Today people make no difference between the holy and the common. They have taken one of the common days and tried to make it holy and have made common a day that Elohim (God) calls holy. The first day of the week is one of the days that Yahweh calls working days EZEKIEL 46:1 "Thus saith Yahweh-Elohim; The gate .... shall be shut the six working days; but on the sabbath it shall be opened, ...." (See also: EXODUS 20:9; 34:21 and EZEKIEL 23:3)
Yahweh does not hold a person responsible until the Ruach haqodesh (Holy Spirit) has given that person an opportunity to know of the truth. If that person still chooses to go his own way, then it becomes sin.
Sunday, a day associated with and named for the pagan "Sun Day", was the day on which the pagans worshiped the sun. This, as well as the fact that Sunday is a man-made "Lord's day", should be enough to help one see that this is truly Satan's counterfeit day of worship.
Similarly Saturday, a day associated with the pagan "Saturn Day", was the day on which the pagans worshipped Saturn. This, as wella s the fact that Saturday is a man-made "Sabbath day", should likewise help one see that this is another counterfeit day of worship. The true Sabbath is neither. It isn't any Roman day of the week.
After studying about the seventh-day Sabbath, one should sincerely ask themself, "Am I keeping Roman Sunday or Saturday because the Ruach haQodesh (Holy Spirit) continues to convince me that this is truly Yahweh's holy Sabbath, or am I keeping it because my pastor or friends have told me that it doesn't matter what day, just as long as I keep one in seven, or that the Jews have faithfully been keeping Sabbath since the beginning of time and we can trust them?"
If the Ruach haQodesh (Holy Spirit) has spoken to your heart about the Luni-Solar Seventh Day Sabbath, respond by saying, "Yes, I will keep the seventh-day Sabbath holy."
It does matter what day is kept for the Sabbath and that day is the seventh day - the 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th days of the Biblical month!
