First Signs of a Suspected Covid-19 Infection
What are the first signs of Covid-19 (Corona virus)? The symptoms may include:
- 1. Fatigue
- 2. Headache
- 3. Fever
- 4. Chills
- 5. Loss of smell and/or taste
- 6. Persistent dry cough
- 7. Sore throat
- 8. Muscle pain
- 9. Breathing difficulties / shortness of breath
If you have any of these symptoms, you should know that they are actually being caused by your own immune response releasing small proteins called cytokines. Cytokines are immuno-modulating agents and are part of your first defense against pathogens. They are essential for fighting off infections and in other immune responses.
The serious complications of coronavirus are a result of metabolic syndrome. Metabolic syndrome is caused by insulin resistance.
