This is a small list I made of
members of the NCCG groups that reported being
contacted by nccg_concern without prior invitation.
Members' names have been removed, along with most of what they wrote beyond what
is relevant for the purposes of this website. I did this because the message
board in question is not public and I prefer not to publish the things I find
in non-public boards for obvious concerns: there is a reason they are
non-public.
For those who are members of the NCCG Cyber Community, the following messages are from the
Discussion called "concern" in the board called "General".

On September 1st, two
investigators of the group received e-mails from nccg_concern.
One of them provided me with the e-mail they received shortly after they
received it:
Hi <investogator's
name>,
I can imagine you have heard a lot of negative
statements about me by now since you talk to Chris a lot and he has some very
strong opinions. If you have any questions for me, be they about myself or
about what I've come to learn about NCCG, I can try and answer them as best as
I can under the circumstances.
I will absolutely not tell Chris or any current NCCG
members that we communicated, if you want to proceed this way.
Regards,
NCCG_Concern
A few points to consider:
1. How does nccg_concern
know that this investigator "talks a lot" to C.C. Warren?
2. Why does nccg_concern
offer in advance to keep the investigator's communication with him secret?
As the investogator
in question informed me, they use private instant messaging provider (e.g.
Yahoo! Messenger) to communicate with C.C. Warren and they have not hinted
anywhere publicly that their contact with C.C. Warren is indeed "a
lot". However, this happens to be the case.
Secondly, secrecy seems to be the
name of the tune when it comes to nccg_concern. I
venture to guess that he made the same promise to all the other people he has
e-mailed.
Thirdly, and most importantly, what
is nccg_concern up to? Why does he send e-mail,
uninvited, more or less asking people to ask him questions about who he is and
what he has come to know? NCCG, as far as I know,
isn't a dating service. The investigator told me that they have read nccg_concern's website already, as expected since they
"talk a lot" to C.C. Warren, and I am sure nccg_concern
would be aware of that. It would be, in my opinion, more honest and more useful
if such an e-mail was sent when everyone was wondering who this nccg_concern person is after all. After nearly 2 months, it's pretty "late" to say the least, to show
interest whether or not some people might have questions. Now that genuine
interest is scratched off the list, what seems a very probable scenario is that the whole issue with nccg_concern
was beginning to become forgotten so sending unsoclited
e-mails to investigatiors who "talk a lot"
to C.C. Warren sounds to me like nccg_concern poking people
with a stick to make sure they notice he's there.
