusion when they prefer the lie to the emet (truth).

Throughout the millennia rebellious men have "exchanged the emet (truth) of Elohim (God) for the lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator" (Rom.1:25, NKJV). This obsession with the heavenly bodies and the prophetic beyond what Scripture has spoken is actually just re-dressed idolatry - it's another form of astrology. It's worship of the motions of the heavenly bodies. Unless it's for calculating the divine calendar or for specifically named prophecies, we are not to go 'looking into' stars and planets for information about the present or future. Torah unapologetically prohibits it upon pain of death. Why is Yahweh so strict? Because these pursuits lead men and women away from Him and into the kingdom of darkness and to spiritual destruction.

Let us be clear - nothing of any significance happened to the Jewish State on any of the four eclipses from 1949 to 1950. But what of the Israeli Six-Day War that happened in the middle of one tetrad set between 1967 and 1968 when they captured East Jerusalem? Just because something happened once in the past doesn't make it a trend. Something only becomes a trend if it happens three or more times. And because nothing happened in the 1949-50 tetrad set, this confirms there was no trend. In other words, it was a coincidence, nothing more.

That doesn't mean that the Enemy won't try to create 'trends' to continue keeping believers deceived about the Israeli Republic or any number of other superstitions. Those non-messianic Jews responsible for the Temple Project in Jerusalem (which will not be a true temple of Yahweh) may well plan to build and dedicate this structure on one such red moon on one such Talmudic version of the sacred festivals. That will not, however, make the event prophetically significant except on the satanic timetable, for on one level (the primary one being the human body) we know that the Antimessiah or Antichrist will proclaim himself 'God' in a 'temple' and may possible choose to do so physically in this planned building. This will not be something that believers have anything to look forward to, though.

Yahweh has not given solar and lunar eclipses as signs or ways of timekeeping whether prophetic or otherwise. Such has more to do with pagan idolatry (Dt.4:19; 17:3; 2 Ki.23:5) than anything else. Be warned! Rather, we are commanded to be on the alert for other signs:

"Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be great earthquakes in various places, and famines and pestilences; and there will be fearful sights and great signs from heaven" (Luke 21:10-11, NKJV).

"Great signs" not 'little' ones like eclipses. And Satan in his turn will be performing "great signs" with which to counter Yahweh's and to deceive, not 'little' ones:

"He (the Beast) performs great signs, so that he even makes fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men. And he deceives those who dwell on the earth by those signs which he was granted to do in the sight of the beast" (Rev.13:13-14, NKJV).

Look out for Yahweh's "fearful sights" and "great signs" by all means, and be aware of Satan's counterfeit "great signs" but don't go wasting your time digging for irrelevent things like eclipses that Scripture nowhere indicates have any prophetic significance. Stop worshipping and serving the heavenly bodies and get worshipping and serving your Heavenly Father, Yahweh.

You've seen how those with 'eclipse mania' have either got it wrong or are plain deceived because they are abiding under various delusions - delusions sent to them because they refuse to acknowledge the plain emet (truth) about Israel and the Creation Calendar (amongst other things). Their prophetic chirping will come to naught - don't waste your time getting a sensual emotional or intellectual kick out of them. Stick to the Davar (Word) and instead go out and witness of the Besorah (Gospel) - it's Yah'shua (Jesus) that saves, not a shadow of the earth falling on the moon. There is no end to books and movies about these irrelevent things to waste our time, time is short and we must not squander it kowtowing to the Talmudists with their vile Moloch religion and Star of Remphan. Repent!
