I have respect for every soldier who was conscripted into his nation's army to fight wars, both righteous and unrighteous wars (if there is such a thing), knowing as we do that most of the wars of the centuries were engineered by the lawless lords of money whose buisiness is creating wars to make a financial killing through the armaments industry as well as to create sufficient disorder and disillusion in war's aftermath to effect systematic anti-biblical social change. Sad to say, even the Second Word War was such a conflict, with the First dealing a severe blow to the Christian Order. There is a cruel and calculatred cynicism in war that gives the lie that the soldier is fighting for "freedom" which. though that may be true at one level belies the ultimate that he is fighting for the banksters who finance ALL sides.. My heart goes out to these veterans and their families because of the way their loyalty was abused. It's a cruel, cruel world and I'll be glad when Yah'shua gets back.
