A Warriors' Knees

He stands in private chambers of prayer,
yielding two-edged swords to the unaware,
slicing and tearing through the darkness
so bold proclaiming His right to remove the hidden foe.

He stands in a realm where
few actually see
the warfare he's called to
as he fights on bended knees.
He stands in YAH'SHUA
and is covered with blood,
with the words that he speaks
there is power from above.

exalting The Name
where all things must bow
he stands and proclaims
the freedom here now.
he speaks and it cuts
through the darkness so black
he speaks and he prays
and the devils fight back.

His name is no name
that men should admire
but his light and calling is such
that makes darkness expire.
it is through Yah'shua's name
this mighty one fights
for the souls held in bondages
and those lost in the night.

he's of no reputation,
and has no religious degrees
he fights and he conquers
upon holy bent knees.
it is for those bound
and the lost he intervenes
it is for those called...
to come to Calvary.

he's hidden in HIM,
and blood worthy kin,
he stands and takes back
what is stolen by sin.
again and again he rises above
and fights with a fierceness
that only His FATHER could love.
he stands before evil
and shudders not once
for the weapons he carries
are not subject to rust.

With words spoken in power and
The Name above names
this lowly man walks...
His will through the hours.
he will not deny nor seek glory for this
to know Him and pray is his only gift.
the glory that surrounds him
no man can see
he too, is Yahweh's son, a warrior,
through Yah'shua's victory.
