Essential Introduction
B. Holy Echad Marriage & the Elohim Principle
30. Your Homework Before Going Further
30.1 It may well be that Elohim (God) does not want you to go any further for reasons best known to Him.
30.2 If the Ruach haQodesh (Holy Spirit) tells you to go no further, obey. Do not sin.
30.3 There are times and seasons for everything and this may not be yours or your family's. If you are married you need to remember that. There's more than just you to consider.
30.4 There is a time for milk and a time for meat, and if this is your milk-drinking season, you need to remain on that spiritual diet and exit now.
30.5 You can always come back another time if you are led by Yahweh to do so.
30.6. If you're absolutely sure you are called to go on then you have a lot of studying and praying to do.
30.7 If you already have a good understanding of Simple of Monogamous Echad Marriage and are called to dig deeper, you will be directed to a parallel website presently.
30.8 In the meantime you should return to the main HEM page for further orientation.
30.9 If you are interested in getting a solid biblical knowledge about Complex or Plural Echad Marriage you will be taken on a guided tour of the parallel website which is a large one and covers many subject areas which you will find listed in its own Topical Guide.
30.10 If you are unfamiliar with the theological background of Plural Echad Marriage, we recommend that you start with the e-book, The Truth About Biblical Marriage by clicking on the logo below and then return to this page - don't launch off into other subjects yet, however tempting:
30.11 If you would rather not read a whole book, then start by reading the short article, An Overview of Echad Polygamy and then, if you are still interested to know more, return and study the book for in-depth Bible teaching on the subject.
30.12 At any rate, it is important that you know exactly what the Bible teaches on this subject verse by verse before plunging into the deeper materials.
30.13 When you have completed these two exercises, we ask you to return to this page for a final word before going further.
