The Egyptian Crisis
What It Prophetically Means For Us
The world is rightly alarmed by all the rioting that has been going on in Tunisia, Yemen, Syria, Jordan (with close ties to the EU) and especially in Egypt where the 30 year-long Mubarak régime seems to be teetering on the edge. Many Messianics in particular, and not a few Christians, are seeing events in Egypt as the unfolding of specific biblical prophecy relating to the end-time, with one declaring that a change in government there in favour of radical Islam will result in the Republic of Israel coming under imminent invasion by the "King of the South", interpreted to be modern Egypt. I have to say from the outset that I am highly sceptical of this if for no other reasons than:
Another messianic ministry claims that the "king of the north" is the European Union and that it is going to invade Egypt to restore order there, whilst spoiling it at the same time and also occupy Jerusalem (with a German army no less). It is also claiming that what is happening in Egypt will spark a major war that will engulf the whole world, creating World War III. It is predicting the the vast majority of the population of the Holy land will be wiped out and that this will ussher in the return of Messiah. It is also claiming that the "Memphis" of Hosea 9:6 is actually Machmad and therefore 'Mohammed', in an attempt to make Hosea a prophecy about modern Islamic Egypt, when in actual fact the Hebrew reads Moph, capital of lower Egypt and therefore is actually about pre-Islamic Egypt.
- 1. The modern Republic of Israel is not Biblical Israel Restored but an Illuminati counterfeit; and
- 2. The prophecy in the Book of Daniel cited (11:5-40) pertains to a period of history long past, and specifically, refers to time of the Seleucids and Ptolomies, not to modern Islamic states and the Jewish Republic in Palestine.
I absolutely do not believe this scenario for many reasons, some of which are as follows:
Certainly fundamentalist Islamic régimes are more than likely going to spring up in the Middle East that are anti-West. Certainly the Republic of Israel will not only be threated by them but in all likelihood wiped out. Certainly there will be war in the Middle East again. But what is going on there is a deliberate attempt by the élite to recreate biblical prophecy in its own image and according to its own agenda with the aim of deceiving the whole world into believing that the Antichrist it will install is the returning Messiah of the Bible, Yah'shua (Jesus). And Christians and Messianics are being fooled - lock, stock and barrel - by these machinations.
- 1. Prophecies concerning the end of the Millennium are being confused with our own (pre-Millennial) period of time time;
- 2. The Israeli Republic is not (as I have said) Biblical Israel but an Edomite counterfeit;
- 3. The EU is presently very weak, is unpopular with European peoples, and incapable of such an operation;
- 4. The Jews (messianics included) have no clue who Germany is and have been blinded by all the propaganda surrounding the holocaust; and
- 5. The last place modern Germany would get embroiled with is a Jewish State - if the EU were to occupy it they would use troops from another country.
I do not know how the Middle Eastern and Egyptian crisis is going to unfold because Yahweh has not told me anything about it. In addition to counterfeiting biblically prophesied events to confuse and deceive believers, though, I do believe it is connected to the very real plans the élite have to create more controlled wars to create more chaos, reduce the population more (as part of its overall strategy for culling humanity), destabilise economies more, make more money for themselves and get even more political power over security-terrified civillians by asking for emergency powers to deal with the mounting terrorist threat caused by fundamentalist Muslims flushed with revolutionary success in the Middle East.
Hal Lindsey, the Zionistic evangelical interpreter of biblical prophecy based on faulty exegesis, seems to have passed on the metaphorical baton onto equally Zionistic messianics. There is for sure a lot going on at the moment and in such times of confusion and alarm many a minister and ministry tries to hop onto the prophetic bandwagon. We have seen error after error coming from them since the Israeli Republic became independent on 14 May 1948 and they are still continuing. So long as the Israeli State is misidentified this will not cease and both evangelicals and messianics will be misled.
None of this is to say that prophetic events aren't unfolding because they are - obviously - but it is to say that the processes are being misidentified. We have to get our eyes off the Middle East and on to Yah'shua (Jesus) which is where what matters is happening. The Middle East has always been turbulent, especially since 1948 and before, and even during the Israeli-Egyptian 'Cold Peace', and it will remain so. Don't be sucked into the Illuminati spin and deception but get on with winning people for Christ!
