Yes .. I have been in one of those and it is scarey. I was standing outside saying goodbye to some guest and suddenly my body was wobbling, I thought it was me until I heard the house shaking lol. My first thought was ok what do I do,, I did nothing just stood there until it passed. "And" thank God it did. The rest that is required of us takes a lot of focus on our part. Just like when we are taught that in a fire you want to drop and roll if you catch that flame. You can't go screaming and doing knothing, drop and roll. In a time of panic, and fear, troubles or sufferings, we need to do the same. Stop and focus "ok where do I stand in the word", "what have I learned", "what does Our Lord in heaven say".... breath slowly and do what Jesus said.
