Ronald Weinland - Another False Prophet?

Some of you may have heard of Robert Weinland, a Church of God minister cut from a similar cloth to Herbert Armstrong, and possibly you may have heard of, or read, his book, 2008: God's Final Witness. You can download it free. The book has converted many because it is accurate in prophesying many of the things that have indeed happened this year but the motor is already backfiring: he admits he has some of the timing wrong and explains that this was because he had not been given another key. So he has postponed the tribulation, due to start this year, by a few months.
I am always suspicious of any group that claims to be the "only true Church" as his does. I wodner if he will cover up or ignore his prophecies that went amiss like those of Armstrong, the Jehovah's Witnesses, and other "one and onlyers"?
