Raising the Melchizedek Tabernacle VII
- The Dedication & Appearing of Messiah in the Tabernacle

    Continued from Part 5

This is an abridged version of the video (V173)

    Introduction

Shalom Mishpacah and thank you for assembling for this seventh, final, and most important day of the Dedication of the Raising of the End-Time New Covenant Tabernacle of Melchizedek.

THE DIVINE TAVNITH OF EXODUS 40

Layout of the Tabernacle of Moses

    The Construction Finished

When the Tabernacle and all its furnishings were completed in the order we've been examining them, the builders brought everything to Moses for inspection to ensure everything had been made according to the divine tavnith (pattern). Moses then assembled the Tabernacle, positioning the furniture exactly as commanded (and you'll remember that it is arranged like a cross), sprinkled everything with blood and then anointed it with consecrated oil. The Scripture says: "So Moses finished the work" (Ex.40:33, NKJV).

    The Invisible New Covenant Tabernacle

Now we have not built a physical Tabernacle because there is no physical building in the New Covenant. There is a Cohen Gadol or High Priest, to be sure, and that is the resurrected Yah'shua the Messiah (Jesus Christ), and He is very physical, but He is not physically here present with us for now. So where is the Tabernacle? The nearest visible thing to the Tabernacle consists of the tamidim (disciples) of Yah'shua (Jesus) who have been consecrated according to the divine tavnith (pattern), making the New Covenant Tabernacle or Body of Christ an essentially invisible, spiritual corporate structure. Individually and corporately we are called to be living temples or tabernacles in which the Ruach haQodesh (Holy Spirit) may dwell, even as the Shekinah dwelt in the Tabernacle of Moses and in the Temples thereafter.

    Setting Up Properly

All of this setting-up was done on the Day of Dedication itself - on the seventh day - which is why this convocation has been called. Because what is required in the New Covenant is an invisible, supernatural setting-up of our spirits internally to be receptive for all that is coming, the setting-up is something we must ask Yahweh to do. It's not a human work. We want to be properly constituted so that we can commune as the ancients did and not on the ad hoc basis that we see in splintered Christendom with all of its confusion. We do not understand how Yahweh will do this, nor do we need to know, only that He will do so as assuredly as He acted on Aviv 7 all those centuries ago when Moses had everything properly set-up, as we read:

"Then the cloud covered the tabernacle of meeting, and the glory of Yahweh filled the tabernacle. And Moses was not able to enter the tabernacle of meeting, because the cloud rested above it, and the glory of Yahweh filled the tabernacle. Whenever the cloud was taken up from above the tabernacle, the children of Israel would go onward in all their journeys. But if the cloud was not taken up, then they did not journey till the day that it was taken up. For the cloud of Yahweh was above the tabernacle by day, and fire was over it by night, in the sight of all the house of Israel, throughout all their journeys" (Ex.40:34-38, NKJV).

The Last Exodus Different from the First

You need to remember that the Final Exodus will not be identical in geography, timetable, or even sequence of events, or even consist of the same events, to the first one. The Final Gathering is not from a single location (Egypt) but from around the whole world. Furthermore, the 'wandering' will not necessarily be in a literal desert (though it might be for some), nor will the circumstances be the same because the original 40-year wandering was in consequence of choices made then and in one location. We are in tens of thousands of locations and the members of each Remnant body must make their own choices until they are gathered up into the twelve tribes in their several locations. Under Moses, Israel marched together as 12 tribes; in our day, the 12 tribes must themselves first be gathered into separate places of refuge. The actual entry into the Holy Land will be under very different circumstances too, likely be from multiple directions, and only occur, one supposes, right at the end the time allocated for the new exodus. We don't actually know the details yet, nor will we likely be informed of them until right before each required action, like this one, which we have only known about for a very short time. Neither did we foresee that we would find ourselves cut-off in the middle of a worldwide coronavirus pandemic, underscoring the 'invisible' nature of this Gathering in the early years since we all separated.

    Concrete Events and Allegorisation

Over the centuries Christian commentators have noted parallels between what happened in the First Exodus and the appearance and operation of the Messianic Community (Church). As Yahweh went before Israel under Moses and Joshua, so He has 'gone before' the New Covenant Community in a general sense. As Yahweh led Israel, so He has been leading - and continues to lead - believers in their lives. However, that is really about as far as the 'Church' has been able to allegorise it because the other elements - the Presence in the form of a cloud and a pillar of fire providing literal light and warmth by night and light in the surrounding darkness, and shade in the daytime to address the fury of the desert sun - are meant to be understood literally. Yes, one can allegorise this to mean believers are given spiritual light and comfort in times of distress but it is clear from Isaiah 4 that this is all going to be literal again.

    What are We Asking For?

We are assembled here for a very specific purpose. We're not asking for what Yahweh has given the Messianic Community (Church) for the last 2,000 years because we know it is a 'given' to all who trust and obey, and it's what we ask anyway. What we're asking for is an anointing for the challenging tasks the Remnant faces ahead and the same manifestations when gathered Israel needs them again, as we're told in Isaiah 4 they will. We know that more than allegory, metaphor and symbol are involved because the First Exodus was literal and physical. We will get what we need, and no more, according to each situation.

    Experiences and Testimonies

We are here in obedience to a simple mitzvah (commandment). For the last six days we have taken each day in faith, responding to events as they have come. I have shared some of those with you already. I have no doubt that others of you will already have had similar experiences of your own for your own edification and I am sure that by the by we will be hearing from one another and sharing testimonies as we did 5 years ago.

The Cloud of Glory on Solomon's Temple

When Solomon repeated the same Dedication for the stone temple at Jerusalem, the Cloud of Glory came to it and rested there too, falling upon the same Ark of the Covenant that had previously rested in the Tabernacle of Moses and of David (1 Ki.8:10-11; 2 Chr.5:13-14). That Cloud, when it comes, remains until it is withdrawn because of sin, idolatry and apostacy, as it was anciently.

The Transfiguration as a Tabernacle-Type Event

When Yah'shua the Messiah (Jesus Christ), the true Tabernacle and the true Temple, of which the Tabernacle of Moses and Temple of Solomon were but types or foreshadowings - when He went up into the Mount of Transfiguration, we are told of this extraordinary event:

"Now after six days Yah'shua (Jesus) took Peter, James, and John his brother, led them up on a high mountain by themselves; and He was transfigured before them. His face shone like the sun, and His clothes became as white as the light. And behold, Moses and Elijah appeared to them, talking with Him. Then Peter answered and said to Yah'shua (Jesus), 'Master, it is good for us to be here; if You wish, let us make here three tabernacles (sukkot, tents): one for You, one for Moses, and one for Elijah.' While he was still speaking, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them; and suddenly a voice came out of the cloud, saying, 'This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. Hear Him!' And when the talmidim (disciples) heard it, they fell on their faces and were greatly afraid. But Yah'shua (Jesus) came and touched them and said, 'Arise, and do not be afraid.' When they had lifted up their eyes, they saw no one but Yah'shua (Jesus) only. Now as they came down from the mountain, Yah'shua (Jesus) commanded them, saying, 'Tell the vision to no one until the Son of Man is risen from the dead'" (Matt.17:1-10, NKJV; also Lk.9:28-36; Mk.9:1-7).

    A Prequel

This occured, not at Aviv 7 (which is today), in the spring, but in the autumn (fall) at the end of the seven day-long Sukkot or the Feast of Tabernacles, which is why Peter asked if he should build three sukkot, tabernacles, booths, or tents for the Master, Moses and Elijah. In other words, the New Covenant fulfillment in Christ occurred some months later at the annual festival representing the Wedding Feast of the Lamb, an event inaugurating the Millennium. So Peter, James and John were being shown a 'matinée', as it were, a 'prequel' to the actual event 2,000 years down the line to which it was still pointing but the manifestation there and then was to demonstrate to the three presiding apostles that Yah'shua (Jesus) was both the successor to, and the fulfillment of, the Torah or Law (represented by Moses) and the Nevi'im or Prophets (represented by Elijah). That does not mean there will not be at least one or more intermediary events like it, as I explained a number of times over the last few days when I showed you how the prophetic spiral works for judgment.

    Clouds of Glory

Now, in addition to the Mount of Transfiguration manifestation at Sukkot, the Cloud was seen again when Christ ascened back to the Heavenly Father (Ac.1:9), we're told He is Himself clothed with this Cloud (Rev.10:1), that He is seated upon a white cloud (Rev.14:14-16), that He will return in a Cloud of Glory (Lk.21:17), and that He will return in this Cloud of Glory with His qodeshim (saints, set-apart ones), who are themselves in the Clouds of Glory, or the 'Glory Cloud' (Mk.14:62; Mt.26:64; 1 Thess.4:17; Heb.12:1). And, finally, we are told that the same Glory that was in that Cloud will be the eternal simcha or joy of the redeemed in the City of Elohim (God), the New Jerusalem.

    Prayer of Dedication
    (Transcribed)

Father Yahweh-Elohim, we are truly honoured and blessed to be assembled here at Your behest. We are coming here in faith knowing only what has been revealed so far in the Scriptures and what the prophets have revealed. We believe the testimony of the prophets of old, we believe in all Your supernatural acts, and particularly we believe what happened on the seventh day of Aviv in the second year in the wilderness when Moses, Your servant, constructed the Tabernacle and went and consecrated and dedicated it to You; and You blessed him, and the assembly of those who trusted, with that incredible manifestation of Your kavod glory. You did the same with Solomon, Father, and You did the same with Yah'shua (Jesus) and with the talmidim (disciples).

We believe that You have been doing throughout the generations - and will continue doing, and will now do in a special way, particularly in this large emerging generation - incredible things for Your Name's glory, not for our carnal satisfaction, and certainly not for us to consume upon our lusts. What we are here to do, Father...we're not seeking for signs or anything like that...we are simply presenting ourselves to You, and we're asking that Your Ruach (Spirit) would come inside and re-form us. We ask that the Ruach (Spirit) would come into our minds and into our hearts, into our bodies, into our psyches, into our entire beings. We simply ask the Ruach (Spirit) to enter and to change whatever You want changed in each individual assembled today in faith. And we thank You, Father, that You are the Elohim (God) of Glory, of kavod.

We thank You for Your many witnesses You've given us over the generations, even contemporary witnesses, Father, and we pray that we, above all else, can be dedicated avadim (servants), being about Your business, serving You to the best of our ability, radiating Your truth, and light, and love, and perfections.

And we confess before You, Father, that everything we receive is not of our own doing, it is simply the outworking of Your grace, Your undeserved loving-kindness, Your unmerited favour. And therefore we praise You, Father, we thank You for Your glorious works and for what You are starting to do in the Remnant now, and will do in the days ahead.

We invite You into our tabernacles - into our bodies - we invite You into our homes, and particularly in this time of plague we ask that Your glory, Father, might burn up any plague, any virus, that may be afflicting any of Your people. We pray for the gift of supernatural healing such as obtained in the days of old so that a powerful witness can be given, and so that Your suffering Body - and it is suffering in so many places, Father - can find relief and comfort and shalom (peace) and simcha (joy).

So giving thanks as we do now, Father, we commend ourselves into Your care, and we commend ourselves not only for change today, but change every day. We want to come before You completely open and prepared to have our lives altered and conformed to the pattern of Your will. So with this prayer, Father, we ask You to seal us to Yourself and bring us into echad union with You - bring us ever daily closer until we are in the Holy of Holies worshipping at the Mercy Seat. That is our prayer, Father, in Yah'shua's (Jesus') Name. Amen.
