    Unconditional Love
    Part 3: The Sleeping Enchantment

Sabbath Day Sermon, Saturday 1 May 2004

Last week we looked at that sometimes confusing entity called 'loyalty' and the week before at what unconditional love is. We understood from the scriptures that unconditional love belongs to Yahweh alone, and never to any human being - that our love for one another must always be conditioned by the commandments. To break one of Yahweh's commandments shows neither unconditional love to our Heavenly Father nor true liberating love to our fellow human being. Our loyalty is to Yahweh and to His truth before else - all our loyalties to each other must be conditioned by that.

These understandings were, more or less, a part of the spiritual and moral fabric of the West until the beginning of the 1960's when subtle changes began to be introduced into our thinking and behaviour through a new subculture which today has replaced the old Christian one. That subculture goes by many names but perhaps the most accurate would be to call it the 'subculture of rebellion" - not any old rebellion, but rebellion against the truth. The generation that rules our governments, states, and local councils was reared in that cult of rebellion and we are today seeing its baneful effects on the moral and religious life of the people. It's fruit is a neo-paganism, a rejection of Christianity and its moral and ethical values with its emphasis on caring for others, and the wholesale introduction of an entirely new way of being which emphasises the self before all else. Our former-day responsibility towards others has now been replaced by personal - and very selfish - 'rights'. Thus today someone can claim his 'rights' and impose them on me.

In Sweden we have a tradition whereby a new king, when he ascends the throne, chooses a motto to represent his reign, which becomes a kind of clarion call for the whole nation. This motto is written on all the newly struck 1 Crown coins of the realm. The previous king chose as his motto, 'Duty before Everything' implying, of course, the people's Christian duty to one another as well as to their country. The new and current king, however, decided on a much more trendy motto which, loosely translated, says, 'Sweden in the modern age'. Today's Sweden is very, very unlike the old one - today, like most other Western countries, it is hedonistic and self-centered. A more representative motto might well have been 'Insist on Your Rights'.

The changes in thinking that have taken place since the hippie revolution of the 1960's took place at an incredible rate. Forty years on, from the years when I was born and the last decade of the 'old ways', you are looking at a new world. We have never witnessed change so fast. No culture in history has ever been turned upside down on its head by relatively peaceful means in so short a period of time - I am here excluding violent revolutions such as those carried out by communists and fascists. The changes that have taken place in the last 40 years are phenomenal - and I am not here speaking of the advances in technology. A whole new way of thinking and behaving has emerged which would deeply shock the elderly members of the generation of the early 1950's, for instance. And they would be shocked by the way in which people perceive each other and the world they live in because it would be so utterly alien to them. Something happened - something so fundamental, so powerful - that it has overturned the learned lessons of many centuries.

As many of you know, I am an ardent student of history, and one thing I love to watch are World War 2 films. I was brought up on the cinematography of the 1940's, 50's and 60's, which displayed the courage and moral strengths of noble men and women in the face of a ruthless and tyrannical enemy. And, of course, the Second World War was fought within the context of a Christian world. People fought - not for personal 'rights' but for what was right. The conviction of the West - and I am principally speaking here of Great Britain, the United States, France, and the other allies (excluding the communistic Soviet Union which was fighting for many reasons) - was that its stood for truth as an absolute phenomenon rooted in the Christian ideal of love and moral order.

A month or two ago I bought a World War Two film which I regretted getting. It was called, The Wind Talkers. Made supposedly to honour the Navajo Amerindian radio operators in the Pacific War (who played a magnificent rôle, incidentally), what the film really did was glorify violence, Roman Catholicism and Shamanism. As my eldest son (who is also a World War 2 fan) remarked, the actors were nothing like the people whom they supposedly portrayed. The film was a product of the 21st century and little more than propaganda to conceal Catholic excesses - the hero is abused by a priest, hates his religion briefly, and then is reconciled on his death bed in a shell crater.

My purpose this morning is not to make a comparison between the Old National Orders and the New World Order of the occultised and demonised Illuminist élite who control everything behind the scenes. That I have done numerous times before. What I want to do today is to show you how Satan utilised a totally new method of subversion that seemed so innocuous at the time but which struck a cord in the hearts of young people across the whole globe and radically altered their thinking and behaviour. For the last 40 years we have been bombarded on the airwaves by a subtle brainwashing technique that has altered human thinking without the vast majority of its hearers even knowing it.

I am indebted to my wife who did most of the research for this sermon who as you know is a few years younger than I am and so never experienced the 'old order' as I did. Her diet was New World Order from the day she was born and never knew the contrast until I made her aware of it. She has also been the principle revelator of some of the details that I am going to speak about today as she needed deliverance ministry in order to see the truth clearly. So in a way she is able to see things from the 'inside'. And even though I was exposed to this new way of thinking, I was not only insulated to some extent by virtue of growing up in the Far East, but also because the school I attended was very strict and prevented exposure to it. Only by the time I was in my teens was I 'immersed' in the new ways and could understand, even before I was a Christian, that something was very definitely wrong, though I couldn't then explain why.

If you have not already guessed my theme today, it is pop music. Not rock music, hard rock, acid rock, rap, and all the other forms that were spawned by pop, but the original pop music, and in particular, the music of the fathers of pop music, the Beatles. And I'm not even interested in the music this time, about which I have also spoken about at length, showing you that music is not spiritually neutral. Today my interest is in the lyrics.

At the Millennium shift there were huge celebrations in Great Britain and a vast outdoor pop concert. The theme of this concert was the Beatles' song, All You Need is Love. It was a nostalgic look back to the 1960's by the directors of the Millennium Celebrations at what they regarded as the beginning of our new era. In that they were right. There was little interest in what took place before the 1960's - all that mattered to them, quite clearly, was the young and middle-aged generation - it was not a celebration for the elderly, because they belonged to a despised world that has long since been overthrown.

Some while ago we bought our children a battery-operated electronic organ which contains some preprogrammed melodies. One of our children had turned it on and was playing it. My wife was there supervising them when she suddenly jolted in her chair as she heard the melody of the Beatles' song, All You Need is Love - the song that was the theme of the Millennium Celebrations. Hearing that tune again set of a chain of thoughts in her head which led her to the astonishing - and yet not-so-astonishing - revelation that the author of the lyrics of this song was not human but demonic - the evil spirits whom we have often spoken about, who control the thinking and feeling of the two generations since the 1960's, namely Hecate, Jezebel, and Astarte (Ashtoreth), the biblical 'Queen of Heaven'.

For those of you not familiar with this demoness, she is the goddess of the Wiccan religion (and also known as Maia) and is portrayed as a trinity of three persons: a maiden, a mother, and an old crone. She manifested anciently to corrupt not only Israelite national life but also Christianity in the form of a counterfeit 'Virgin Mary' worship. One of her powers is to send even intelligent people to sleep spiritually so that they are no longer sensitive to the truth, love and Torah of our Heavenly Father, Yahweh-Elohim. And just as she redefined and corrupted early Christianity into a false religion called Roman Catholicism, so she has taken later Christianity and done much the same but to a far higher degree of corruption, so that what is essentially left is occultism. And unbelievable though this may seem to most of you, the Beatles pop group were the major catalyst of the revival and rapid spread of pagan mother-worship with her ten thousand different faces.

There are very few people in the world who have not heard the Beatles' song, All You Need is Love. It's virtually a musical icon. And the tune is very catchy. Most people, when they listen to music, pay scant attention to the words. They are mostly interested in the beat, the rhythm and the melody. The words may be 'heard' but are rarely 'understood'. Mention this song to most people, and they will be able to sing: "All you need is love, love, love!" And they will think that they are singing about something good, noble and upbuilding. And on the face of it, why should we disagree with them? Who, except a hard-core Satanist, could disagree with the suggestion that love is all we need?

The postwar generation was sick of war. Their fathers and grandfathers had lived through two terrible world wars and they were determined never to let it happen again. We haven't had a world war since, and until the 1990's, there had been no war in Europe either since 1945, apart from one or two brief uprisings in the communist block. The slogans of the 1960's were "Make Love, not War" and "All You Need is Love." A wave of new music appeared carrying radical messages that challenged, and then overthrew, the old establishment and its Christian roots. The older generation were confused, amazed, baffled. They heard words which they too were accustomed to - like 'peace' and 'love' - but they were being redefined in totally new and anarchistic ways.

I'd like to share my wife's research work with you today. Please be alert for certain key words. The Beatles, for the most part, came out of Catholic northwest England, and ended up as New Agers. There's no secret about that. Knowing what you do about the teaching of Christ on love, compare this with the message that is being shared in the Beatles' Songs. First, let's take a look at another famous song, Let it Be, a song which was used recently in a film made in 1997 called Bean. Please note to whom the song is being addressed. Here are the lyrics:

      Let It Be
      (John Lennon, Paul McCartney)
      Lead Vocal: Paul McCartney

When I find myself in times of trouble
Mother Mary (Jezebel) comes to me
Speaking words of wisdom, let it be

And in my hour of darkness
She is standing right in front of me
Speaking words of wisdom, let it be
Let it be, let it be
Let it be, let it be
Whisper words of wisdom, let it be

And when the broken hearted people
      Living in the world agree
There will be an answer, let it be
For though they may be parted
There is still a chance that they will see
There will be an answer, let it be
Let it be, let it be
Let it be, let it be
Yeah there will be an answer, let it be
Let it be, let it be
Let it be, let it be
Whisper words of wisdom, let it be

Let it be, let it be
Ah let it be, yeah let it be
Whisper words of wisdom, let it be
And when the night is cloudy
There is still a light that shines on me
Shine on until tomorrow, let it be
I wake up to the sound of music,
Mother Mary (Jezebel) comes to me
Speaking words of wisdom, let it be
Yeah let it be, let it be
Let it be, yeah let it be
Oh there will be an answer, let it be
Let it be, let it be
Let it be, yeah let it be
Oh there will be an answer, let it be
Let it be, let it be
Ah let it be, yeah let it be
Whisper words of wisdom, let it be.

The melody is beautiful and so too are the words. Or are they? Who in this song is the object of adoration and worship? The Catholic 'Virgin Mary', though not the mother of Yah'shua (Jesus), who was a mortal like you and I, but the occultic Queen of Heaven, or Jezebel. This song repeats the words "Let it be" again and again like a mantra or chant. In actual fact, it is quite hypnotic. It sends you spiritually asleep. This song is spiritual to its core - it is asking those who listen to it to surrender themselves to 'Mother Mary' and simply to accept everything that 'she' tells them. This beautiful yet lethal song sends people to sleep spiritually. It is what is called in occultic circles an 'enchantment'.

The next Beatles' song, Hey Jude, is practically the same, but this time it carries a moral message that is even more anti-biblical. Note who the object of worship is and listen to the spiritual counsel it gives:

      Hey Jude
      (John Lennon, Paul McCartney)
      Lead Vocal: Paul McCartney

Hey Jude, don't make it bad
Take a sad song and make it better
Remember to let her into your heart
Then you can start to make it better

      Hey Jude, don't be afraid
You were made to go out and get her
The minute you let her under your skin
Then you begin to make it better

And anytime you feel the pain, hey Jude, refrain
Don't carry the world upon your shoulders
For well you know that it's a fool who plays it cool
By making his world a little colder
Nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah

Hey Jude, don't let me down
You have found her, now go and get her
Remember to let her into your heart
Then you can start to make it better

So let it out and let it in, hey Jude, begin
You're waiting for someone to perform with
And don't you know that it's just you, hey Jude, you'll do
The movement you need is on your shoulder
Nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah yeah

Hey Jude, don't make it bad
Take a sad song and make it better
Remember to let her under your skin
Then you'll begin to make it
Better better better better better better, oh

Nah nah nah nah nah nah, nah nah nah, hey Jude x 16 (fade out)

Hitler once said that to get the people to believe a lie, tell the biggest lie you can think of. The meaning of this song is crystal clear to anyone who knows his Bible. The inspiration behind the Beatles' song is female ; she whispers from their shoulders into their ears ... and who does that? Who whispers into our ears? You know the answer to that question! Yet this one is in their hearts too. These are tell-tale signs of demons! Yet Christians say these songs are harmless, imaginative and full of love! The message of the Beatles is repeatedly love without law - love without Torah. And they have inspired a whole genre of so-called 'Christian' music which has as its inspiration the same source.

The next song is called The Word - but what 'word' is that? you must ask yourselves.

      The Word
      (John Lennon, Paul McCartney)
      Lead Vocal: John Lennon

Say the word and you'll be free
Say the word and be like me
Say the word I'm thinking of
Have you heard the word is love?
      It's so fine, it's sunshine
      It's the word, love

      In the beginning I misunderstood
But now I've got it, the word is good

Spread the word and you'll be free
Spread the word and be like me
Spread the work I'm thinking of
Have you heard the word is love?
      It's so fine, it's sunshine
      It's the word, love

Everywhere I go I hear it said
In the good and bad books that I have read

Say the word and you'll be free
Say the word and be like me
Say the word I'm thinking of
Have you heard the word is love?
      It's so fine, it's sunshine
      It's the word, love

Now that I know what I feel must be right
I'm here to show everybody the light

Give the word a chance to say
That the word is just the way
It's the word I'm thinking of
And the only word is love
      It's so fine, it's sunshine
      It's the word, love

      Say the word, love
      Say the word, love
      Say the word, love
      Say the word, love

Now who here is against 'love'? Who would dare say anything against 'love'? But that isn't the question we are asking today - what we want to know is what kind of 'love' the Beatles' are talking about. Ask a Christian, Muslim, Hindu, Wiccan and Humanist to define 'love' to you and they would all come up with different things. That is why this series of sermons is about defining this term. The Beatles are asking you to give unconditional love to 'Mother Mary' and simply let things 'be'. The message is vague and yet potent - potent because there is a spiritual power behind these lyrics - potent because unless love is founded in truth it is founded in lies and a wrong spirit, and anything that is rooted in lies is demonic!

My wife has had firsthand experience of the spirit of Jezebel, and we have encountered this demoness many times in our ministry. When Satan uses gospel words, he changes their meaning. Thus 'love' in the satanic vocabulary includes fornication and adultery, since so-called 'free-love' was the message of the hippie movement, and still is today ... only on a much bigger scale. We know the kind of sexual anarchy that had resulted today, with the disastrous failure in marriages the promiscuity, immorality, and explosion in sexually-transmitted diseases. All of these conditions are the fruit of an early message that was propagated in the 1960's on a global scale. And who can doubt that the impact of the Beatles and their successors has been global?

Jezebel wants you to believe that 'love' is anarchy and nihilism. Jezebel wants you to believe that your first duty is to yourself and your feelings (no matter what they lead you to do) before any duty to truth. The doctrine of Jezebel is loyalty to the flesh.

The last Beatles song I want to share with you today is called, Within You, Without You:

      Within You Without You
      (George Harrison)
      Lead Vocal: George Harrison

We were talking about the space between us all
And the people, who hide themselves behind a wall of illusion
Never glimpse the truth, then it's far too late, when they pass away
We were talking about the love we all could share, when we find it
To try our best to hold it there with our love
With our love, we could save the world, if they only knew

Try to realise it's all within yourself
No one else can make you change
And to see you're really only very small
And life flows within you and without you

We were talking about the love that's gone so cold and the people
Who gain the world and lose their soul
They don't know, they can't see, are you one of them?
When you've seen beyond yourself then you may find
Peace of mind is waiting there
And the time will come when you see
We're all one, and life flows on within you and without you

The personal love of Yah'shua (Jesus) and this empty-headed abandonment are universes apart. Forty years on and people no longer know how to critically think. Everything is 'feelings'. And what words that are used are just empty mantras for the most part. They say the communists and nazis were brainwashed - and they were - but our modern liberal, neo-pagan democrats are little different. Words have lost their meaning. The 'love' of the Beatles - the 'love' of Jezebel or Hecate - has led to an epidemic of lying, murder, abuse, corruption, and occultism. Satanism is thriving today like never before, because now truth is 'relative' and no longer absolute. Love can mean whatever you want it to mean ... or whatever happens to be politically correct. 'Hate' has been defined as disagreeing with the official political doctrine of the day. You are not allowed to disagree with anyone. You must simply accept everyone's beliefs and convictions as equally true and valid. So if practicing homosexuals say their relationship is based on 'love' you are forced to agree with them. But is it 'love'? Is there really anything that is true love except what Yahweh has defined it as such?

The love that Jezebel preaches is the abrogation of responsibility, duty and loyalty to absolute Truth, and the author of that Truth, Yahweh-Elohim. The love of Jezebel is to trust in something mystical and undeniable which leads you to view yourself apart from sin. And it's the message that the Beatles' propagated. As you study the lyrics of their songs so it is not long before their early Catholicism evolves into open New Age teachings. In one song they combine Hare Krishna chants with the Christian 'Hallelujah'. It is a hodgepodge of everything, a cocktail of confusion. And this world is confused now, thanks to them and others who have carried on their message of resignation and fatalism.

I realise that this kind of speaking is bound to make me even more unpopular than before. But then the truth very often is stranger than fiction, and the world has never much liked the truth. Preachers of the truth are usually accused of everything ignoble under the sun. Recently I was told that I was 'too radical' and than unless I toned down my teaching I would lose a lot of sympathy! But then so was Yah'shua (Jesus), and was hated for it - they hated Him "without a cause" (Jn. 15:25; Ps.35:19), and scripture witnesses that those who hate without a cause are always numerous (Ps.69:4). A radical is a person who calls for extreme or fundamental changes, and that is what I certainly do: I am calling for a radical change in Christianity, calling it back to its roots and to the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. In a perfect world there is no need to be radical, but in an evil one, there is no choice. We have seen the world's definition of 'love' and where it has taken us - and now we have the witness of the Beatles who wanted people to give their unconditional love to the Mother of Heaven, the demoness Jezebel.

John Milton wrote in Paradise Lost: "Few sometimes may know, when thousands err" (6:148). Only eight amongst millions knew the truth in Noah's day, and precious few knew the truth today. Please be sure that you are not one of those who err. Stick to the truth and know what real freedom is. Amen.
