Well, lost some of the comment, but to sum it up a good thing to work out for each of us and to always submit to YHWH first and then love those things we are taught of in submitting to each other in the things of YHWH because His commandments, His Torah is so good in Yahushua. To bear true witness of our savior. And to love everything our Father is and has given to us for our salvation even to the least commandment or 'jot' and 'tittle' of that witness of or salvation and that is perfect in Yahushua as we learn to imitate Him to witness of Him.

My thoughts as my testimony.
Submission to each other in YHWH goes both ways where YHWH is always first in every case? Lest some Jim Jones could cause many to drink poision even using scriptures to justify? Submission as fellow family members. Submission to our teachers, leaders, but only in YHWH first and we have no need of any other teacher than the Holy Spirit if we come to that level of understanding even as we seek to learn from those on the same path of life as we esteem each other more highly than ourselves.
And we are thankful for all who have and are laboring for the Kingdom of YHWH in our lives and others. Even those things the Holy Spirit does quicken to us from others who are doing their part in YHWH. And we become all things to all men, in YHWH only, to win the more and to be able to do our part in turning others to righteousness in Yahushua who is being perfect Torah. Don't children like to imitate their parents? And that is all we can do and it is all witness of Yahushua our righteousness.
We grow up in fellowships and are formed as clay by the Master Potter if we remain in unconditional Yes to Him as we grow just as the thief on the cross said Yes Yahushua you are who you said you are and repented before he died. We remain in that attitude always before Him and thankful we did not have to immediately die physically like that thief but we have died inwardly to the old man to live in one made anew. Then we can experience the outward witness of water baptism, salvation, throwing out the leaven, learning how to please our Father YHWH, to love all of his commandments with all of our heart. Doing all as a witness of our salvation, Yahushua.
If we participate in fellowship groups, etc. the simple things that that group may require should not become a stumbling block from the greatest to the least. Patience by the leadership to keep eyes focused on the Master who is the one doing the real work and we will walk beside Him on the water without sinking. Giving ourselves to others without need for anything in return with hope that there are those who will listen and come into eternal life by great salvation and walking on that path.
Comply to remain if that is what YHWH has called us to do and don't let a side issue of outward expression of witness of the Living Torah within distract from the path of life in a living savior who is our true covering for example. YHWH may have some in 'church' or other ministry where it is no doubt that they would all be at odds with each other over what to wear, how to act, what is outwardly acceptable, long hair, short hair, etc. YHWH gives wisdom to all who have become mature in Him wherever they are and the essential thing we must take care of is to never put a stumbling block before anyone entering into the true path of life. Leader or follower, all of us.
Maybe there are some things that could be a stumbling block to a leader if we are in a fellowship and that is wisdom to submit to YHWH. And maybe there are some things that could be a stumbling block to the least person in a fellowship that are of minute importance compared to their salvation and that is wisdom to submit to YHWH. Both ways but always complying with those things that are for shalom in YHWH especially when elders ask of the group to do something outwardly that is merely a witness of what Yahushua has actually done. Those things should be a joy and to focus on what Yahushua has done and for no other reason. An object lesson for a witness. And we have been given so many of those things from our Father YHWH.
How sad where anything would become the focus of condemnation to point to others to see if they are complying or submitting to a leader or not rather than the leader focusing on using those things as a witness of the greatness of our savior. Submission to YHWH would not be the issue we see in many groups if that focus is correctly determined. Though maybe some w
