The major indicator for me was the hop number. I used to buy this garbage all the time.
But as I'm watching the video, I wouldn't be surprised if most the stuff you get from this program you can get for free from A Calorie Counter. In fact, the stuff they teach on A Calorie Counter is the same stuff they teach in PE and Health classes in the USA.
A large part of gaining muscle/losing weight is distributing your calories accordingly based on your lifestyle.
