The snake shedding its skin depicts someone appaently "shedding his old ways" but the same old snake is still underneath, but even bigger and more dangerous now. The emergence of the orange kitten at the time of the sloughing of the skin is the deception that a "new life" has begun or that a "new leaf" has been turned over - but the kitten is just a front, a lie, because the old cunning "sneakey" snake is sill there. No attempt has been made to deceive in respect of the second snake which is it's "old self" but is now wrapped around the conscious and willful deception of the growing snake so that they are, to all intents and purposes, "one" (in a perverse kind of echad union). On the other hand, both were in a box, which is a form of concealment.

I didn't remark on the colour of the kitten - orange - which may or may not have any significance at all. On the other hand, it may, as we remember that orange is the colour of Hinduism, havine something to do with the spirit of that false religion, and depict the man's religious underpinning. However, your daughter may have her own colour associations and may better understand the colour symbolism than I. Important to note is that the colour choice is deliberate and therefore designed to trigger a weakness that will enable the one perpetrating the deception to get some sort of handle on her through being "playful" like a kitten. For a Hindu the outside world is all maya or illusion so they may not judge their outer actions as being in the sphere of their moral responsibility.

I misread something - I thought the snake box was IN the mailbox but it was apparently outside. This alters the meaning a little - it looks more like a diversion from whatever message is waiting in the mailbox. Conceivably, the message there might well have something to do with your communication with your daughter about this dream, or it may not. At any rate the box of snakes are a distraction on the "way of communication" which may be the spiritual/prayer life of your daughter. The box of snakes needs to be "removed" from the mental/emotiona life of the dreamer so that normal communication can be resumed. Though she would need to check this out with Yahweh for confirmation, my counsel would be to remove this man from her life (it was on her "land" in the dream, meaning she is engaged in some sort of connection/relationship with him, even if it is for now just outside her "house/home". The goal of the snakes (demons) would be to get the man IN the "house", representing perhaps friendship and a measure of trust, or more, as one's "house" is ones temple or place of worship and intimacy.
