The Iranian President's Alternative Christmas Message

    Posted by Lev/Christopher on December 28, 2008 at 2:19am
    in Prophecy & End Times

Here is the text version of the speech:

"In the Name of God the Compassionate, the Merciful.

"Upon the anniversary of the birth of Jesus, Son of Mary, the Word of God, the Messenger of mercy, I would like to congratulate the followers of Abrahamic faiths, especially the followers of Jesus Christ, and the people of Britain.

"The Almighty created the universe for human beings and human beings for Himself.

"He created every human being with the ability to reach the heights of perfection. He called on man to make every effort to live a good life in this world and to work to achieve his everlasting life.

"On this difficult and challenging journey of man from dust to the divine, He did not leave humanity to its own devices. He chose from those He created the most excellent as His Prophets to guide humanity.

"All Prophets called for the worship of God, for love and brotherhood, for the establishment of justice and for love in human society. Jesus, the Son of Mary, is the standard-bearer of justice, of love for our fellow human beings, of the fight against tyranny, discrimination and injustice.

"All the problems that have bedevilled humanity throughout the ages came about because humanity followed an evil path and disregarded the message of the Prophets.

"Now as human society faces a myriad of problems and a succession of complex crises, the root causes can be found in humanity's rejection of that message, in particular the indifference of some governments and powers towards the teachings of the divine Prophets, especially those of Jesus Christ.

"The crises in society, the family, morality, politics, security and the economy which have made life hard for humanity and continue to put great pressure on all nations have come about because the Prophets have been forgotten, the Almighty has been forgotten and some leaders are estranged from God.

"If Christ were on earth today, undoubtedly He would stand with the people in opposition to bullying, ill-tempered and expansionist powers.

"If Christ were on earth today, undoubtedly He would hoist the banner of justice and love for humanity to oppose warmongers, occupiers, terrorists and bullies the world over.

"If Christ were on earth today, undoubtedly He would fight against the tyrannical policies of prevailing global economic and political systems, as He did in His lifetime.

"The solution to today's problems is a return to the call of the divine Prophets. The solution to these crises is to follow the Prophets - they were sent by the Almighty for the good of humanity.

"Today, the general will of nations is calling for fundamental change. This is now taking place. Demands for change, demands for transformation, demands for a return to human values are fast becoming the foremost demands of the nations of the world.

"The response to these demands must be real and true. The prerequisite to this change is a change in goals, intentions and directions. If tyrannical goals are repackaged in an attractive and deceptive package and imposed on nations again, the people, awakened, will stand up against them.

"Fortunately, today, as crises and despair multiply, a wave of hope is gathering momentum. Hope for a brighter future and hope for the establishment of justice, hope for real peace, hope for finding virtuous and pious rulers who love the people and want to serve them – and this is what the Almighty has promised.

"We believe Jesus Christ will return, together with one of the children of the revered Messenger of Islam and will lead the world to love, brotherhood and justice.

"The responsibility of all followers of Christ and Abrahamic faiths is to prepare the way for the fulfilment of this divine promise and the arrival of that joyful, shining and wonderful age.

"I hope that the collective will of nations will unite in the not too distant future and with the grace of the Almighty Lord, that shining age will come to rule the earth.

"Once again, I congratulate one and all on the anniversary of the birth of Jesus Christ. I pray for the New Year to be a year of happiness, prosperity, peace and brotherhood for humanity. I wish you every success and happiness."

COMMENT: I'm quite sure that such a gracious message at Christmas will drive American and Israeli government officials crazy. They try very hard to dehumanize all their enemies. They work hard to make sure that the only information we have is what they feed us. It is a propaganda war of disinformation. The truth is usually somewhere between one side and the other. See the Israeli response at:

    http://www.redress.cc/global/pjballes20081227

The message shows that everyone is looking for a better age to come. Each one has its own idea of who will rule that age, of course, but I find it interesting that the President includes the coming of Jesus Christ with "one of the children of the revered Messenger of Islam." It seems that only a Jewish messiah was left out.

Anyway, since it is doubtful that any of our own leaders will be gracious in return, I think it is appropriate to say to the President of Iran: "Thank-you, Mr. President. I pray that all of our world leaders will work for peace instead of domination, and that all men would have the right to follow their conscience. All should have the freedom to follow the One in whom they have confidence (faith) to bring about the world peace for the Age to come."

Israel lobby fails to silence Ahmadinejad’s Christmas message
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    By Stuart Littlewood

    27 December 2008

Stuart Littlewood applauds Britain’s Channel 4 TV for screening Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad’s Christmas message and notes the speed with which Israel’s stooges in the UK Parliament, Foreign Office and elsewhere raced with one another to condemn the broadcast.

Israel's stooges in the UK wasted no time orchestrating a tidal wave of protest against Channel 4 TV's showing of a Christmas message by Iran's president, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.

The MP Philip Davies, a Friend of Israel, said that the address was "completely unacceptable on every level" but didn't explain why. "His previous comments don't strike me as being in tune with what most people feel at Christmas time. He is an offensive man and the last person you would want to use for a Christmas message." Speak for yourself, Mr Davies.

President Ahmadinejad spoke of the “the indifference of some governments and powers towards the teachings of the divine Prophets, especially those of Jesus Christ"

Israel’s ambassador, Ron Prosor, complained that Ahmadinejad's government "leads Christ’s followers to the gallows". Channel 4’s decision to broadcast the message was a “sick and twisted irony” and a "scandal and a national embarrassment" because the Iranian president "denies the Holocaust, advocates the destruction of the sovereign State of Israel, funds and encourages terrorism, executes children and hangs gay people."

Mr Prosor himself represents a thuggish regime that is forcing children to eat grass and rummage through waste tips for food this Christmas in order to survive. I'm talking about Israel’s illegal siege of Gaza, of course. His government’s crimes against humanity, violations of human rights and all-round racist vileness are recorded elsewhere so there’s no need to amplify. Let’s just say that Mr Prosor is in no position to criticize others or indeed to lecture us on what constitutes a national embarrassment. He has plenty of his own.

Even the TaxPayers' Alliance had to stick its oar in. They were upset because Channel 4 receives a bit of state funding and taxpayers' money was being used "to give a platform to a regime that despises democracy, oppresses women and gay people and has made clear its dislike for everything Britain stands for".

The Foreign Office, which many feel is infected with pro-Israel bias, also issued a ticking off. "President Ahmadinejad has during his time in office made a series of appalling anti-Semitic statements," announced a spokeswoman, presumably referring to the famous remark where he quoted the late Ayatollah Khomeini as saying that "this regime occupying Jerusalem must vanish from the page of time", a proposition that many people agree with. Israeli propaganda twisted it to read “Israel must be wiped off the map”.

The Foreign Office went on to say that the broadcast would "cause offence and bemusement not just at home but among friendly countries abroad".

Well, I listened carefully and also read the text of Mr Ahmadinejad's message and could find nothing offensive or objectionable. On the contrary, Mr Davies, it was quite acceptable on all levels. I found myself applauding when Mr Ahmadinejad told us that the world is suffering because "some leaders are estranged from God". How very true of the dross that leads the West.

I was nodding approval again when he talked of “the indifference of some governments and powers towards the teachings of the divine Prophets, especially those of Jesus Christ".

And I liked his upbeat view that a wave of hope is gathering momentum – "hope for a brighter future and hope for the establishment of justice, hope for real peace, hope for finding virtuous and pious rulers who love the people and want to serve them".

Whether he actually meant what he said is a matter for discussion. But the words and the message were OK.

Well done Channel 4 for resisting pressure from those who are desperate to shut down discourse that might stray from the pro-Israel propaganda line. And thank you Mr Ahmadinejad for addressing us on Christmas Day.

I definitely don't trust the Iranian President as I believe he is an Illuminist "playing the game" - there is no doubt that his country is responsible for crimes against Christians. About the only non-Islamic people he has a 'close' working relationship with are anti-Zionist Iranian Jews which of course serves his agenda. (I agree with the anti-Zionist Jews but not with Ahmadinejad's agenda, of course, which on the surface is fundamentalist Islam but which in reality is Illuminist satanism). The Illuminists cynically play all sides. The speech was a good one and definitely won Ahmadinejad points in Illuminati circles for increasing the disinformation out there and lulling people away from Christianity and towards the New World Order messiah whom the world is being prepared for. Ahmadinejad's message is one of many more we can expect in days to come to lull people into the antichrist camp and his false message of peace for all men and religions (except true born-againt believers, Torah-observant or not).

I agree, Angela. I am of the belief that the Catholics created Islam as a counter to rival Christians in the Middle East and North Africa over whom they were having little influence. (Perhaps you are aware of Riviera's exposé in that regard). It's also interesting how passionately Muslims defend Christmas when it comes under secularist attack.
