Analysis of Ishtar symbolism in Rebecca St James music video "Reborn"

There's a gal that is often played on the local Christian pop station. I came across this video and was suprised as to how blatant the parallels were between the video and the Ishtar account. I doubt of RSJ has any clue to the parallels, but the producers of the video, how could they not know?
"Ishtar"/ "Easter" was a day that commemorated the resurrection a pagan god called "Tammuz", who was believed to be the only begotten son of the moon-goddess and the sun-god.
• Note the boy in the video is all dressed in white, glowing symbolizing Tammuz' "resurrection".
After the death of his father, Nimrod married his own mom
Nimrod, first a king, then became a god-man to the people and Semiramis, his wife/mother, became the powerful Queen of ancient Babylon.
Nimrod the hunter eventually became the hunted.
• Note how the old man in the video looks like he's being hunted
Nimrod was eventually killed by Esau (see Yahshar 27), and his body was cut in pieces and sent to various parts of his kingdom.Semiramis had all of the parts gathered, except for one his phallus.
• Note that in the video the old man seems rather impotent, almost androgynous.
Semiramis claimed that Nimrod could not come back to life without his reproductive organ and told the people of Babylon that Nimrod had ascended to the sun and was now to be called "Baal", the sun god.
• Note that the old man gets translated with the flashes from above.
Queen Semiramis also declared that Baal would be present on earth in the form of a flame when used in worship.
• Note the flames surrounding RSJ and the flames in the hand of the old man when he recieves the egg.
Semaramis claimed to have come down from the moon in a giant moon egg that fell into the Euphrates River.
• Note that RSJ gives the oversized brightly decorated egg (representing herself) to the boy (as Tammuz), who then gives it to the old man Nimrod/Baal.
Ishtar soon became pregnant and claimed that it was the rays of the sun-god Baal that caused her to conceive.
• Note that in the video RSJ plays around and is enveloped with these bright rays of light and is also enveloped in flame.
Tammuz, Semaramis' son. was eventually killed by a wild pig.
• Note, that first the boy descends and then ascends
Queen Ishtar told the people that Tammuz was now ascended to his father, Baal, and that the two of them would be with the worshippers in the sacred candle or lamp flame as Father, Son and Spirit.
• Note that the boy first goes down and then up went to the old man who also eventuallywent up. The boy gave him the fertility rite egg and that became a flame in his hands.
In the mystery religion of Ishtar, she was worshipped as the "Mother of God and Queen of Heaven".
• Note RSJ shape shifting and also notice how the red skirt cycles on and off throughout the video, representing the ovulation/lunar cycle.
The celebration is made every year, on the first Sunday, after the first full moon, after the spring equinox.
• Note the circular architecture in which RSJ is singing/dancing.

Thank you fro sharing this. I am (again) not surprised - most of the stuff that comes out of the music industry is doctored, manipulated and not serving Yahweh. It is not uncommon for master tapes to have an extra track added where satanists are braising Satan and cursing Yahweh - it isn't audible but the fact that it is "there" is enough to invite the demons in for them to enter the open door of the listener. And it wouldn't surprise me if they do that even on "good" music recordings. I think the brainwashing of society is in such an advanced stage now that it will take nothing less than divine intervention to awaken people to the reality of what's going on. How many people will try to "laugh off" or "explain away" such analyses as you give as the working of a paranoid mind? People don't want to see. They have chosen to be in the dark.
Unless it's produced by known kosher artists who I know are Ruach-filled, I tend to touch almost nothing that's marketed these days. I wonder just what they put in the movies too........

I do think it's very possible unknowingly do idolatrous things. Here's an example. Many years ago while still in christianity, I made a christmas card for somebody who was prone to seasonal affective disorder. On the front of the card i drew a fantastic looking sun. When finished, I had the vague feeling that something was very wrong, but couldn't put my finger on it. Now, years later after learning the truth about christmas and sun worship, in retrospect it's all very clear what was wrong.

I agree, I think a lot of things are done in ignorance, plus the world has so infiltrated the church that there is sometimes little distinction and kids learn that it's all cool, though I don't believe that these people set out to deceive, though yes, some do, but for the most part these people love Yahweh and want to present Him to people in a way that is relevant and attractive....lol...yes ok, and that's where we start slipping I guess.
