I have toyed with many ideas like this over the years so I can understand your interest. The assumption is made that the structure of the atom in some way reflects the Godhead, at least as far as the basic components are concerned. There is no doubt that atomic structure has male (proton) and female (components) but rather than reflecting persons, divine or human, is it not more likely that they would reflect principles of creativity? If this is so, then (as far as the Godhead is concerned) there would be no need to find a positioning for the Son, as a son is offspring of two parents: atoms/molecules don't reproduce except when it comes to the replication of DNA using tRNA in the ribosomes of living cells.

If there is a principle secreted in atomic structure then we must look at the simplest atom, hydrogen. The arrangement is a single proton and electron - male and female, the basic unit of marriage. It's the most common element in the universe, the stuff of stars. The next is an inert gas (Helium), the second most common element.

Neutrons are just added mass. What does mass represent? What does it do? It keeps other particles (electrons) in orbit so much reflect the headship principle of father/husband. Electrons orbit the nucleus.

There are, of course, other sub-atomic particles like fermions (which have ½ integer spins), not just bosons (which have full integer spins). When I was college there was a whole cluster of other particles like gluons (which I guess is just another name for a boson), most of which were theoretical - I am a bit out-of-date so I am not sure what the contemporary wisdom is.

Hello, Just joined the site and reading some of the discussions. - I'm not familiar with the Atomic God theory but just wanted to add a comment. I personally think that this male female thing is really only biological and not spiritual. As far as male female in humans goes, I think (I may be wrong) but all embryos are female and turn male if a Y chromosome is present.
So men (males), actually are half male and half female XY, women are female female XX. So I figure that if Elohim made man in his image then Elohim must be both. Elohim made Adam then "fashioned" Eve from Adam. Elohim "fashioned" Eve just using the X. I know this is simplistic but seems logic to me. To comment on a previous Forum about why did Adam have nipples - maybe he didn't - maybe men only have nipples because they are born from Eve - or maybe Adam had nipples because he had X and Y (male and female) and then Eve was fashioned just from the X.

I don't know food for thought maybe.....
