It is pretty easy to comprehend that if we deny the Messiah, He will in turn deny us to YHVH. But all "Christians" will say that they would never dream of denying the Messiah. Once again, we have a word play here because our modern definition of the word deny is not the Scriptural definition for the word.

Scripture tells us very clearly, "For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, unrighteous men, turning the grace of Eloheinu into lasciviousness, and denying the only YHVH Elohim, and our Adon yeshua HaMashiac." (Jude 6) "But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying YHVH that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of." (2 Peter 2:1-2) The word for denying here in both passages is the Greek word arneomai (GSN 720) and it means to reject, to disavow, to abnegate. Rejecting what YHVH and The Word has said and offering up something that is unholy is denying Them.

Peter tells us that the way of truth will be blasphemed which means that it will be spoken evil of or vilified. This means that those who teach these damnable doctrines reject the truth and call it a lie so that they can substitute what they call the truth. By not going and finding out yourself what the Scripture actually says, and not trusting in the teachings, doctrines, and interpretations of man, you have set yourself up for a trap that is being laid for your soul. For the Word clearly tells us, "do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. But rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell." (Matthew 10:28 NKJV)

By swallowing their false doctrines hook, line, and sinker, you have given over to their master – the Devil – your soul for safe keeping. They did not pluck you out of the hands of YHVH, but rather through ignorance, you left because you believed a lie rather than the truth. Because the forbidden longings are so strong, when one chooses to give in, they are worshiping not the Creator of all things but rather the created. They have exchanged the truth for a lie that tells them that they can still indulge in these forbidden desires and there will be no consequences.

Although the YHVH clearly states in the Scripture to not create or form any image whether it be from the heavens, on the earth, or under the seas, these teachers have created multiple images and have placed them everywhere saying that those are the marks of a Christian. You see doves, and angels, and lambs, fish and humans in everything from people's houses to stores and even church buildings. You see jewelry as well as crosses in various shapes and fashions, some even with the Messiah in human form still on them. Everyday, millions of people who call themselves Christians bow down before, kiss, touch, or otherwise entreat these images believing that YHVH is in them.

They have taken the acrostic that in Greek spells fish and said it really means "Jesus Christ, God's Son, Savior". The problem that we run into is that most "religious authorities" can only trace this back to the last part of the 1st Century CE and that was after most if not all but one Apostle had died. To equate the Messiah with a fish is to do the same thing that the Philistines did. The Philistines had a god that they called Dag. (Dag is pronounced dog just like the canine animal today in English.) He was a chief deity and was the fish god.

But by raising the importance of an animal found in the sea to the level of the Messiah and using it as one of His symbols, they have broken the commandment which states: "Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth." (Exodus 20:4) But one look at modern day "Christians" is to see people wearing crosses and fish, images of humans and angels, placing them on their cars, in their homes, and in their church buildings. All of this is done to show how much they love the Messiah and YHVH, all the while ignorantly breaking His commandments.

"For I am not ashamed of the gospel of the Messiah: for it is the power of YHVH unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. For therein is the righteousness of YHVH revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, `The just shall live by faith.' For the wrath of YHVH is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; because that which may be known of YHVH is manifest in them; for YHVH hath showed it unto them. For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and [divinity]; so that they are without excuse: because that, when they knew YHVH, they glorified him not as YHVH, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.

"Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, and changed the glory of the uncorruptible YHVH into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and four-footed beasts, and creeping things. Wherefore YHVH also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonor their own bodies between themselves: who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.

"For this cause YHVH gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: and likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompense of their error which was meet. And even as they did not like to retain YHVH in their knowledge, YHVH gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, backbiters, haters of YHVH, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, without understanding, covenant breakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful: who knowing the judgment of YHVH, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them." (Romans 1:16-32)

Because these theologians and other religious leaders call themselves wise in the Scripture, they teach things that the Scripture clearly does not say, binding burdens on people that should not be bound. People who seek after physical forms of the invisible YHVH use physical images and say that they portray the Son of YHVH. They are not walking by faith but rather by sight. So these leaders use forbidden images so as to give comfort and teaching to the masses and in turn it causes the masses to submit to them and to give these leaders control and power over their lives. Even though it does not require any advanced degree to understand that this is a sin, they do not think enough of YHVH to hold His commandments in high esteem. They change and loose His commandments so that they can serve their own pleasures rather than the Creator. "And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us." (1 John 3:24)

So those that reject the meanings of the words that the Word used and substitute their own meanings because they are more pleasing to their ears and mind have rejected the Word of YHVH and have made themselves to be liars. What does the Scripture say about liars? "But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death." (Revelation 21:8 NKJV) Also by perverting what the truth is, they are blaspheming the Holy Spirit who leads us into all understanding and guided the hands of the writers of Scripture.

By rejecting the unchanging YHVH, they have instead substituted a god that will change so that even though YHVH says that He will send people to the lake of fire, this substituted god will not punish people. How could a loving merciful god send anyone to the lake of fire? As Paul told us, "let YHVH be true, but every man a liar." (Romans 3:4) If YHVH is truth, and all the changes made by religious men and women through out the years is a lie, then it is plainly simple to see where one must go to for the truth.

So how do you know if someone is of the Messiah or not? There are many that are wolves in sheep's clothing, and they go around acting like messengers of light. But this is what John wrote at the end of the first century common era, "And hereby we do know that we know Him, if we keep His commandments. He that saith, `I know Him,' and keepeth not His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. But whoso keepeth His Word, in him verily is the love of YHVH perfected: hereby know we that we are in Him. He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also to walk, even as He walked. Brethren, I write no new commandment unto you, but an old commandment which ye had from the beginning. The old commandment is the word which ye have heard from the beginning." (1 John 2:3-7) Those that profess the Messiah living in them must live the way the Messiah lived His life when He was on this earth.

The Messiah was sinless, but He left the example of how we are to live our lives. We will slip up from time to time and sin, but "My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Yeshua HaMashiac the righteous: And He is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world." (1 John 2:1-2)

If you go to the Word and not go through men and their teachings and doctrines, you will find the truth. That is why the Word tells us to, "Study to show thyself approved unto YHVH, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth." (2 Timothy 2:15) Quibbling about the meaning of words in the Scripture, and what is Scripture, and about how YHVH has changed does not lead anyone to the Messiah. We must daily sacrifice our wants, our desires, our very own self and personality all so that the Messiah will rule and reign in our bodies.

"It is a faithful saying: For if we be dead with Him, we shall also live with Him: if we suffer, we shall also reign with Him: if we deny Him, He also will deny us: if we believe not, yet he abideth faithful: He cannot deny Himself. Of these things put them in remembrance, charging them before YHVH that they strive not about words to no profit, but to the subverting of the hearers." (2 Timothy 2:11-14) Paul, through the breath of YHVH, tells us that no one is to dispute the meaning of the words of Scripture for all that does is cause a subverting (katastrophe [GSN 2692] an overturn ["catastrophe"], in other words demolition; figuratively, apostasy) of those who wish to follow the Messiah.

Just because someone claims to be a Baptist, or a Methodist, or any other denomination does not make them a disciple of the Word. Just because some one has been to a seminary, or a religious university, or has many degrees does not make them a disciple of the Word. Just because a person wraps them self up in religious articles such as crosses, fish, angels, or pictures of the Messiah does not make them a disciple of the Word.

"Enter ye in at the straight gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: because straight is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

"Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit; neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.

"Not every one that saith unto me, `YHVH, YHVH,' shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, `YHVH, YHVH, have we not prophesied in thy name? And in thy name have cast out devils? And in thy name done many wonderful works?' And then will I profess unto them, `I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.' Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock: and the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock. And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand: and the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it." (Matthew 7:13-27)
