A warning about "Torah Space."
While the title of that network sounds good, don’t be fooled. Of all the networks I’ve been on, no other has been quite as draconian as the administrator(s) of Torah Space (update: actually Yahspace administrators have since proven to be the most thin-skinned reactionary bunch of them all).
The main administrator of Torah Space is "OnenessSaint" a casualty of the United Pentecostal Church (Kirche).
I’m paraphrasing his belief system from memory, so
if I’m in inaccurate in summarizing his beliefs, then I apologize— it is impossible for me to view his exact quotes any longer.
1. He has stated that he believes that Yeshua was originally, solely, a body void of a spirit. (But then says that he did have a spirit, so which is it?)
2. He actually believes that YHVH [sic] was the disembodied Spirit for the body of Yeshua.
3. He actually believes the Holy Spirit to be only a power, an it, not a Who.
4. In practical application, he believes the definition for Father is Spirit and the definition for Son is body, and that those terms describe the same single Being (therby rendering the terms "Father" and "Son" meaningless.)
5. He actually believes Yeshua was initially created in Miriams womb, but did not exist prior to that time.
6. He actually believes Yeshua will (in his very own words), “come to an end.”
7. He has actually stated that he believes the 1st Century Nazorean belief in a Feminine Ruach HaQodesh is (in his own words), “a doctrine of demons.”
While the sell on Torah Space is that it is open to theological dialog, that is false advertising. Same could be said of the other potential administrator “brYce.” If questions are asked of them (OnenessSaint or brYce), questions that could potentially dismantle their views, they will either pretend that you didn’t ask them the questions that made them uncomfortable, or they will make their nightmares go away by deleting you.
Torah Space’s main goal is to draw in Messianic believers under the guise of Torah discussion, but its real purpose is to indoctrinate Messianic believers into the heresy of monotarianism by playing upon an indiscriminant hatred of all things Christian (although Oneness Pentecostalism’s main thrust is apparently just hunky-dory). While I’ve dealt with monotarians on the other networks, at least they’ve had the decency to let ideas stand or fall based upon their Scriptural merit or lack therof. Torah Space is a trap, people. Stay far from it.
My comment Regarding #7: Isn’t the attributing of the Works of the Ruach HaQodesh to s.a.tan an unforgiveable sin?!?!????]
