The Government of the
Patriarchal Priesthood
The following revelation covers the responsibilities of the 12 apostles and their relationship to the several priesthood offices of the Local and Metropolitan Colonies.
The Letter and the Spirit of the Law
1. He who obeyeth the letter of the Law shall be justified by the letter of the Law, and shall find the joy thereof.
2. He who obeyeth the spirit of the Law shall be justified by the spirit of the Law, and shall find the joy thereof.
3. The letter of the Law is the Zadokian Priesthood;
4. And the spirit of the Law is the Enochian Priesthood.
Two Approaches to Adultery
5. Therefore if a woman divorceth a man on account of [sexual] transgression. she shall be justified by the letter of the Law, and shall be satisfied.
6. But if she forgiveth him, and remaineth with him, and they are reconciled, she shall be justified by the spirit of the Law, and shall receive grace.
Walking in the Spirit
7. I am come into the world to bring peace and reconciliation, saith the Lord, that a man might walk after the spirit and receive a fullness of joy.
8. And these things come not without great sacrifice and a death to pride.
9. He who walketh in his pride and sacrificeth not cannot walk in the spirit of the Law, but must walk after the Law of Justice only.
10. Such a man [or woman] cannot receive a fullness of love but must walk after a lesser life without grace.
The Necessity of Law
11. Never at any time have I said that ye should live without [the] Law {Torah};
12. For without [the] Law {Torah} there would be no grace, or mercy, or forgiveness.
The Perspective and Balance of the Patriarchal Spirit
13. The Patriarchal Priesthood comprehendeth the letter of the Law and the spirit of the Law in their perfect place, and in their perfect season, and for this cause have they been given the government over My Church.
14. The Patriarchal comprehendeth the dichotomy, and the balance, and the harmony -- and if they do not, they are not of the Patriarchs [and Matriarchs].
Responsibilities of the Patriarchate
15. It is the responsibility of the Third Patriarch to govern the Zadokian Priesthood, even the Deaconate, of the Church, ensuring that they teach and obey the letter of the Law.
16. It is the responsibility of the Second Patriarch to govern the Enochian Priesthood, even the Eldership, and the Zadokian Priesthood through the Third Patriarch, ensuring that they {the Enochian Priesthood} teach and obey the spirit of the Law built upon the foundation of the letter of the Law.
17. And it is the responsibility of the Presiding Patriarch to govern the Patriarchal Priesthood, and the Enochian Priesthood through the Second Patriarch, and the Zadokian priesthood through the Second and Third Patriarchs, that there might be perrect order, love, justice, grace and peace in the Church.
The Callings of the Three Orders
18. Every Elder is a Deacon, and every Patriarch-Apostle is an Elder and a Deacon, for man is not divided, but must unfold in order, as far as he will go, or as far as he hath been called.
19. Let no man aspire to what he is not, or not become, or not been called to, for perfection cometh in the will of God and in the callin to which he hath been called.
20. Hearken, O My people, that ye may understand.
Different Kinds of Patriarch
21. A Bishop is a Patriarch of a Mother {Central/Metropolitan} Colony, a Pastor is a Patriarch of a Local Colony, and a father is a Patriarch of his family.
22. In any of these a man may come to the perfection of patriarchal government, and the spirit thereof, and receive his reward.
The Responsibilities of Apostles
23. Each Patriarch-Apostle is responsible for the guidance and government of one of the offices of the Enochian and Zadokian Orders;
24. Therefore shall the Second Patriarch and six other apostles guide and govern the seven offices of the Enochian Order;
25. And the Third Patriarch and three other apostles gudie and govern the four offices of the Zadokian Order.
26. The two apostles responsible for the Teacher-Elders and Teacher-Deacons shall labour together when expedient.
27. The two apostles responsible for the Administrators abd Sub-Administrators shall likewise labour together when expedient.
28. And behold, wherever there is an overlap of ministry, so shall the apostles responsible labour together in love under the appointment and overall guidance of the Presiding Patriarch.
29. The Presiding Patriarch shall not have direct responsibility for any offices of the Enochian or Zadokian Order of the Local and Central {Mother/Metropolitan} Colonies but shall have the direct watchcare of the Priesthood Orders within the Twelve Firstborn Colonies.
30. As and when expedient Sub-Apostles may be appointed to assist the apostles that they not be burdened with excessive administrative responsibilities;
31. And let the Sub-Apostolate be drawn from amongst the Evangelists and other Enochian offices as ye have need of them.
32. Nevertheless this is for another time when the Church hath waxed strong in numbers.
33. Thus the Second Patriarch shall have direct responsibility for the Evangelists.
34. Likewise let the Third Patriarch have direct responsibility for the Pastoral Assistants of the Zadokian Order. Amen.
